The role and your key responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area are supported and equipped to make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, North London or Cambridgeshire for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges, delivered remotely or in person. Also deliver impactful training webinars to our wider UK school and colleges network.

• Work with your partner Area Managers to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

• Monitor and analyse platform usage across partner schools and colleges, identifying partners that need additional support and proactively delivering tailored solutions to increase their engagement with the platform.

• Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

• Attend conferences and run CPD training events on behalf of Unifrog.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build rapport over email, phone and video calls.

• Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage and support a wide range of stakeholders professionally and positively

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail.

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take initiative and adapt to different partner needs.

• Active listening and objection handling skills.

• Confident in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions, remote and in person.

• Able to use data and trends to drive forward positive outcomes.

• A background or interest in education and careers guidance would be an advantage, although isn't essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from other sectors.

Key details

• £38,332 per annum pro rata (Grade B), plus commission and car allowance. 

• OTE £45,000 (pro rata).

Responsibilities and Person Specification:

This role is dedicated to building lived experience participation at Independent Age.  We want to deliver more opportunities for a greater variety of people with lived experience of financial hardship in later life to shape our work in meaningful ways.  

The role will be responsible for developing a lived experience participation network ensuring that our existing and growing work in this area can be delivered smoothly, ethically and in line with best practice and making sure that the voices of those most at risk of financial hardship can be heard. The role will champion and encourage participatory practice across the organisation, developing the long term lived experience strategy and supporting the organisation to learn and grow in this area. 

You should have strong experience of designing, running and supporting participatory activity, particularly with those with lived experience of a pressing social issue.  You will be passionate about making change for those with experience of financial hardship in later life and bring an understanding of what barriers there might be to taking part and how to overcome them.   Exceptional organisational skills are a must, along with great communication and the ability to build relationships with a broad range of people.

About the Role

We are looking for a Youth Voice and Influence Officer to support the delivery of high-quality, inclusive Youth Voice & Influence (YV&I) initiatives across the NYA, ensuring that young people are meaningfully involved in shaping programmes, influencing decisions, and leading their own advocacy. The YV&I Officer will engage directly with young people and stakeholders, lead on smaller projects and/or individual programme work strands, support internal teams, and contribute to achieving the NYA’s mission of empowering young voices.

The Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Development Manager to develop our approach to, and implement a comprehensive partnership development plan, aligning with our longer term strategic aims. You’ll collaborate across the organisation to understand business aims and objectives, and with one eye on the external market you’ll help to find solutions through seeking new opportunities and in turn developing key new relationships with organisations. You will be skilled in research and prospecting for new business development opportunities, performing the due diligence required and in developing mutually beneficial relationships with key partners which will enable us to deliver for our audiences and achieve our long-term plans. .
 
 
What you'll do
 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the charity to understand key business aims and objectives. 
• Scan the external landscape to identify strategic partnership opportunities that strengthen service delivery, influence systems and improve outcomes for deaf children and their families. 
• Prospect both warm and cold relationships for potential partners to help NDCS achieve our goals. 
• Use your keen research skills to perform due diligence to ensure potential partners are compatible with our aims and our values. 
• Make strong decisions regarding which partnerships to take forward and which to not progress based on insight. 
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing partners to enable NDCS to deliver against strategic plans.

 
What you'll need

• Proven experience in developing new business from prospecting to partnership.
• Strong research skills and a demonstrable ability to perform due diligence to ensure partners are aligned with NDCS values.
• Proven ability to manage risk effectively making tough decisions based on insight.
• Experience in developing warm and cold relationships and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes which meet NDCS’s strategic goals.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to be on the front line of human rights research and advocacy, joining a specialist organisation with a long track record in promoting the right to freedom of religion or belief (FoRB).

You will undertake research, investigations, monitoring, report-writing and advocacy on freedom of religion and human rights in Asia. You will develop a good relationship with stakeholders and ensure effective and creative ways to advance the research and advocacy on Asia.

Key responsibilities (full responsibilities listed in the application pack):

• To plan, organise and undertake research, monitoring and reporting on freedom of religion or belief and related human rights issues in the Asia region, through regular fact-finding assignments when and where security conditions allow, briefings with key stakeholders and the development of reliable in-country and external partnerships and collaboration.
• To produce materials, including general and thematic briefings and in-depth reports, documenting and analysing the situation of freedom of religion or belief and human rights in Asia, as well as advocacy recommendations.
• To develop and implement, with oversight from the Asia Team Leader, a practical, effective and innovative advocacy strategy for Asia, taking into account global geopolitics.
• To undertake awareness raising initiatives and advocacy focused on local (when possible), regional and international levels, and in consultation with the Asia Team Leader, work with CSW’s External Affairs Team to inform advocacy initiatives in the UK, EU, US, the United Nations, and with other governments and forums.
• To organise, as appropriate, advocacy visits for delegations in relation to the Asia region.

The Person

A committed Christian with a university degree and a strong commitment to human rights and justice, you will be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Manderin), have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to take the initiative and to work well under pressure.

Purpose of the role 

We are seeking a project coordinator to contribute research, project management and stakeholder management skills to support key projects advancing the consumer voice in the sustainability transition. This is a critical role in our team, and it comes with significant development opportunities. 

An initial focus will be supporting delivery of key workstreams in our Clean Energy Futures Programme, where our vision is for an affordable and accessible energy system in which all people can enjoy the benefits of increasingly clean, decentralised and interconnected energy. The Research and Events Coordinator will work alongside the Strategy and Projects Leads for Clean Energy Futures to manage engagement with the communities of practice that feed into our Clean Energy Futures work. This includes the Member Taskforce on Energy and the Multi-stakeholder Expert Group, comprised of cross-sector experts from business, academia and government.

The Coordinator will also contribute to project delivery through research into energy policy and practice and report writing, as well as joining programme strategy discussions in a strongly collaborative and non-hierarchical environment. We also anticipate the Coordinator working closely with our Insights Lead to conduct desk research and stakeholder interviews to deliver insights components of Sustainability Programme workstreams. 

After an initial 6-month period focused on Clean Energy Futures, there will be opportunities for the Coordinator to broaden their remit to other projects and topics within the Sustainability Programme.

Reflecting this breadth and the opportunities to grow, the Coordinator will initially report into the Director of Sustainability, who will provide guidance and mentoring support.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, proactive and energetic individual who can demonstrate their knowledge and professional interest in sustainability and an understanding of the importance of consumers in the transition. • A strong solution focused approach to enable supporters to overcome challenges and maximise their fundraising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (face to face, written and phone)
• Great time management, prioritisation and planning skills.
