Creative Land Trust secures permanent affordable workspace in London for artists and creatives. We connect property developers, government authorities and studio providers forging valuable new collaborations, facilitating placemaking and actively participating in the development of policy in both the property and arts sectors.

We are actively seeking funding from new donors and long-term partnerships with property owners that will lead to more stable space for arts and culture, improving the opportunities for creative practises to thrive and for communities to become more connected. We are a small team with big ambitions seeking an experienced and motivated finance director who will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the team to ensure that the Creative Land Trust works efficiently and effectively, making the best use of all its assets. The post holder will manage and have responsibility for the oversight of financial systems, reporting and analysis, as well as acting as Company Secretary and leading the delivery of good governance. This is a senior role and the post holder will have influence at trustee and team levels.

You will support the Financial Accounting and Control team to maintain a robust internal control environment, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the ledger and monitoring compliance. You will take primary responsibility for ensuring that the month end close process is tightly controlled and managed, ensuring the completion of all relevant balance sheet reconciliations and other control processes to maintain the integrity of finance data on a monthly basis.
You will also support the preparation of the annual financial statements for the NCIs and their subsidiary companies, taking responsibility for some of the subsidiary entities, and working with the Senior Financial Accountants (who each focus on different NCIs) to support with the more complex accounts. You will also be closely involved with the external audit process, supporting the Senior Financial Accountants with the management of audit requests and queries.
You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Finance Accounting and Control team to develop a high-quality finance service to the NCIs, including best practice external reporting, robust balance sheet controls and compliance, timely and accurate period-end processes, and effective banking and cash management.
As a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant, you will have strong financial accounting skills and a good understanding of the financial control environment. You will be a confident Excel user and be able to quickly manipulate high volumes of data efficiently and build reports which can be quickly and easily produced. You will also have good attention to detail, able to identify anomalies and issues, and adopt a thorough and diligent approach to resolving them.
An effective communicator, you will be able to explain financial issues to non-finance staff and to help people to use financial information well. You will deliver relevant training and support across departments to help improve financial literacy and ensure compliance with relevant financial control procedures. You will be someone who is always looking to improve processes and worker smarter, collaborating with your finance colleagues to drive best practice in everything we do.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months

About the role
As Finance Business Partner, you will provide strategic financial insight, analysis and decision support to assigned teams, enabling strong financial performance and informed investment decisions. The role
The Raspberry Pi Foundation is looking to appoint a senior fundraising and development professional to support our ambitious, global mission to democratise computing and AI education for all young people.
Reporting to the Vice President for Global Development, and working closely with the Chief Executive and other members of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding partnerships with corporates, foundations, and individual high net worth donors. You will also lead on developing bids for contracts for educational services with government departments and agencies.
While this role is based in the UK, you will be part of a global fundraising team and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our work all over the world. Alongside managing your own portfolio, you will manage a small team of fundraising and development specialists.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful fundraising and partnership development, ideally in the education sector. You will have a deep understanding of the funding landscape, particularly in the UK, although experience of working in other markets will be a distinct advantage. You will ideally have some experience of bidding for government contracts. You should have experience of building and supporting teams.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping Crisis secure the income needed to end homelessness. Working across a portfolio of new and existing grant funders, the postholder will build strong, strategic relationships that lead to five and six figure gifts and long-term support. It is a role that calls for someone bold in pursuing new opportunities, confident in communicating the complexity of homelessness, and motivated by the chance to turn insight and evidence into funding that makes a real difference. Alongside managing relationships, the postholder will develop compelling proposals and reports of a high standard, ensuring every approach is aligned with Crisis’s long-term goals and grounded in the impact our work can achieve.
The role is also deeply collaborative and equitable in scope. Role:
The Chief Research Officer will ensure the smooth and successful delivery of TASO’s Research & Evaluation programme, with overall responsibility for TASO’s Research and Evaluation budget. This will involve managing the staff involved in these functions to deliver TASO’s research, evaluation, synthesis and evidence mobilisation activities to time and within budget.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, the postholder will help shape TASO’s overall strategic direction and translate this into a clear programme of research and evaluation activity. JOB PURPOSE
The Major Giving Lead – Individual Donors is a senior, strategic role within Magic Breakfast’s unified Major Giving function, acting as the organisation’s expert on philanthropy. We support children at every stage of their primary reading journey through three programmes - Early Literacy Intervention, Online Reading Volunteers, and Book Clubs - helping them build both the will and the skill to read. About the role

Job Purpose
The Director of Data Science, AI and Research leads our outstanding Data Insights Team which has expertise across data engineering, analytics, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and psychology, and works to provide insights which enhance our services and which we share with others in the sector, policy makers and politicians, service users and the general public.
The Director of Data Science, AI and Research works directly with the CEO and plays a central role in leading the strategy and development of the organisation, and is responsible for key external relationships across government, the mental health sector, funders, and researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and leading MHI's long-term data insights strategy, including developing and managing external data insights partnerships with academic researchers (e.g., IGHI at Imperial College London), government (e.g., Department of Health and Social Care), and other stakeholders in the sector (e.g., CTL, and other mental health charities), and policy makers.
- Member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to development and delivery of organisational strategy, and acting as MHI spokesperson/representative where relevant.
- Leading many of MHI’s key external relationships, including those with key supporters and funders such as The Jensen and Lori Huang Family Foundation, Google, the Wellcome Trust, and AWS.
- Recruiting, retaining, and managing members of the Data Insights Team
- Analysis and reporting of service data and data insights, to support decision making within MHI, to help develop new products, and for external use (e.g., media, funders, keyword partners).
- Writing funding applications to support the data insights work, and managing relationships with funders including annual reporting and updates.
- Managing relationships with external contractors who support the Data Insights Team (e.g., AWS, AWS suppliers, AI and data engineering support).
Person Specification
Essential
Strong experience with recruiting, retaining, and managing data professionals / scientists.
Experience with developing data and organisational strategy at a senior level.
Deep understanding of data analytics, data science, AI and machine learning, and qualitative approaches.
Experience engaging with a broad range of senior internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in mental health / psychology / neuroscience.
Excellent attention to detail, rigour, and thoroughness.
