About the Role
As a Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will work within the Regional Fundraising Team and grow a programme of challenge events that raises vital funds and positively promotes the Charity.

You will manage a portfolio of mass participation and challenge events, coordinating participants across many events at once, and in 2027 you will work with an external agency to launch a new digital challenge. Stewardship is at the heart of the role: you will make sure every participant has a memorable experience and is inspired to take on their next challenge. You will attend some events in person.

Experience of event planning, participant recruitment and supporter stewardship would be an asset. You will also need experience of working with a CRM database and be competent at interpreting financial information and reports.

This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About you
You will have a good understanding of the events fundraising sector and its relevant law, procedures and techniques. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, a warm, supporter-focused approach and the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
