Your role

As a Community Manager in South Wales (Gower to Monmouthshire) and The Three Counties of England (Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire), you'll be at the heart of one of the most stunning coastal and inland areas in the UK, working within the incredible communities that make the RNLI so special. This is your chance to make a real impact by bringing people together and building strong connections that drive our lifesaving mission forward. You will be connected to the RNLI community in your area and the primary point of contact for all things engagement -fundraising, retail and visitor experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Being strongly connected to the RNLI community in your area, acting as the primary point of contact for all things engagement – from fundraising and retail to visitor experience
• Empowering volunteer engagement crew to do what they do best, engaging the public, sharing our RNLI vision and growing vital support for our cause
• Supporting volunteer engagement crew to achieve key income, footfall and contact goals and seeking ways to engage new audiences
• Being part of an amazing regional team, working collaboratively to shape the future of RNLI engagement and provide an outstanding level of care to staff, volunteers and supporters
• Identifying and developing new income streams and partnership opportunities within your community

About you

You'll be a natural communicator, a true people person who thrives on building relationships, energising teams, and making things happen. Strategic and adaptable, you're just as comfortable leading from the front as you are working behind the scenes to get results.

To be considered as the Community Manager, you will need:

• Proven significant experience of engaging supporters, volunteers and the general public
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• People leadership experience, ideally in leading volunteers in a collaborative environment
• Experience of seeking out and implementing new opportunities for improved performance
• Experience of supporting and nurturing corporate or community partnerships
• Wales is a bilingual country, with both Welsh and English used routinely. Whilst the ability to speak and write in Welsh is not an essential requirement for the role, an understanding of the importance of Welsh language and culture is essential

Please note, this role requires a significant level of travel within the designated region of Wales, North West England, West Midlands and Isle of Man but will also require occasional travel to other RNLI assets including our support centre in Poole and occasional overnight stays.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager will play a central role in overseeing the Trust's financial accounting, investment reporting, cash management and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment accounting and reporting for the Trust's substantial investment portfolio and associated charity.

• Develop and enhance financial and management reporting through Microsoft Business Central and other systems.
• Drive improvements to finance processes, controls and reporting during a period of systems development.
• Support Investment Committee meetings, prepare Board papers and lead production of the Trustees' Annual Report.

About You

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing detailed financial work with strategic projects.

You will bring:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong financial accounting and statutory reporting experience.
• Experience of investment accounting, financial services or auditing organisations with significant investment portfolios would be advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting principles, with charity accounting experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience improving financial processes, systems and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

The role

This role is suited to an experienced fundraiser with a strong track record of securing significant income, including six-figure gifts, within the charitable sector. Working closely with the Director and Board, the Head of Development will lead fundraising strategy, strengthen supporter relationships, and diversify income streams to support The Line's future growth and impact.

Main purpose of job

To develop and deliver effective communications activity across all channels

Key responsibilities

The Substance Misuse Service at HMP Brixton delivers psychosocial interventions within an integrated healthcare framework known as the New Models of Care (NMOC). Working in partnership with healthcare providers and criminal justice agencies, we support individuals with drug and alcohol issues through a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach.

Based within HMP Brixton, a men's Category C resettlement prison in South London, this role will work across our London prison services, supporting the delivery of high-quality treatment programmes and driving key strategic projects that improve outcomes for service users.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for service improvement, partnership working and recovery-focused practice to play a key role in shaping the future of substance misuse services across the London region.

About the Role

As Regional Projects and Service Improvement Lead, you will work closely with the Regional Manager and London Leadership Team to lead and deliver strategic projects that support organisational priorities, improve service performance and enhance service user outcomes.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects through to successful completion, ensuring objectives are achieved and sustainable improvements are embedded across services.

Key priorities will include:

• Driving recruitment and retention initiatives across London services, reducing vacancy levels and supporting workforce stability.
• Improving continuity of care performance across the region, ensuring individuals receive effective support as they transition from custody into community treatment services.
• Supporting the delivery and development of high-quality therapeutic programmes, including The Bridge and Stepping Stones, with a particular focus on HMP Brixton.

You will take a lead role in strengthening continuity of care pathways by:

• Conducting release and pre-release audits to ensure compliance with NDTMS requirements and continuity of care standards.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community treatment providers and local authority partners.
• Establishing and chairing continuity of care forums and partnership meetings.
• Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practice across services.
• Supporting regional audits and quality assurance activity.
• Working closely with Health and Justice partners, NHSE and OHID to implement initiatives that improve continuity of care outcomes. 

The role requires flexibility and may include occasional evening or weekend working. Travel across London prison services and other regional projects will also be required.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in substance misuse services, service improvement and partnership working.

You will bring:
