Join Dementia UK as a Policy and Insights Officer to play a key role in shaping national policy by using data, research and lived experience to influence decision-making and dementia care. Working at the intersection of data, research and policy, you will support the development of insight that underpins Dementia UK’s policy influencing.

You will analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in dementia care, translating these into compelling policy narratives. You will support the design and delivery of surveys and insight-gathering activity, source and interpret external datasets, and strengthen the use of internal data across the organisation. The Contract Governance team helps Frontline deliver its mission by supporting the governance of Approach Social Work and other strategically important work, making sure decisions are clear, risks are understood, strategic partnerships work well, and colleagues have what they need to deliver lasting change for children and families.

This role is placed at a senior-manager banding to reflect the level of responsibility, autonomy and judgement required. This includes leading significant areas of contract governance, working with senior internal and external stakeholders, and deputising for the Principal Contract Governance Manager where appropriate. As part of the role, this may include line management responsibility for members of the Contract Governance team during periods of absence, parental leave or increased team need.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Leading key areas of contract governance for Approach Social Work and other strategically important contracts where relevant.
• Leading or supporting DfE-facing contract governance activity, making sure Frontline is well prepared for important discussions, updates and decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  As our Senior Data Executive, you’ll support team members involved in import activities, conducts root cause analysis to resolve issues, and work closely with the Data Operations and Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.

  About you

  You’ll have previous experience of running data imports, ensuring quality, integrity and accuracy of data using an ETL tool, as well as experience of GDPR and dealing with confidential data, and using Blackbaud CRM, or have equivalent CRM knowledge.

The role

We are seeking a creative, agile and ambitious Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our flagship educational programme, Topical Talk Headlines.

Working three days a week, this role offers an extraordinary amount of creative freedom. Every week brings a brand-new global news story, and it will be up to you to establish its unique look and feel. From choosing typography and vibrant colour palettes to deciding between illustration and photography, you will have the autonomy to design resources that make complex, intimidating global issues accessible and engaging for young people aged 10-16 around the world.

Reporting to the Director of Programmes and working closely with our experienced in-house Designer, you will be embedded in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with our expert team of ex-teacher content creators to brainstorm, iterate and deliver world-class classroom resources on tight, overlapping deadlines. While your primary focus will be Topical Talk Headlines, you will also support wider brand and marketing projects across the charity as time allows. 

Responsibilities

Visual identity and resource creation:

• Own the weekly design of Topical Talk Headlines: translate complex global topics into beautiful, clear and practical learning resources, from worksheets and posters to interactive slides and educational games
• Design for global accessibility: use clear information hierarchy, considered layouts and colour-signposting to support teachers and ensure students, including those learning in a non-native language, can seamlessly navigate nuanced concepts
• Uphold our brand standard: deliver high-quality, polished designs that our teachers expect and that reflect the premium reputation of The Economist Educational Foundation
• Design for modern youth experiences: create contemporary, vibrant visuals that reflect and respect how young people engage with the world

This is not technology for its own sake. We are looking for someone who combines strategic insight with practical delivery; a leader who can translate complex technical possibilities into real-world improvements for staff, clergy and volunteers. About the role

We’re looking for a highly strategic Director of Policy with deep experience of influencing policy and political decision-making to lead WWF-UK’s policy development and influence at a critical moment for climate and nature.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of WWF-UK’s strategy and impact. Working across advocacy, conservation, science, in the UK and internationally, you will shape and drive a small number of high-impact policy priorities capable of unlocking meaningful change across systems including food, finance, trade and land use.

You will lead a high-performing Policy team, strengthening WWF-UK’s ability to respond quickly and credibly to political opportunities with deliverable solutions. You will play a key operational role in delivering compliant, high-quality procurement activity across the Federation. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Assistant Procurement Officer to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Procurement Team on a fixed-term basis, with a primary focus on the onboarding of new academies into the Trust.

You will work closely with the Head of Procurement to support procurement due diligence, data collection, and the structured integration of new academies into the Trust’s procurement arrangements, policies, frameworks and systems. The role will also provide proportionate general procurement support during the contract period.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing focused support to the procurement onboarding of new academies during the fixed term period, working directly with the Head of Procurement throughout each onboarding cycle.
• Assisting with procurement due diligence activity, including collecting, collating and maintaining information on:
  • existing contracts and suppliers
  • spend data and pricing arrangements
  • expiry dates, break clauses and key risks
• Supporting the review, organisation and validation of legacy procurement documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate and suitable for audit and internal assurance purposes
• Coordinating engagement with new academies, including arranging initial onboarding meetings, site visits and follow up actions linked to procurement integration

Business Support Officer (England)

We’re looking for a highly organised Business Support Officer to play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of our programmes.

This varied role sits at the heart of our England Programmes team, where you’ll help ensure systems, data and processes run smoothly while providing high-quality support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality programme administration and coordination
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Excel
• Support mentor onboarding, including DBS checks
• Manage stakeholder queries via email, phone and Teams
• Coordinate programme processes such as student–mentor matching
• Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events
• Troubleshoot system issues and support users
• Contribute to improving processes and communications

About you

Essential skills & experience

• Strong administration and data management experience
• Confident using Salesforce CRM and MS Office 365
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Event coordination experience
