We are looking for a passionate and skilled Quality and Operational Development Manager to lead our work on strengthening and embedding quality assurance across our services. This is a vital role in ensuring that women and children receive the highest standard of support when they need it most.
As Quality and Operational Development Manager, you will lead on obtaining external accreditations, refresh internal audit processes, and oversee the development and review of operational policies. You’ll work collaboratively across teams and with survivors to ensure our services reflect best practice, legal compliance, and feminist values. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience in quality assurance or accreditation, and experience of working within domestic abuse or gender-based violence services, alongside a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

What does this role do?
As Individual Giving Coordinator, you’ll:

The Marketing and Communications Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of, and driving registrations to, the Holocaust Educational Trust’s programmes with schools across England. Key responsibilities
All of the responsibilities below are achieved by working closely with the Trust’s programmes team and with the various external MarComms agencies that provide support to the Trust, ensuring that a programme of compelling content and campaigns is shared across email, social media, and web platforms, all designed to inspire teachers and school staff to engage in our programmes and initiatives. As our in-house link to the MarComms agency, you will:
- Support with the development and implementation of an integrated marketing plan, which will drive school engagement, and will translate in to school registration on to the government funded ‘Supporting Holocaust Survivor Testimony in Teaching’ initiative.
- Ensure that a programme of compelling content and campaigns is shared across email, social media, and web platforms, all designed to inspire teachers and school staff to engage in HET’s programmes, translating into school registrations
- Work with colleagues across the Trust, as well as agencies, to ensure that HET’s communications channels are effectively coordinated in line with a shared marcomms calendar
- Support the creation and management of marketing content and messaging across platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, blog posts, sector press and other.
- Produce engaging marketing materials, press releases, case studies and reports to promote programmes’ impact and inspire engagement.
- Identify new sources of educational contacts, to build the Trust’s database and increase visibility of our marketing materials.
- Build relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and partners to maximise PR opportunities.
- Provide accurate information regarding engagement to enable the preparation of reports, including reports to donors and funders including government, as well as to the Board of Trustees; and undertake analysis to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Monitor marcomms delivery against KPIs regularly, ensuring stats are kept up to date and flagging in advance if there is a chance of not meeting a KPI.
- Ensure marketing and communications are delivered in line with responsibilities related to data protection including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and that GDPR is part of programme planning across all programmes.

The successful candidate will design and deliver a roadmap to integrate CLPE's digital platforms with those of the National Literacy Trust, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption. This is a project management role, with a requirement to not simply propose and advise on steps, but to under the skin, and unpick aspects, step by step
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing CLPE's current systems and mapping dependencies
* Planning and managing data migration across finance, CRM, email marketing, and web transactions
* Working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions
* Ensuring the results support excellent reporting and a great user experience
The priority will be migrating the finance system in time for the new financial year (1st April).
Current Systems in place include Xero, Drupal, Dot Digital, Wagtail, Stripe, Business Central. Salesforce (Essential) - so experience of all or some of these will be an advantage. A working knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

- Social media strategy: you will also be responsible for the development of social media strategy for key campaign activity, e.g. Great Daffodil Appeal, National Day of Reflection, and brand campaigns, as well as ensuring social media is integrated into wider communications and marketing plans.
- Content creation: leading on content across our national channels, you will work with colleagues in the PR, Content and Creative teams to plan and develop daily content.

The Sickle Cell Society exists to improve the quality of life for people living with sickle cell disorder and their families. We are the only national charity in the UK dedicated to supporting this community through advocacy, information and advice, support services and awareness.
We are now seeking a highly organised, self-starting Assistant Finance Officer to join our small and committed team. Reporting to the Finance & Administrative Manager, the postholder will contribute to ensuring our financial operations are accurate, efficient, and compliant.

About the Role
As Assistant Finance Officer, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function, contributing to financial reporting, transaction management, audit preparation, and budget support. You will also assist with key administrative and HR processes, helping to ensure best practice across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. You will work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager, but also engage with teams across the charity and external partners.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of opportunity to develop your skills while playing a vital part in supporting the Society’s strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Support the management of daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process supplier invoices, staff payments, and expense claims promptly and accurately.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, including data collection and reporting.
- Support annual audit preparation by collating and organising required documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and internal controls.
Administrative & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Monitor and administer the stakeholder pension scheme, including auto-enrolment and monthly contributions.
- Record and update staff absences, including sick leave, TOIL, and annual leave.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth organisational operations.
Organisational Engagement
- Support statutory reporting, including updates and submissions to Companies House and the Charity Commission.
- Participate in key Sickle Cell Society events such as the Annual General Meeting and community workshops.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required by the Finance & Administrative Manager.

Job Purpose
• To ensure that the voice of Older People is heard by decision makers across East London and help them to shape areas of public policy affecting older people at a local level.
• Ensure that AUKEL is accountable to older People in the design and delivery of our Strategy and Services
• To co-design and co-produce with older people user involvement projects in Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.

• To increase OPRG membership and strengthen participation by developing relationships, partnerships and trust with local VCSF groups.
