Job description

Summary of Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join the RHN Academy as a Partner Liaison Officer.

This role sits at the heart of our growing Academy, supporting partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and ensuring the smooth coordination of academic modules, CPD offerings, and student placements. Acting as the main point of contact for with HEIs, the post holder will play a key role in maintaining strong, effective relationships and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Clinical Education team to support the delivery of high-quality education programmes, coordinating logistics, managing enrolments, and contributing to the ongoing development of Academy processes.

This is an evolving role with a unique opportunity to shape systems and ways of working as the Academy continues to grow.

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is one of the oldest independent hospitals in the UK. Our vision is to be the national centre of excellence for neuro-disability.

We provide person-centred care focused on enhancing dignity, independence, and quality of life. Our services span the full care pathway, supported by a strong research and education programme.

Main Objectives of the Role

  • To act as the primary liaison between the RHN Academy and Higher Education Institutions, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • To support the delivery and administration of academic modules, CPD programmes, and learner activities
  • To coordinate student onboarding processes, including placements, inductions, and learner support
  • To provide operational and administrative support to the Clinical Education team
  • To contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Academy systems and processes
  • To ensure high standards of organisation, communication, and professionalism across all areas of work
