Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to help build and shape the charity’s corporate partnerships and fundraising programme, securing funding that will help grow MCKS Charitable Foundation’s support from 180 schools to 500 schools across the UK.

Through our school pantry programmes and breakfast clubs, MCKS Charitable Foundation supports children and families experiencing food insecurity, helping ensure pupils can start the school day nourished and ready to learn.

Our goal is to support 500 schools, helping thousands of children and families access essential food support each week.This role will play a central part in securing the partnerships and funding needed to achieve that ambition.

As Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Manager, you will help develop sustainable income streams through corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and national fundraising initiatives.

This is an opportunity for a fundraiser who wants to build meaningful partnerships, shape strategy and help grow a national charity.

About the Role

Working closely with the charity’s leadership and trustees, you will help develop and deliver a diversified fundraising strategy that supports the charity’s growth.

You will focus on building strong relationships with organisations aligned with our mission and developing funding opportunities that enable the charity to expand its reach and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Corporate Partnerships

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate organisations aligned with the charity’s mission
• Secure financial and in-kind support from businesses
• Develop partnership proposals and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage relationships with corporate partners and provide impact reporting

Trusts & Foundations

• Research and apply to relevant grant-making trusts and foundations
• Develop compelling funding proposals and applications
• Manage relationships with funders and oversee reporting

Fundraising Campaigns

• Support the development of national fundraising campaigns, including Fuel for Five
• Develop fundraising resources for schools, communities and supporters
• Identify opportunities for collaborative fundraising activities

Donor Engagement & CRM

• Support the implementation and management of the charity’s fundraising CRM system
• Maintain accurate records of donors, partners and fundraising activity
• Track fundraising performance and provide updates to leadership and trustees

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in fundraising, corporate partnerships or business development
• A confident relationship builder with strong networking skills
• Comfortable developing proposals and securing funding
• Proactive and able to work independently within a growing charity
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience in the charity sector is welcome but not essential if you have strong partnership or fundraising experience.

Why This Role Matters

MCKS Charitable Foundation currently supports around 180 schools across the UK through its school pantry programmes. Through strategic partnerships and fundraising, this role will help expand that support to 500 schools nationally, ensuring more children and families have access to essential food support through their schools.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own pipeline, develop partnership proposals and oversee reporting to funders and partners.

In your first year, the focus will be on building a strong fundraising pipeline capable of generating £150,000+ in future income and securing £75,000–£150,000 in new funding through corporate partnerships, trusts and fundraising initiatives.

Your work will play a direct role in enabling the charity to grow its support for schools and sustainably scale its impact.

 What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will involve building a strong and sustainable fundraising pipeline, securing new corporate partnerships and developing funding relationships that enable the charity to expand its reach.

You will be comfortable taking ownership of fundraising activity, identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building long-term partnerships that deliver meaningful support for schools and families.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and seeing the direct impact of their work on a growing charity.

Network and Learning Manager – Age-friendly Communities

Flexible and collaborative, you are able to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.  Someone who can enjoy being part of a team which is supporting a growing, and highly regarded network on an issue of national and global importance.

An understanding of the local policy context around ageing and older people is desirable, but not essential.  However, an understanding of how change happens ‘on the ground’, and how learning and networks can support this is key. 

You will also be passionate about equity and tackling the inequalities that prevent people from having a great later life.

About the Role

This role is for an experienced Communications Officer who wants to put their skills to work supporting Right to Remain to build knowledge, radical solidarity and power in the face of escalating attacks on the rights and dignity of migrants, refugees, and people seeking asylum.

You will use strategic, thoughtful communications to amplify lived experience of the asylum and immigration system, showcase grassroots organising, and promote our expert public legal education resources and training. Your work will empower more people to understand and exercise their rights, and support grassroots community groups and allies to guide, and stand in solidarity with, people navigating the hostile asylum and immigration system.

You will have experience building and engaging communities around social justice through targeted digital communications. Day to day, you will collaborate within our small team to produce email, social and web content that demystifies public legal knowledge and showcases community power. You will also co-create content with These Walls Must Fall campaigners to share their stories, and help set out the impact of political decisions in the press.

You’ll manage the rhythm of day‑to‑day operations: from coordinating office needs and liaising with IT and telecoms providers, to ensuring the right resources are where they’re needed. Your eye for organisation will help keep our budgets on track, our shared inboxes responsive, and our essential administration running with calm efficiency.

A key part of your work will be within HR support—helping coordinate recruitment, onboarding new colleagues, maintaining records, and making sure staff feel welcomed and prepared from day one. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping our policies current and meaningful, working closely with the CEO to maintain our review cycle and ensure that information is clear and accessible across the organisation.

Health, safety, environment and fire safety (SHEF) responsibilities form another important strand. You’ll take the lead in maintaining compliance across the organisation, ensuring risk assessments are up to date, first aid provision is well‑stocked, and our premises and equipment remain safe, functional and fit for purpose.

About the role:

At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year. We award grants to other charities and organisations who provide different types of transport, or work towards making transport accessible. We also carry out ongoing research, in partnership with disabled people and key stakeholders in the industry, to inspire innovations that continue to champion accessible transport for all.

This role will support the Senior Insight Manager in delivering policy research and insight as part of the new insight function. This role sits at the intersection of research and policy, ensuring that evidence is not only generated, but interpreted and mobilised effectively to inform forward-looking organisational positioning.

What you will be doing:

As Policy Research Manager, you’ll play a central role in building and mobilising the evidence needed to influence policy and public debate on mobility, disability and welfare reform. Working closely with colleagues across Insight, Policy and Public Affairs, you’ll help to ensure that the Foundation has a robust, timely and compelling evidence base to support advocacy, engagement with decision-makers, and external partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing clear and persuasive evidence narratives that demonstrate the social value and impact of the Foundation’s work, drawing on research, evaluation findings and wider policy evidence
• Scoping, developing and oversight of rapid evidence reviews and insight summaries to inform policy positions, responses to consultations and support external engagement
• Delivering forward-looking policy analyses using futures and foresight approaches (including horizon scanning and trend synthesis), assessing potential implications for disabled people and organisational positioning.
• Acting as the lead for policy-relevant research on welfare reform and related priority areas, synthesising internal and external evidence to inform organisational responses
• Supporting coordination with Motability Operations on shared policy and research priorities
• Supporting relationships with external partners including Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs), think tanks and public research bodies, including representing the Foundation to contribute an evidence-informed perspective
• Supporting dissemination and engagement activity, including roundtables, briefings, thought pieces and events that help shape debate and explore innovative policy solutions
• Working collaboratively across the organisation to move our evidence and insight from reactive to proactive, strengthening our influence over time

Based in North Kensington, Dalgarno Trust is a vibrant community centre supporting local residents of all ages through health, wellbeing, education, training, and youth programmes. As the only community centre in this part of the borough, we play a vital role in bringing people together, tackling inequality, and strengthening community resilience.

As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will be a key member of our Core Team, working closely with the Chief Executive to secure and manage the resources that enable our work. This is a varied and hands-on role combining fundraising, CRM management, marketing and communications, and organisational administration, offering the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.

You will lead on researching and writing funding bids, managing relationships with funders, and ensuring that monitoring, evaluation, and reporting requirements are met. You will oversee and develop our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high-quality data, producing reports, and supporting colleagues through training. You will also play a central role in diversifying income through donations, sponsorships, commercial activity, and use of our assets.

Alongside fundraising, you will lead our marketing, communications, and promotion, keeping our website, social media, and noticeboards up to date, and ensuring our work is clearly and effectively communicated to the wider community. The role also includes administrative and HR support, such as assisting with recruitment processes, timesheets, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice.

We are looking for someone highly organised, administratively confident, and comfortable working independently, while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues, partners, and community members. You will bring experience of community-based work, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine commitment to equality, inclusion, and positive social change.
