The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of high-quality digital resources across the Growing Faith Foundation, Young Leaders and FLOURISH programmes. The postholder will work collaboratively across these teams to create engaging digital content and help ensure resources are accessible, well-presented and effectively promoted.

Acting as a key point of liaison between the Growing Faith and FLOURISH teams and the National Society for Education's marketing and communications functions, the postholder will help coordinate content, champion good practice in digital communications and branding, and support the effective sharing of information and resources across teams.

Role Summary

This is a genuine opportunity to contribute first-hand to the strategic running of a national charity, with close visibility of how the organisation is led and governed. You will be trusted with sensitive information, exposed to strategic decision-making, and given the chance to shape how the CEO's office and the wider senior leadership team (SLT) operate day to day.

Beyond the traditional diary, travel and correspondence duties, you will play an active part in the mechanics of governance and decision-making- supporting board meetings, tracking actions to completion, and ensuring that what lands on the CEO's desk is accurate, well-presented and ready to act on. You will also work closely with the newly appointed Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, helping ensure that updates on risks, issues and KPI tracking reach the CEO promptly and in a digestible form, so that the CEO's time and attention are focused where they are needed most. It is an ideal role for an experienced EA or Personal Assistant who wants more ownership, more variety, and closer involvement in the strategic life of an organisation than a traditional support role typically offers.

This role offers direct exposure to the strategic and governance rhythm of the organisation- from board papers to senior stakeholder meetings- for someone who wants their EA experience to build towards broader organisational and governance expertise.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Supporting the CEO:

• Proactively manage the CEO's diary, resolving clashes and prioritising competing demands on their time in line with organisational priorities.
• Act as a first point of contact for the CEO, screening and triaging correspondence, calls and requests, and responding or redirecting where appropriate.
• Build strong working relationships with the CEO's key internal and external contacts, acting as a trusted and professional representative of their office.

Diary, Travel & Logistics:

• Coordinate complex diaries across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including scheduling and rearranging meetings at short notice.
• Book and manage travel, accommodation and venues, including researching options, managing costs, and having contingency plans in place.
• Prepare itineraries and briefing packs ahead of trips, meetings and events, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared.
• Process expenses and invoices relating to the CEO's activity in line with company policy.

Meetings, Minutes & Action Tracking:

• Attend meetings chaired by or involving the CEO to take accurate, concise minutes and notes, distinguishing decisions from discussion.
• Maintain a live action log across meetings, proactively chasing owners and reporting progress back to the CEO so nothing is missed.
• Organise logistics for meetings and away days, including rooms, catering, materials and technology.
• Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to ensure that risk, issue and KPI updates are routed to the CEO promptly and in a clear, digestible format, helping the CEO focus attention where it is most needed.
• Liaise with the PMO Lead on scheduling and papers for any meetings that bring project or programme updates to the CEO, ensuring consistency with the wider action and decision tracking maintained for the CEO's office.

Board & Governance Support:

• Support the coordination of board and committee meetings, including scheduling, collating and distributing papers to agreed deadlines.
• Take and produce minutes for board and committee meetings, working closely with the CEO (and Chair/Company Secretary, where applicable) on accuracy and follow-up.
• Maintain a board actions and decisions tracker, and support the CEO in preparing for board cycles.
• Maintain confidentiality and good document control over board papers, minutes and related governance records.

Document & Presentation Production:

• Produce first drafts of documents, reports, briefings and PowerPoint presentations for the CEO to review, amend and finalise.
• Format and polish documents and slide decks to a professional, consistent, on-brand standard.
• Review documents and correspondence prepared by others before they reach the CEO, checking for accuracy, clarity, tone and fitness for purpose, and flagging any concerns.

Support to the Senior Leadership Team:

• Provide reasonable and proportionate admin support to other members of the SLT, prioritised in agreement with the CEO.
• Minute meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of SLT members, as required.
• Assist with occasional diary, travel or document support for the SLT where this does not conflict with the needs of the CEO.

Office & General:

• Maintain efficient filing, contact and information systems for the CEO's office.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement at all times.
• Undertake other duties reasonably commensurate with the role, as required by the CEO.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge:

Essential:

• Significant experience as an EA, PA or senior administrator supporting a CEO, director or other senior executive.
• Experience taking minutes and tracking actions for senior-level or board/committee meetings.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to draft clear, well-structured documents, correspondence and presentations.
• Expert in using common business software/ applications such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities under time pressure.
• Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, comfortable using initiative rather than waiting to be asked.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence and professionalism to liaise with senior stakeholders, board members and external contacts.

Desirable:

• A relevant qualification (e.g. in business administration or executive PA practice), though experience will be weighted more heavily than formal qualification.
• Confident and effective use of AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support drafting, summarising and formatting work- for example, producing first-draft documents, presentations or minutes for review, while applying good judgement on accuracy, confidentiality and when human review and rewriting is needed.
• Experience providing ad hoc support across a wider senior team, not just a single executive.

Annual Leave

The Head of International Growth is a new strategic leadership role that will enable parkrun to unlock dynamic, sustainable growth across some of key geographies — currently Europe, Africa, and America, though these may evolve over time. About the role:

ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. We deliver over 60 courses and conferences a year to an average of 2,000 practitioners across the UK, supporting lawyers, caseworkers, advisers and organisations working with migrants. 

The Training Manager will not directly teach any training content but will run this programme end to end, ensuring all trainings and events are delivered professionally, to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, confidence with digital platforms and the ability to work with experienced external tutors. The post holder will shape the training calendar with support from the Training Advisory Board and maintain ILPA’s reputation for high-quality, practitioner-led training.

We are looking for a senior partnerships officer who will ensure our vital work to address the
environmental crisis is well funded, working to secure new partnerships and stewarding existing
funder relationships.

This multifaceted role works across teams to coordinate and deliver Green Alliance’s fundraising
activities and grant management. Collaborating with the organisation’s policy and political
experts, you support the creation of creative and impactful new project proposals that address
environmental problems and support the organisation’s strategy. You will identify funders for this
through prospecting and relationship building and will guide proposals through processes to
secure funds. You will monitor the organisation’s progress against fundraising targets and lead on
management of our funding pipeline.

Stewardship of existing funding relationships is a significant part of this role which means
ensuring we have excellent communication with our funders, making sure they receive high
quality reports on Green Alliance’s impact and supporting the team to see our funders as partners.
You will manage our Business Circle and maintain relationships with its members and support
efforts to recruit new business members into Green Alliance Task Forces.

Excellent communication skills are at the heart of this role, both written and verbal. You will be
confident, efficient, and resourceful; calm under pressure and enjoy building strong relationships
with a variety of senior stakeholders, as well as working independently. Strong skills in relation to
organisation, administration and prioritisation are essential.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Quality Assurance Manager is a blended leadership role combining strategic quality assurance, performance oversight, service management and practice development.

The role is split broadly between focused on quality assurance, data-led improvement and performance oversight, and two days focused on service management, practice leadership and frontline improvement activity.

The postholder will lead the development and delivery of a strong quality assurance framework across support services, ensuring that practice, performance and service delivery are safe, effective, person-centred and aligned with contractual, regulatory and organisational standards.

Alongside this, the postholder will remain closely connected to frontline delivery through service management responsibilities and practice development leadership, particularly within Housing First and complex-needs services. Key Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and improvement: Lead the quality assurance function across support services, coordinating audits, quality checks, case file reviews, service reviews and improvement plans. Turn findings into practical actions that strengthen safety, consistency, resident experience, safeguarding, support planning and trauma-informed practice. Work with managers to embed learning, monitor progress and evidence improvement against internal and external standards.

• Information retrieval and STAIRs requests: Act as QA Manager lead for information retrieval relating to STAIRs requests, including triaging scope, gathering internal and contractor records, coordinating redaction and drafting responses within regulatory timeframes.

• Service and support management: Provide hands-on support management across frontline services, including Housing First improvement activity, Hope Street and St Mungo’s contracts, team rota management and the Support Manager on-call rota. Support managers and teams to manage risk, strengthen case accountability and recording, and deliver consistent, high-quality support to residents with complex needs.

• Practice development: Embed person-centred, trauma-informed and psychologically informed practice across support services. PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Service Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, quality, performance and contract delivery of both the LB Newham Core and the Intensive Support Accommodation contracts. The role will ensure a joined-up support pathway for residents with low, medium, high and complex support needs, promoting safety, stabilisation, independence, move-on and long-term tenancy sustainment.

The post-holder will lead staff teams to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred support for vulnerable single homeless adults, including residents with multiple disadvantage, high levels of risk and complex support needs.

The role will set, monitor and embed clear resettlement and support standards, ensuring residents receive consistent assessment, support planning, risk management, move-on preparation and tenancy sustainment support.

The role will be accountable for safeguarding, housing management, performance reporting, quality assurance, partnership working, commissioner confidence and continuous service improvement.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, trauma-informed and gender-informed support service for women living in the Complex Needs service. The post-holder will hold a caseload of women residents who may be experiencing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, rough sleeping, domestic abuse, mental ill health, substance use, exploitation, offending histories, social isolation and complex trauma.

The Women’s Support Worker will provide persistent, compassionate and practical support to women who may find it difficult to trust services, sustain engagement or accept support consistently. The role requires someone who can build safe, respectful relationships at the woman’s pace, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and supporting women to stabilise, feel safer, reduce risk and work towards their own goals.

The post-holder will work as part of the wider frontline support team, leading on support planning, advocacy and multi-disciplinary working for women residents. They will also support colleagues’ day to day to apply gender-informed practice, strengthen engagement with women and ensure support is coordinated, responsive and centred on women’s safety, choice and wellbeing.

This role forms part of a seven-day rota and will include some evening and weekend working.
