P2P Implementation Specialist

A leading social housing provider based in London is seeking a P2P Implementation Specialist to support a key transformation programme. The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, affordable housing and offers excellent flexibility, with predominantly remote working.

This is a 6-month contract requiring a strong P2P professional with a keen eye for best practice to help optimise processes, systems, and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational managers to design and refine P2P data structures, including coding frameworks, approval work flows, and alignment with the Statement of Delegations
• Assess and enhance system functionality across works orders and maintenance contracts, implementing robust approval protocols and three-way matching to drive automation
• Develop and document exception processes for non-standard payments (e.g. non-PO invoices, one-off suppliers)
• Optimise system configuration within the test environment to support efficient, scalable P2P processes
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation, coordination with operational teams, analysis of results, and development of training materials

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay implementation and/or process improvement, with a clear understanding of financial controls and compliance
• Experience within housing, property, maintenance, repairs, or civil engineering is advantageous, but not essential
• Proven ability to design and optimise work flows (e.g. approval hierarchies, coding structures, exception handling) with a focus on efficiency and automation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance teams

We are looking for an experienced professional with a blend of communications and media experience who can push forward a union-led strategic communications agenda, and who can also enhance the ITF’s position in the media as the global voice of transport workers. This hands-on role will span communications and media work across the ITF.

You will be part of a team delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role of transport workers around the world, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights of transport workers everywhere.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, this role will work collaboratively to implement communications strategies for the ITF’s industrial work programmes and their priority campaigns. The role will include targeting diverse audiences including transport workers, employers, media, policy makers and political leaders. The role will also play a crucial role in ensuring that industrial priorities and issues are reflected and integrated in organisation-wide communications.

The Communications and Press Officer will lead on the implementation of the ITF’s global media strategy: the role is pivotal to securing media coverage that raises awareness of the work and priorities of the ITF internationally, across broadcast, print, online media and trade press, while also monitoring the media coverage we gain, evaluating impact and providing insights to help shape future media work.

The role will also be central to developing communications content across the ITF’s industrial sections, from website news stories to in-depth reports and communications support for ITF conferences, meetings and other events: you will need to be able to develop expert knowledge of policy and industrial issues facing transport workers, and effectively interpret and analyse issues and challenges and translate them into compelling and engaging communications outputs.

The role of the ITF Communications Team is to elevate our work on global issues and drive collective action to improve the rights of all transport workers.

The Communications Department leads strategic thinking around communications across the ITF’s industrial sections, global regions and key areas of focus, including women and young transport workers, sustainability, health and safety, the future of work and supply chain accountability. · Experience working within a fundraising team at a charity.

This is an exciting new role with the UK’s leading public mental health charity. The Senior Research Manager role is a fantastic opportunity focusing on producing research, analysis and insights that support our UK prevention mission. The role can be based in either our London or Glasgow office and will report into our Head of Research.

What does the role involve?

•Write compelling insight reports for internal and external audiences.

•Generating evidence, insights and research, including analysis of existing data (evidence reviews, secondary analysis), primary quantitative research & comparative research between nations.

•Developing policy-facing briefings, gathering relevant public mental health evidence and statistics.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

•Strong understanding of quantitative research and statistical analysis

•Significant experience in a relevant organisation (e.g. public health, university, research organisation) and area (e.g. epidemiology, mental health, economics, policy)

About the Role

As Grants and Information Officer, you will play a central role in delivering our services. You will manage grant applications from initial assessment through to decision and award, contribute to committee processes, and support the wider operations of the charity.

Key Responsibilities

Casework

• Manage applications from initial assessment through to committee review
• Liaise with beneficiaries and maintain accurate, confidential records

• Arrange payments to beneficiaries and service providers

About You

The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join us at this important stage. This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the Director, Director of Commerce and Business Transformation, Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees.

You will shape financial strategy, support high-level decision-making and ensure the Gallery remains financially sustainable, well-governed and able to deliver its ambitions. The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership, requiring sound judgement and the ability to work across a complex organisation.

The role
You will lead the Gallery’s financial strategy and planning, ensuring robust budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management. You will provide clear financial insight to support senior decision-making and oversee high-quality reporting.

You will ensure strong financial governance and compliance with Charity SORP, manage risk, and lead the annual audit. You will also oversee tax and regulatory matters, including VAT, PAYE and Gift Aid, and manage relationships with auditors, banks and funders.

You will lead and develop the Finance Team, while supporting financial understanding across the organisation. As part of the senior leadership group, you will help shape priorities and ensure resources are aligned to deliver impact.

About you
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with senior-level experience. Experience in the charity or cultural sector is helpful but not essential.

You will bring strong expertise in financial strategy, planning and governance, and be confident advising Boards or Trustees. You will be able to translate complex financial information into clear insight and build effective relationships across the organisation.
