What you’ll do

Joining our small, high-energy team, you’ll play a key role growing our newest partner base and supporting primary school partners to make the most of the Unifrog platform and resources. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful. 

Your key responsibilities:

Sell Unifrog subscriptions to primary schools

• Design and deliver impactful prospecting campaigns and marketing collateral aimed at engaging potential new partners, tracking campaign performance and continually improving your approach to secure demonstrations and drive partnership growth.

• Meet with potential partners on video calls (and sometimes in-person). Understand their priorities, demonstrate the Unifrog platform and resources, and secure their subscription.

• Identify and attend conferences and events to promote Unifrog to primary school audiences, while networking and cultivating relationships for future partnership opportunities.

• Develop a sound awareness of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and the PSHE Association Framework within the UK. You’ll need this to confidently navigate conversations with relevant contacts at primary schools.

Support primary school partners to make the most of Unifrog

• Set up new partner schools for success. Help them to embed Unifrog across their staff, student and parent community. You’ll deliver an initial staff training session then provide ad-hoc support.

• Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our primary school partners and think of ways to promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice between partners.

• Achieve sky-high resubscription rates by securing partner renewals when their subscriptions come to an end.

Working together

You’ll work alongside one other Primary Schools Partnership Manager and be line managed by our Partnerships Director (UK schools and Employers). You will also have daily contact with the wider Unifrog team, including our Marketing, Content and Finance teams.

Finance Manager (Part-Time)

Oakleaf Enterprise is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the organisation, working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees and wider Senior Management Team. You’ll oversee all financial activity, ensure compliance with Charity SORP and relevant regulations, and support the organisation to operate efficiently and responsibly.

About the role

You will lead on all financial reporting, planning and compliance, and ensure financial information is accurate, timely and useful for decision-making. You will also manage one member of staff (Finance Administrator) and work with colleagues across the organisation to support budgeting, forecasting, project costing and grant applications.

Key responsibilities

Board & Leadership

• Advise the CEO and Board on all financial matters, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Attend Board and relevant sub-committee meetings.
• Provide financial input for the Strategic Business Plan and other analysis as required.

Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, restricted/unrestricted funds and balance sheet reporting.

Payroll

• Ensure compliance with pensions, NMW and tax regulations.
• Oversee P11Ds and payrolling of benefits (where applicable).
• Support and oversee the Finance Administrator with SAGE payroll and keep up to date with relevant tax/employment law changes.
• Review payroll before submission.

Other responsibilities

• Manage high‑level cashflow and work with the Finance Administrator on daily cash monitoring.

The Operations & Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective running and growth of the charity. Are you a well-rounded, adaptable marketing professional based in South East England, who is passionate about animal welfare?
We’re looking for two Regional Campaign Officers who will be responsible for delivering 360 marketing plans for our rehoming centres in the South East of England to expand local awareness of our brand, drive engagement from local communities and encourage more people to adopt a dog.

What does this role do?
As Regional Campaign Officer, you’ll:

• deliver localised marketing and communications content and material focused on specific rehoming centres in the region. This will include immersing yourself in the local community and creating comms assets such as press releases and social media content,
• support the Regional Marketing Manager to act as a conduit between the rehoming centre and central MarComms teams, aligning plans and activity to ensure that national strategy can be relevant for regional audience,
• represent the MarComms team in the region, cultivating strong relationships with rehoming centre teams, developing a deep understanding of their ways of working and challenges,

Are you a dog-loving marketing professional who has experience of building communications plans for regional audiences?

Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. About us

TALK Surrey CIO is a small local charity dedicated to supporting people affected by stroke and aphasia, an acquired language and communication difficulty. People with aphasia can often feel isolated and lose their confidence.  We provide group activities, home visits, and community services designed to improve quality of life and foster social connections.  Our team of trained volunteers and two existing part-time staff provide an inclusive and supportive group environment for our members to practise their communication skills, share experiences and enjoy each others' company.

You would work closely with Trustees, staff, volunteers, members and other stakeholders to shape the charity’s future, strengthen partnerships, and ensure effective service delivery.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Croydon Team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11352 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Haringey. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £28,300 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

Contract: This is a Maternity Cover role for 12 months, until 26 April 2027.

The Role

Reporting to Service Delivery Coach, key responsibilities will include:

• Organise and facilitate effective service communication for the benefit of stroke survivors and carers in understanding and achieving their goals.
• Ensure that timely, confidential and accurate records are kept on the CRM data base and all data is in line with the retention policy and GDPR compliant.
• Develop and manage service volunteers to support service delivery for stroke survivors and carers as required.

You will have experience in:

• Providing person centred support to empower vulnerable people or people with a disability or long-term health condition and their carers
• Nurturing emotional resilience needed to handle a variety of calls, potentially dealing with complex and challenging situations whilst working in your own home
• Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse audience including anyone experiencing communication difficulties via a combination of face-to-face visits or meetings, telephone calls, emails or letters, and digital methods (such as video calls)

This role requires regular travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.
