The Role

A key responsibility of this role is coordinating and undertaking fidelity reviews for the Connect to Work supported employment programme. You will conduct on-site IPS fidelity reviews, produce clear and insightful fidelity reports, and facilitate local Communities of Practice (COPs) to promote shared learning and continuous improvement. Following fidelity reviews they will support the development of action plans that enhance performance, embed best practice, and ensure high quality outcomes for people accessing IPS.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality assurance and fidelity reviews
• Stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate learning networks and communities of practice

Post holders will receive comprehensive training to build the skills and knowledge required to become a confident and effective IPS fidelity reviewer.

The Team

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

About You

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• IPS experience and expertise: Demonstrable experience working within an IPS service with a solid understanding of the IPS model, the fidelity scale, and their practical application. Applicants with experience in roles such as Employment Specialist, Team Leader, IPS Trainer, or other IPS related positions would all be well suited to this role.
• Driving quality improvement: Proven experience delivering high fidelity IPS practice, with an understanding of how strong adherence to the fidelity model directly contributes to improved employment outcomes
• High performance delivery: Experience working in a fast paced, performance driven environment, consistently delivering high quality outputs at volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Planning and organisational skills: Manage workloads and competing priorities efficiently and meet deadlines consistently while maintaining detail focussed high-quality output.

Role Purpose:

The Fundraising & Marketing team’s purpose is to advocate for and raise flexible and unrestricted funding to enable Womankind to deliver it’s 2030 organisational strategy.

The Individual Giving Manager will lead and deliver strategic planning and management of all individual giving, community fundraising and legacy income. The role is responsible for growing and sustaining Womankind’s individual donor base to increase flexible, unrestricted funding, using digital and traditional channels and other innovative approaches.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Strategy & planning – Lead Womankind’s individual giving strategy including individual giving, legacy giving and community fundraising, across digital and offline channels, driving supporter engagement and long-term giving in line with Womankind’s brand and strategy.

• Budgeting and analysis – Manage and forecast the individual giving budget, monitor performance, and use donor and campaign data to optimise income and inform strategic decision-making.

• Campaign and appeal delivery – Supported by the Fundraising and Marketing Officer, and Fundraising and Database officer, and working closely with the Communications Manager and Communications Officer, write, produce and deliver a programme of offline and online donor recruitment and retention campaigns.

• Data and compliance - Oversee fundraising data and financial reporting – supported by the FDO, ensuring accurate records, timely reconciliation, and full compliance with best practice and legislation, including GDPR.

• People management and leadership - Provide effective line management to the Fundraising & Database Officer and Fundraising & Marketing Officer, including regular 1-to-1s, annual appraisals, and support for professional development in line with Womankind’s policies.

Key relationships and collaboration:

• Internally : line manage the Fundraising & Database Officer and the Fundraising & Marketing Officer, work closely with the wider Fundraising, Communications and Finance and Resources teams, and consult with the Feminist Grantmaking and Partnerships and Policy and Advocacy teams.

Person Specification :

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising programmes, with a track record of achieving income targets and driving growth

• Demonstrable experience of direct marketing (both donor development and donor acquisition campaigns) and demonstrable understanding of database marketing principles

• Experience of writing engaging and inspiring copy for a range of media with outstanding written communication skills with consistent attention to detail

• Proven ability to prepare, maintain and report on annual income and expenditure budgets. This should include routine use of spreadsheet packages

• Experience of using Beacon or an equivalent fundraising database to a high level, to carry out campaign analysis and to prepare management information

• Experience of staff or volunteer management

• Proven experience of managing external suppliers

• Extensive experience of fundraising from a UK individual giving audience

Essential Travel requirements: the role requires a willingness for occasional overseas travel. This may involve an overnight stay.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment for fundraising from individuals including data protection, Gift Aid and Fundraising Codes of Practice and regulation

Currently our acquisition programme consists of DRTV, Digital, Door Drop, Inserts and Face to Face fundraising.

You will lead a newly formed high-performing acquisition team of five and have the opportunity to shape the team’s strategy, ways of working and approach to acquisition at Crisis. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to ensure we deliver ambitious income targets while also strengthening sustainable income streams such as regular giving, legacy, and repeat giving. About the Role

This role is to promote and facilitate our Flourish support groups. Flourish is our service providing mental health support to asylum seekers and refugees in Hertfordshire through assertive outreach support and providing wellbeing drop-in groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• The purpose of this post is to promote and facilitate our Flourish peer support groups.
• To play an integral role in instilling HMN’s values through the Flourish refugee and asylum seeker service.
• Promoting and facilitating the Flourish groups
• To work as a team.
• To play a key part in the development and delivery of quality of support services.
• Planning and preparing for each weekly session, establishing the session aims, materials required and anticipated outcomes for people attending.
• Ensuring refugees and asylum seekers feel safe and supported within the group.

The Housing Needs Service is integral in effectively preventing homelessness and supporting service users into permanent and sustainable accommodation. The Housing Needs Service involves working collaboratively with other internal services, including the Resettlement Team, the Employment Service, the Housing Solutions Service and Passage House Assessment Centre, to assess the housing needs of service users and identify appropriate accommodation options.

This service is key part of the No Night Out service (NNO), an innovative model that provides rapid intervention and support for individuals at imminent risk of rough sleeping for the first time. Service users are provided with emergency accommodation, assessed by the Housing Needs Service and supported to view and sign up for Private Rented Sector properties within a target timeframe of 14 days. The Housing Needs Service works closely with the Resettlement Team to achieve successful outcomes within this prevention service.

The Housing Rights Worker will provide high-quality housing advice, advocacy and casework support to individuals and communities experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity or other housing-related problems. You will empower clients by delivering practical solutions and helping them understand and exercise their statutory rights, while contributing to the organisation’s objectives of preventing homelessness and improving access to safe, secure housing.

The Housing Rights Worker is required to:

• Prevent homelessness wherever possible by supporting clients to understand and exercise their legal and statutory housing rights.
• Provide specialist housing advice, advocacy and casework support to individuals experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity or housing-related difficulties.
• Working collaboratively with the Intervention Worker’s caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality client-centred support.
• Represent and advocate on behalf of clients in dealings with landlords, local authorities and other statutory or voluntary agencies.
• Sourcing suitable accommodation options, including shared and private rented accommodation, particularly for single people under 35 affected by Shared Accommodation Rate restrictions.
• Empower individuals and communities by increasing awareness of housing rights, entitlements and available support services.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of housing advice services.

• Provide advice on homelessness legislation, housing law, tenancy rights, housing debt and welfare benefits impacting housing affordability.
• Support under 35s to access sustainable housing solutions, addressing affordability barriers and landlord engagement.
• Assisting Housing Need workers with preparing clients for viewings, tenancy sign-ups and moving into accommodation.

• Negotiate with landlords, housing providers and local authorities to prevent eviction or resolve disputes.

Partnership & Multi- Agency Working

• Build relationships with private landlords and letting agents to increase access to suitable shared housing and private rented accommodation for people under 35.
• Work creatively to overcome barriers faced by young single people in accessing accommodation
• Work proactively with landlords and letting agents to ensure they understand and adhere to their legal responsibilities, including tenancy management, notice procedures, and statutory obligations.
• Encourage early resolution of disputes between landlords and tenants to prevent escalation and homelessness

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Work collaboratively with community groups and partner organisations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, housing associations, supported accommodation providers, and voluntary sector partners.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences.
