In this key role you will own and lead an innovative membership strategy to achieve ambitious population and income targets by accelerating member acquisition, delivering compelling member experiences, driving immediate engagement, creating long-term loyalty and running membership operations.
You will advocate for the importance of membership at Kew working with colleagues across the organisation. The RSPB is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Finance Systems Replacement project, a Board priority and a major digital change project. The Finance Systems Replacement project seeks to replace several systems that are over 20 years old.

We are looking for a part-time (22.5 hours per week) social media officer to ensure our community is engaged and interacted with through our multiple social media channels. The role is focused on the creation of engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as monitoring these channels and engaging with our followers. You will be involved in the major Veganuary campaign, inspiring and supporting people to try a vegan diet – better for animals, better for the planet, and better for our health.

Independent Advocate Requirements:
- Strong communication and time management skills to successfully work remotely.

Desirable:
- Previous experience and or advocacy, particularly within the context of mental health, social care, or legal frameworks
