The post-holder will offer specialist legal advice services and provide representation for residents of the London boroughs facing eviction and homelessness. They will ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard, quality assured, delivered in accordance with funder requirements, and under Legal Aid funding for clients who are eligible for Legal Aid.  The post-holder will work in partnership with advice agencies, IKWRO and provide outreach services where required. 

IKWRO - Women’s Rights Organisation is a registered charity (number 1151507) which supports Middle Eastern women and girls living in the UK who are facing “honour” based violence, forced marriage, domestic violence or female genital mutilation.

As well as providing support to individual women and girls, we run training for professionals and campaigns for better laws and policies to protect women’s rights. We are recruiting a housing case worker/solicitor, who is able to model skills in safely engaging women based on mutual collaboration, trust and empowerment.

The Role

The Head of Partnerships and Fundraising is responsible for the majority of income generation for our charity. The person will be responsible for communicating effectively with corporate partners on a strategic level, to understand how we can improve our volunteering offer and communicate impact to their business.

The job-holder will seek new partnerships in diverse industries where we have fewer stakeholders, to ensure our young people work with companies and volunteers from wide-ranging sectors.

In this position you will scope fundraising opportunities from grant and trusts, and be adept at assessing our viability so that applications we submit have a higher rate of success than average.

As Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, you will create new income streams which The Switch has not considered before, for example legacy funding, individual giving, corporate match funding. This will improve our financial stability.

In addition to income generation, this role will lead the Partnerships team and manage two to three staff as follows :

1. Our Corporate Partnerships and Volunteer Manager - oversees all volunteer logistics, including maintaining volunteer records and distributing relevant briefing materials to ensure volunteers are well-prepared for their role. Some time dedicated to fundraising too.

2. Our Communication Coordinator – leads on our regular comms including our digital newsletter, social media pages, and bespoke comms for projects or funders.

3. Coordinator TBC.

Details

· The Head of Partnerships and Fundraising leads the Partnerships Team and reports to the CEO.

· Working hours are typically 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Fridays.

· Working from home (WFH) is typically 2 days a week, with Wednesdays mandatory in the office.

· Flexibility will be required to cover meetings or events outside of these hours and WFH days.

The Individual Giving Manager helps to raise philanthropic income from our audiences, managing the lower-level membership programme, visitor giving, appeals and legacies.

The successful post-holder will oversee the Member, Member Plus, Supporting Cast and Young Patron Premium membership levels, recruiting new members, maintaining strong renewal rates and delivering engaging communications. They will also work to maximise non-membership income and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop new and exciting public fundraising initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Experience of working in a successful and busy fundraising environment
• Experience of working on membership schemes and/or fundraising campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and understanding their needs
• Experience of working with a customer relations management system, preferably Tessitura

Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team in this integral role, helping The Access Project achieve its ambitions.

Position: Salesforce Administrator (internally known as Salesforce Coordinator)

Location: Remote (with some travel to London as required)

Hours: Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £30,500 p.a., depending on experience (plus £3,000 London weighting, if applicable)

About the Role

You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.

Role responsibilities include:

· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.

· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.

· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.

About You

Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Skills and Competencies:

· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows

· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)

· Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and how to import and export data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent

• Develop and maintain our CRM (Bitrix24), including client and volunteer pathways, automations, forms, SPA and task management.

• Train and support staff and volunteers to use key systems:
