About the Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the management and continuous improvement of the College’s Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP), ensuring it operates effectively for all users. The role provides service desk support, maintains accurate training records, and works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and system providers to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

Some key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Providing first- and second-line support to LLP users, resolving queries and system issues

· Maintaining user accounts, training records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems

· Liaising with external developers to report faults, track progress, and support system improvements

· Creating and delivering training materials, guidance, and presentations on LLP usage

· Coordinating user testing (UAT) and supporting implementation of system updates

· Monitoring and reporting on service desk activity, identifying trends and improvements

· Supporting committees and stakeholders, including communications, meetings, and minute taking

About You

 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, ideally within a membership or medical education setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and deliver presentations or workshops. You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.

Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

As a Social Entrepreneur Support Manager, you will be focused on delivering the best possible support to social entrepreneurs and their venture to help them maximise their social impact. This role will lead on finding, funding and supporting social entrepreneurs to offer them the best chance of success, from start up to scale. This role will be working with a diverse range of Social Entrepreneurs, both in terms of their lived experience, and the stage of their venture.

You will be responsible for working with a portfolio of social entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey, from ideation through to growth and scale. The portfolio of social entrepreneurs you will be supporting may vary dependent upon the team you sit within. You may be focused on early-stage or growth stage ventures as needed, offering more flexibility, variety, and skill development opportunities. You will be responsible for the delivery of a package of support that provides the social entrepreneur with awards (grants), Individual and business support, access to peer-to-peer support and to networks.   

In the respective teams you will also play an important role in deepening our capability and expertise when it comes to supporting social entrepreneurs during these different stages, building Pathways to Growth. You may also support the design, development and delivery of externally funded programmes or work with thematically/geographically linked social entrepreneurs as appropriate. About the Youth Endowment Fund 

We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice. 

In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them. 

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by funding great initiatives, finding what works and working for change - scaling and spreading the practices that make a difference. 

One of the most important things we do is turn evidence into action through our change programmes, working directly with schools, local leaders and services to change practice and prevent violence. To deliver these programmes well, we need clear plans, smooth commissioning and procurement processes, accurate data and strong coordination across teams and partners.

The Programme Delivery Manager role is critical to making that happen, and it has two distinct elements: 

Programme management for two Change programmes: You’ll be the hands-on programme lead for two of our main change programmes. You’ll work closely with the Change delivery team to put clear, aligned plans in place and then brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when. 

Commissioning and procurement support for the whole Change team: You’ll also be the go-to source of guidance and advice for Change colleagues who are procuring or commissioning other activity. You’ll help the team navigate processes correctly, ensuring commissioning is captured and maintained accurately in Salesforce and keep our ways of working consistent across the team. By keeping us organised and on track, you’ll help us maximise the impact of every pound we invest. 

Key responsibilities 

Your role has these two distinct but complementary elements. The first is hands-on programme management for two of our main Change programmes. The second is acting as a source of guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the wider Change team. Together, these responsibilities are essential to keeping our programmes on track and our commissioning processes running smoothly and consistently. A detailed list of your key responsibilities is given below: 

1: Hands-on programme management for two Change programmes 

• Lead programme planning and coordination: 

• Work with the delivery team to make sure we have clear, aligned programme plans in place, with timelines, milestones and owners for every workstream. 

• Brilliantly manage those plans day to day, making sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and by when, and that the team stays on track across multiple demanding workstreams. 

• Track dependencies and progress, flag risks to delivery early and coordinate solutions before issues become blockers. 

2: Guidance, advice and practical support on commissioning and procurement for the Change team  

• Manage contracts and commissioning for delivery partners 

• Draft, prepare and execute agreements and subsequent variations with delivery partners and commissioned providers, using Adobe e-Sign where required. 

• Accurately input and maintain all programme data in Salesforce, including deliverables, financial commitments, payment schedules and supporting documents. 

• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with contractual requirements. 

• Resolve payment queries and discrepancies quickly, chasing outstanding invoices and reports where needed, and conduct regular data accuracy spot checks in Salesforce. 

• Support process improvements and ways of working 

• Work with the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager to keep the team’s commissioning and procurement processes consistent with YEF-wide ways of working. 

• Develop and maintain simple, effective tools for planning, tracking and reporting, building on the systems we already use (including Salesforce). 

• Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency and consistency across our programme and commissioning operations. 

• Enable effective communication and reporting 

• Serve as the central point of contact for programme delivery, commissioning and procurement requests across the team, ensuring streamlined processes and avoiding duplication. 

• Provide timely responses and clear communication to internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving. 

• Keep senior leadership informed with forward plans, dashboards and progress updates to support better strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key supporting role within the fundraising team, assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the Communications team. With a key aim of delivering agreed activity and growing income from corporate partnerships.

This role focuses on supporting the identification and recruitment of new regional, national and international corporate supporters, while also playing a lead role in managing and stewarding existing partnerships, with particular responsibility for communications activity and delivery of sponsorship activities and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting New Business Development

• Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values
• Support the development of tailored proposals, pitches and presentations for potential corporate supporters
• Help prepare outreach materials, including emails, decks, and briefing documents
• Maintain and update prospect pipelines and CRM records

• Maintain a strong understanding of World Horse Welfare’s work to ensure relevance in our corporate partnership work
• Develop close working relationships with Communications team and work closely with them on creating and scheduling of agreed corporate content in line with communications schedules.
• Coordinate and deliver partnership communications, including newsletters, updates, impact reports, and social media content
• Lead on gathering content to form the basis of partnership communication obligations

The role of the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Officer - Devolved Nations is vital to achieving our UK-wide advocacy mission: to reduce health inequalities in type 1 diabetes, to widen access to type 1 diabetes treatments and technologies and to ensure that people with type 1 get access to emerging new treatments and future cures in the devolved nations.  

You will lead on projects with key stakeholders and high-level Parliamentarians, such as our access to treatments and early detection work, as well as people with type 1 diabetes, policy makers and researchers. You will help to deliver Breakthrough T1D’s influencing plans, improving access to and choice of type 1 diabetes treatments and technology in the devolved nations.  

Experience required 

• Experience of working successfully with politicians, their offices, Government departments, and other public affairs stakeholders to influence policy and to influence public/stakeholder discourse across the devolved nations

• Experience of leading public affairs delivery in at least one (preferably all) of the devolved nations 

• Experience in analysing Government policy in-depth and creating policy briefings  

• Experience of drafting briefings, reports and policy submissions   

• Experience of communicating across a range of parliamentary and professional stakeholders at all levels

About NEON  

NEON is a capacity and infrastructure building organisation that seeks to accelerate the transition to a new economy by building the power of social movements - because without strong social movements we lack the power we need to win. We deliver trainings, develop resources, facilitate collaboration and work in partnership with key movement allies, especially in the climate, housing and migration movements. Our focus is on strengthening the organising, communications and strategy skills of social movement organisations, as well as deepening movement alignment, as we believe these are key to building collective power. Purpose of this role

This role is the main point of contact for staff for all people & operations support. It is crucial in providing the systems and support that NEON staff rely on to do their best work by:

• owning NEON people and operations  policies and ensuring they are understood and applied consistently and equitably across the organisation;

• guiding staff through people processes;

• overseeing the smooth running of operations  systems across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing: 

1. Lead the full lifecycle of NEON staff, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding, while overseeing and supporting the Ops Assistant to run these processes. Lead on reviewing and improving people processes and ensure anti-oppression is embedded within them.

2. Manage HR systems and records, including contracts, payroll inputs, leave, training, appraisals, probations and policy implementation, ensuring processes are accurate, well maintained and completed on time by line managers.

3. Act as first point of contact for HR queries, taking ownership of NEON’s policies, processes, culture and employee relations. Advise staff and line managers on policies, accommodations, and support needs, conduct relevant HR meetings and escalate to the Director of Ops and People when appropriate.

4. Manage monthly payroll, submitting updates to the outsourced provider, checking accuracy of pension and other deductions, implementing pay increases and paperwork, and addressing staff payroll queries or signposting them to financial guidance.

5. Line manage the Operations Assistant to a high standard using the full spectrum of management tools and approaches e.g. mentoring, coaching, challenge and feedback using the feedback guidelines, more formal performance processes. Empowering them to thrive at NEON and perform their role excellently.

6. Oversee day-to-day operational support functions delivered through the Ops Assistant, including IT and systems, GDPR processes, office and facilities coordination, health and safety, staff event logistics and board logistics, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, following NEON’s values.

7. Support the Director of Ops and People in developing and updating people policies, procedures, and practices, staying across emerging trends, and embedding a caring, anti-oppressive culture through organisational development projects such as internal comms, team guides, manuals, and frameworks.

8. Maintain core organisational administration, including Companies House filings, insurance renewals, subscriptions, and shared organisational inboxes.

9. Participate or lead on Operations projects as agreed, (e.g. HR systems, data protection, health and safety), with clear scope and prioritisation.

10.  Actively lead on the enhancement of the Ops Peer Support Network’s community of practice as part of implementing the network strategy.

11. Play an active part in the whole NEON team, contributing to organisation-wide plans

Who you are: 

• HR & people ops experience: You’ve worked in HR or people operations before and are confident managing the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, contracts, onboarding, performance, leave, payroll coordination and offboarding. You can hold these processes end-to-end and keep them accurate, consistent and compliant, whilst ensuring they align with the values and ways of working.

• Operational systems & improvements: You’ve held responsibility for systems like HR platforms, shared drives, IT tools or project management software. You’re confident in improving how things work and embedding changes so they actually stick and work for people.

• Strong organisation & reliability: You’re highly organised, detail-focused and someone who gets things done. You can manage multiple recurring processes (like payroll cycles, HR records and compliance tasks) and keep everything on track without things slipping.

• Line management experience: You’re a skilled and confident line manager, and able to support with feedback, development and performance. You know how to balance care with clarity and accountability.

• First point of contact for HR & ops support: You’re comfortable being a go-to person for staff questions on HR, people and operations. Supporting staff and managers with clear, practical guidance and handling sensitive issues with care, confidence and professionalism.

• Working knowledge of compliance areas: Good understanding of core compliance areas such as UK employment practice, data protection and health and safety. You know how to apply these in a proportionate, practical way that fits a small organisation.

As one of our two Lead event stewards you will be responsible for our team of paid, casual Cathedral Stewards. The Cathedral Stewards are an essential part of our life at the Cathedral – making possible the busy and engaging programme of services and events that we hold. You will organise the duty rota for the paid Cathedral Stewards, lead the Cathedral Stewards on the Cathedral floor during events and special services and take a lead on the recruitment, training and development of the stewards in collaboration with the EA to the COO. 

You will work closely with the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Coordinator and the Head of Events – assisting them with their delivery of events. You will also be a key member of the Health, Safety and Security Committee at the Cathedral. At its core, this is a role which offers the Lead Event Stewards the chance to be at the forefront of our relationship with our visitors and play a key part in the success of our special services, large-scale commercial and Engagement events.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Organise monthly rotas for the Cathedral Event Stewards to ensure all events are adequately and appropriately staffed;
• Working alongside the HR team, develop and maintain a training programme for Cathedral stewards
• Work alongside the Head of Engagement and the Engagement Coordinator to take part actively in planning, set-up and delivery of Engagement events such as talks, theatre, music, comedy nights and art installations;
• Undertake stewarding shifts for special services, large scale commercial events and Engagement events;

• Assist the Audience Development Coordinator in collecting feedback from Engagement events

• Attend the fortnightly Health, Safety and Security Committee: help to develop and implement new initiatives and responses to legislation and other guidelines, and assist with developing ways of working and steward handbooks;
• Attend various internal meetings including the weekly diary meeting, project and event planning meetings, all-staff meetings and the Health, Safety and Security Committee meeting.

• Compile steward timesheets and submit to the Finance Department for payroll

About the role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Service Development Manager (SDM) to lead change and support teams across our Central and Pan London Directorate, covering Pan London GLA contracts (including NSNO, specialist rough sleeping, and migrant support services), outreach teams, and Westminster services.
