The role:
As the Co-ordinator (Projects) you will provide general ad hoc admin support to multiple areas of your department and team members. You will liaise with subject matter experts for them to provide you content. Proofread content and ensure it complies with your organisation’s guides. You will enter questions onto online digital platforms. Utilise an online translation tool to amend questions as needed. Test translated items with subject matter experts. You will create and monitor project plans, including preparing and maintain project documentation, e.g. action logs, status updates, risk logs, and comms plans. About the team
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that delivers a range of second tier services to support those on the frontline to achieve positive outcomes for people with housing problems. These include training in housing and homeless prevention, housing law consultancy advice, housing debt casework, information and online resources and various targeted projects. The UCL Dementia Research Centre (DRC), based in the Department of Neurodegenerative Disease and led by Professor Nick Fox, is a hub for clinical research into various forms of dementia. Our work focuses on identifying and understanding the disease processes that cause dementia, the factors that influence these disease processes, and how best to support people with dementia and their families. In addition to our research, we also provide a cognitive disorders clinic within the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.
Rare Dementia Support (RDS) is a UCL-led collaborative service offering specialist social, emotional and practical support services for individuals living with, or affected by, a rare dementia diagnosis. Our vision is for all individuals with, at risk of, or supporting someone with one of these forms of dementia to have access to information, tailored support and guidance, and contact with others affected by similar conditions. RDS is provided by the UCL Dementia Research Centre (DRC) at the Queen Square Institute of Neurology and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery - where the post is based - and partners, and funded by The National Brain Appeal.
You will contribute to the work of the Rare Dementia Support (RDS) direct support team providing advice via support calls and in-person at the new Rare Dementia Support Centre (RDSC) by supporting people living with atypical, inherited, and young onset dementias, their carers, their families, and their friends, and professionals and practitioners working to support them. This role includes the opportunity to shape and direct special projects related to the development of new support groups, professional training, or patient and public involvement/engagement (PPI/E), in line with the activities of RDS and the wider Dementia Research Centre.
This post is offered on a hybrid basis with the expectation that you will be on site or at agreed regional work locations for 60-80% of your working week. You will also be expected to occasionally work on Saturdays and some evenings to attend support group-related activities which are usually held off-site in central London (but may require business travel). You will have an Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant health-related discipline and experience delivering pre-, peri-, and post-diagnostic rare dementia support. Extensive and expert knowledge of atypical, inherited, and young onset dementias, and up to date knowledge of the range of support available to people living with rare dementia and their families, and relevant aspects of the health and social care systems in the UK is essential.
A demonstratable understanding of, and ability to, manage the needs of patients with degenerative conditions, including the use of specific support skills and strategies as appropriate is also a requirement. You will also have excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate highly sensitive information to cognitively impaired and/or psychologically vulnerable people and their carers, who may have significant barriers to understanding or acceptance.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is seeking an inspiring and strategic Fundraising Director to lead our fundraising activity and help to drive the next phase of our growth.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy, ensuring a strong, diverse and sustainable income portfolio that enables us to reach more people and move closer to a world where all breast cancers are diagnosed early. Leading and supporting a newly formed but high performing team, you’ll oversee new business development, high value corporate partnerships and outstanding stewardship of our supporters. Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation you’ll set ambitious targets, identify opportunities for growth and champion long term, values aligned partnerships.
CoppaFeel! has experienced a period of exceptional financial growth, increasing income from £1.6m to £7m in 5 years, driven in large part by the success of our partnership with Asda. The Fundraising Director will provide bold, strategic leadership to shape the next phase of CoppaFeel!’s growth, evolving our fundraising model, reducing reliance on any single income stream and ensuring long term sustainability. While oversight of day to day fundraising performance remains important, this role is fundamentally future focused building resilience and driving innovation.

Duties and responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Work as part of the CoppaFeel! SMT shaping the organisational strategy, culture and cross departmental ways of working
- Set and lead an ambitious, multi year fundraising vision aligned to CoppaFeel!’s organisational strategy and impact goals
- Develop and support the Fundraising Team in the delivery of the fundraising strategy to ensure long term sustainability and maximum impact
- Provide strong, clear and consistent leadership through a period of growth, transformation and increasing complexity
- Champion innovation, testing and learning across all fundraising streams to unlock new opportunities and audiences
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure that fundraising is integrated across the organisation and aligned with our organisational delivery
Governance
- Work closely with the SMT to develop strategic recommendations for the Board of Trustees and support effective governance
- Development of the 3 year budget, including regular reforecasting and longer term projections to inform investment and growth decisions

Job Purpose
We are looking for an exemplary people-oriented administrator to provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO and the workstreams she manages. An important role in the organisation, working with senior leadership and across teams, in a welcoming and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.
Areas of work and responsibility
- Administrative Support to the Gestalt Centre CEO
- Coordinate and support projects and workstreams the CEO leads on: Operations, Communications and Marketing, Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications, HR, Finance, Policies, Fundraising and Health & Safety.
- Liaise with the CEO and the leadership team to update the organisational plan and workstream plans, also keep track of relevant priority actions and progress.

- Provide administrative support to the organising and running fundraising activities and events.

About the role:
As an IDVA you will:-
- Ensure that male survivors' safety and housing needs are met by supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
- Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
- Promote the service and raising awareness of issues arising, minimising barriers and improving access to support
You will need:
- Experience of providing support those affected by domestic abuse
- An understanding of the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
- Knowledge of safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
- A good understanding of Housing Law to be able to provide up to date advice and information on housing related needs
- Strong communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.

About the role:
At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service works across streets, transport hubs and a central support hub to ensure that no one is left facing rough sleeping alone. This is an integrated, borough-wide service focused on early engagement, reducing harm and supporting people to move away from the streets towards safety, accommodation and longer-term stability.
As an Outreach Worker, you’ll be a consistent and trusted presence for people sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping. Working flexibly across street outreach and hub-based support on a rota basis, you’ll build meaningful relationships, carry out trauma-aware assessments and coordinate practical support that helps people take their next steps.
You’ll work within a 'No Wrong Door' approach, supporting people wherever and however they engage. That might mean meeting someone early in the morning on outreach, supporting them to access the hub later that day, or working alongside partners to remove barriers that have kept them excluded in the past.
This is a role with variety, challenge and real impact. You’ll respond to complex situations, manage risk thoughtfully, and support people through moments of crisis and change. The work can be unpredictable and includes early, late and weekend shifts as part of a 7-day rota – but you won’t be doing it alone.
