About the role

As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. By understanding donor motivations, you will deliver campaigns that prompt action and drive income through upgrade, conversion, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, and stewardship activity.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborate closely with colleagues across Public Impact, and manage relationships with external agencies to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that keep our supporters at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will:

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to engage supporters and grow the lifetime value of our Regular Giving base, using data and insight to understand audience needs and motivations.
• Plan and deliver telemarketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach to achieve ambitious regular giving growth income and donor conversion targets.
• Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
• Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
• Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.

Home-Start Epsom, Ewell and Banstead is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families and children.  Our team of trained staff and volunteers provide regular emotional support and practical help to families in their own homes and in groups throughout the community.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

As Head of Finance and Contracts, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management and contractual compliance across the charity. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing and developing our small finance team, while also leading on budgeting, funder reporting and forecasting. • Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings, contributing to the development and achievement of strategic objectives.

Financial Strategy & Reporting

• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Oversee monthly management accounts; meet regularly with Heads of Department to monitor spend and evaluate impact.
• Support with the preparation draft statutory accounts and coordinate audit queries.
• Conduct financial analysis, working with HoDs to assess ROI across key projects and income streams.

Operational Finance

• Manage VAT returns, ensuring compliance with
• Assess risk mitigation approaches to balance financial safeguarding with delivery of organisational objectives.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing in partnership with the payroll agent and resolve payroll queries.
• Ensure the overall smooth running of day to day finances, and finance policy adoption/ adherence.
• Reviewing and maintaining Cashflow and working capital documents.

Funding & Grants

• Provide financial oversight and input for grant and corporate funding applications.

Governance & Legal Oversight

• Attend Finance Committee meetings when necessary and support preparation of required reporting materials.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and legal advisers to review contracts for grants, fundraising licenses, or procurement—particularly where risk or value is high.
• Oversee supplier, corporate partnership and grant contracts, where highly complex working with solicitors for advice
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls.
• Stay informed on changes to relevant financial, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting the charity sector.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in charity finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of UK charity and company law.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in managing or coordinating audits, payroll processes, and implementing robust financial controls.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong technical proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).

Desirable

• Understanding of impact and ROI evaluation in a charity context.
• Experience supporting funding applications, particularly for grants and corporate partnerships.
• Experience working in a small charity environment, and creating new systems or processes.

About The Role

SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a proactive and collaborative Heritage Engagement Manager to strengthen our support for communities campaigning to save historic buildings. 

You’ll take the lead in developing and managing SAVE’s public-facing resources — including the Buildings at Risk Register, ACT NOW! Toolkit and Building of the Month — ensuring they are accessible, impactful and widely used. A key part of the role is working directly with community campaigners, volunteers and students, providing advice and support to help them run effective campaigns, and sharing success stories across SAVE’s networks. 

Working closely with our small team — and alongside our Casework Officer — you’ll help ensure SAVE’s campaigning tools are closely aligned with our strategic aims, from audience development and sector leadership to new partnership opportunities. You’ll also coordinate the annual launch of the Buildings at Risk list, deliver regional engagement activities, and build partnerships with universities and professional networks to foster collaborative initiatives. 

We’re looking for someone with knowledge of planning, conservation and the built environment, proven experience supporting or enabling community groups, and strong communication and project management skills. Experience of partnership development, volunteer coordination are also valuable.

SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Digital Officer to lead our digital presence at a pivotal time in our campaigning work. 

About The Role

You’ll lead on our social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Bluesky), digital campaigns, and email communications. A key part of the role is content creation – helping us tell SAVE’s story in compelling ways that grow our audiences and build engagement. 

Working closely with our small team — and reporting to our Editorial & Communications Manager— you’ll also deliver digital campaigns to support events and subscriber growth. You’ll manage the monthly Bulletin via Mailchimp, update SAVE’s website, track performance using Google Analytics and explore new partnerships to extend our reach. 

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in social media and digital marketing strategy, hands-on content creation, and email/newsletter campaigns. Skills in analytics, SEO and CMS systems are also important.

Finance Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for your next opportunity to make a difference? We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dedicated finance team within a national charity, supporting vital work that has a real impact.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial processes, from maintaining purchase ledgers and processing payments to reconciling accounts and supporting colleagues across the organisation. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you’ll provide essential support during busy periods such as month and year end.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate recording and VAT treatment

• Maintaining the invoice system and supplier records

• Reconciling bank accounts and company credit cards

• Setting up weekly BACS payments

• Posting fundraising income and creating sales invoices

• Providing support with debtor management and credit control

• Managing finance inboxes, responding promptly to queries

• Supporting the finance team with year-end and ad-hoc tasks

About you:
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a proactive and collaborative approach. You’ll ideally have an AAT qualification (or be working towards one) and experience within a charity, not-for-profit, or VAT-registered organisation. Experience with SUN accounting software is desirable but not essential.

You’ll need to be confident with Excel and have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively. Just as importantly, you’ll be approachable, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

This is a temporary position, with hybrid working (two days per week in the London office). It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to use their finance skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
