The successful candidate will bring experience of designing and delivering programmes across different locations. You’ll be confident building partnerships, translating ideas into clear offers, and creating practical tools others can use. You’ll work well across sectors, be comfortable managing complexity, and bring a collaborative and relational leadership style.

This is a permanent, full-time role (four-day working week on compressed hours). The role is remote with regular travel across the UK, including visits to London and our client partner towns.

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.

You and your team will work across the Events team, adding value to our participants’ experience across our full range of products, from sign up to thanking and beyond. You’ll lead the team to drive cross product testing, learning and innovation. Working as part of the Events Management team you will contribute to the strategy and direction of the wider Events team.

About you
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who has a strong background in stewardship and customer experience with an understanding of the charity sector.

You will able to manage and inspire the team throughout busy and high-pressured events seasons. To help us with this important mission, we are looking for a Delivery Officer for our North Region (covering Cheshire FA, Cumberland FA, Durham FA, Lancashire FA, Liverpool FA, Manchester FA, North Riding FA, Northumberland FA and Westmorland FA). As a Delivery Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of capital projects across a defined region – including 3G pitches, pavilions, grass pitch improvements, PlayZones and more. You’ll work closely with applicants and colleagues across the Foundation to help turn project ideas into reality, from early pipeline stages to pre-award.

What can we offer you? 

The salary band for this role is £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.

Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
• Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
• Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
• Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
• Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
• To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.

The Role

As our Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of key parts of our two platforms -  CharityJob and CharityConnect – from discovery through to delivery. You’ll work closely with talented teams of designers, software engineers, and our commercial teams to deliver value to both jobseekers and recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for core features across our jobseeker and employer platforms
• Lead product discovery efforts: user research, competitor analysis, market trends
• Translate insights into clear specs, prioritised backlogs, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch improvements
• Use data to evaluate product performance and iterate quickly
• Advocate for our users and champion great user experience
• Help shape our product culture and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in product management and within a digital platform
• Experience delivering products from concept through to delivery and iteration
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• A data-informed mindset – you’re comfortable with analytics and user research
• Empathy for users and a genuine interest in social impact
• Ability to work in an environment of change - comfortable navigating shifting priorities and requirements.
• Experience in job tech, recruitment, or marketplaces is a plus (but not essential)

Based in Surrey, the Orpheus Centre is an independent specialist college and charity that focuses on developing independence skills through performing and visual arts and makes dramatic improvements to young disabled adults’ lives.  We are currently looking for a driven and pro-active Events Fundraiser to develop, coordinate and deliver the charity’s fundraising events and orchestrate experiences from initial concept to post event analysis. This includes pre-event planning and development, concept development and proposal.

Working closely with the Head of Capital Appeal and Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will design and deliver events which steward and develop key contacts as part of our Capital Appeal.

The role holder will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and work as part of a team.  You will be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing a wide range of tasks.

35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Essential qualifications, knowledge and experience:

• At least 2yrs experience of fundraising, marketing or events in a paid or voluntary capacity
• Has worked as part of a team

• Knowledge of different methods of fundraising
• Awareness of how to motivate and support volunteers and supporters
• Basic awareness of PR and social media
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High levels of accuracy in written materials and data entry
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to work on own initiative under pressure & without direct supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Able to build and maintain good working relationships with people
• Able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload including demonstrable experience of managing a diverse workload and working to strict deadlines under pressure
• Numerate
• Good IT skills including Microsoft office, email and data recording
• Able and willing to work unsocial hours
• Car owner/driver (full, clean UK driving licence)
• Able to work some evening and weekends.

Job Title: Experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IOs) for Stage 2 Complaints (This role sits within our Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) service)

Contract: Associate

Hours: Variable, according to demand for services/caseload and role in investigation

Salary: £25.25 per hour

Location: Associate Independent Investigating Officers for Complaints primarily work from home. Some travel may be required as part of an investigation – location will vary according to the referral received from the Local Authority. Cases will be allocated to Associate IOs living locally to the referring authority, wherever possible.

About the role

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.

The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.

The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.

Please note: the nature of associate work means that we cannot guarantee a regular amount of work, and complaints will be allocated dependent on the associate’s availability, location and the needs and demands of the individual case. Investigation work takes place Monday to Friday within working hours. This position is not suitable for applicants who already work or have commitments more than two days within the working week.
