The Management Accountant plays a central role in ensuring that the Fair Education Alliance’s finances are accurate, well managed and clearly understood across the organisation. Working as part of the operations team, the postholder maintains the financial systems and processes that underpin FEA’s work. This includes overseeing day-to-day finance operations, producing reliable management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring that financial records meet charity accounting and regulatory requirements.

The Management Accountant also acts as a trusted financial partner to colleagues across the organisation. By providing clear, accessible financial information and helping budget holders understand their resources, the role enables confident decision-making by the senior leadership team and trustees. Through careful financial stewardship, strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Management Accountant helps ensure that FEA remains financially resilient and able to deliver its mission to create a fairer education system.

About the Role

• You'll be part of the Service Design & Innovation team and work alongside dedicated colleagues who are committed to improving support and outcomes for witnesses and victim/survivors across England and Wales. • The role is home-based with regular travel across England and Wales. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
• As the Coproduction Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating a consistent, meaningful, and sustainable coproduction model across the Witness Service. You'll work closely with witnesses, frontline staff, volunteers and partners to build safe, supportive spaces where people feel empowered to share their ideas, experiences and insights.
• You will design and lead coproduction activities - from workshops to journey mapping, prototyping and collaborative design sessions - ensuring that witness experiences inform strategic and operational decision-making. You'll also support the embedding of service design and innovation principles into practice, helping shape the future of our services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and delivery of coproduction activity across the Witness Service.
• Engage directly with witnesses to gather insights that drive service improvements.
• Produce high-quality outputs such as summaries, learning products, and design artefacts.

Purpose of the Role

The Administrator / Finance Officer plays a key role in the smooth running of One Newham. The postholder will provide reliable financial administration, maintain accurate records, support budgeting and reporting cycles, and ensure effective office and administrative systems are in place, with a strong emphasis on finance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance (priority area)

• Maintain accurate financial records on QuickBooks.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasts.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in a finance-focused administrative role, ideally in a charity or small organisation.

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

We are looking for a new team member to join our service supporting Carers across Havering to improve their health and wellbeing, and access wider support that meets their needs.

This is a great opportunity to support local communities, working with Adult Carers and Young Adult Carers and helping them to make informed choices, build confidence, sustain their independence, and access support that meets their individual needs. You will carry out assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need, working together to co-produce support plans. This will involve meeting Carers in community settings and conducting home visits. The team also facilities coffee mornings and activities offering Carers opportunities for peer support and to take a break from caring.

You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.

This is a part-time role (22.5 hours), and applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults in a relevant sector. It’s essential that you are confident using IT and maintaining excellent records. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services.

We are looking for a Global Climate & Agriculture Market Analyst to connect environmental science with agricultural economics. In this role, you will lead the development of climate-focused funding strategies and provide guidance on how carbon markets align with Tearfund's goals. You will be the go-to expert on trends in climate finance, changes in regulations, and the financial tools used to support projects that reduce emissions and help communities adapt to climate change.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide global strategic leadership in finance for nature-based projects, focusing on Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), agri-businesses, and climate adaptation.
• Climate & Market Analysis: Analyze the impact of climate change on crop yields and track economic trends in agribusiness and carbon markets.
• Capacity Building: Design and deliver global training curricula to transform regional advisors into technical experts in green entrepreneurship and climate finance.
• Quality Assurance: Develop thematic standards for climate agri-markets and ensure rigorous Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV).
• Global Representation: Act as the lead technical voice in global forums, building strategic partnerships with institutional donors and climate investors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: A degree in Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Substantial expertise in climate finance, carbon monitoring, green businesses, or agri-tech. You should have experience in community development or humanitarian response in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex market data and carbon pricing. You must be fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French, Swahili, or Arabic being highly desirable.
• Personal Qualities: A committed Christian with a personal relationship with God, who is fully committed to Tearfund's mission, values, and beliefs.

Tearfund is looking for a part time Enquiries Officer on a fixed term basis for 12 months from June 2026 who is enthusiastic about serving those living in poverty by providing excellent customer service to our supporters. 

The successful candidate will be working on one of Tearfund's front lines providing a personal link and building relationships between our supporters and ourselves. You'll spend most of the day answering telephone calls from supporters, and also answering supporter queries by email, letter and on social media.

• Strong experience in setting and delivering a public and parliamentary affairs strategy.
• Strong experience of developing of new insights and policy positions within a team in an organisation working with other internal teams (such as comms and media) to communicate and promote those positions.
• In depth knowledge of the disability and reasonable adjustments element of UK legislation, and equality law as per the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Rights Act, Health and Safety at Work.
• Experience of acting as public facing spokesperson for an organisation.
