We are looking for a candidate to provide active and responsive support to the regional teams on all aspects of finance, focusing on operational programmes, institutionally funded projects and appeals. We are looking for someone with:

You will bring ambition, ideas, clarity and consistency to income generation functions across the organisation. You will lead on bid-writing, as well as relationship building, cultivation and stewardship of local and national grant makers.

You will also help to develop new income streams for the charity, including building and mobilising a network of supporters and donors, to drive individual giving, sponsorship and fundraising activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

•A track record (over three years) of securing income from trusts and foundations.

• A track record of securing income through individual giving and fundraising activities.

• Managing the full funding cycle, from prospect research, through to relationship stewardship and reporting.

• Managing a pipeline of multiple funders and donors.

• Managing multiple deadlines and a varied pipeline.

• Use of data and CRM systems to manage and track activity.

• Implementation of digital fundraising campaigns and donor journey tracking (desirable).

The Programme Manager role is suited to someone with experience delivering youth development programmes, ideally focused on employability, and who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed in the world of work. As a key frontline member of LTSB’s team, the programme manager will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including the Programmes and Employment teams and employer partners, to support young people throughout their journey.

Programme Managers are responsible for delivery across specific LTSB hub cities and regions and are required to travel to support delivery in those areas.

Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a committed individual who has experience processing accounts. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure that all purchase invoices are authorised correctly and paid efficiently to the society and suppliers.

• Ensure purchase ledger incoming mail and emails are dealt with on a daily basis;

• Process on the accounting system for all transactions within agreed SLA’s;
• Support the month-end close process including and not limited to the accrual and prepayment process.
• Support and collaborate with the internal users of the purchase to pay (P2P) process to ensure queries are dealt with on a timely basis.
• Payment to suppliers on time;
• Reviewing transactions in the nominal ledger to ensure completeness and to answer queries.
• Processing of travel and expenses, including corporate credit cards.
• Responsible for the month-end close and nominal account reconciliations.
• In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, you are required to perform other duties assigned by your manager from time to time that are within your capabilities.

Our family women refuge's offer holistic support in order to empower women and their children who have experienced trauma to lead their recovery and gain the skills and confidence to move on safely. The Team Manager is responsible for the operational running and strategic direction of the refuge. Providing line management and leadership to the staff team, leading on contract and compliance and the safety, security and maintenance of the refuge, ensuring that the building aligns with our PIPE (Psychologically Informed Physical Environment) building standards and rental income is secured. 

The Team Manager plays a central role in ensuring the refuge is a safe, trauma-informed, and welcoming space for women and children fleeing domestic abuse. They promote an inclusive, anti-racist, and feminist approach while upholding Hestia's values of respect, dedication, and collaboration. Core responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols, and facilitating the safe transition of service users. The manager ensures the team delivers high-quality, person-centred support, particularly for individuals with complex or intersectional needs.

In terms of operational and building management, the Team Manager is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the refuge in line with health and safety and PIPE (Psychologically Informed Physical Environment) standards. This includes managing relationships with landlords and housing teams, authorising repairs, handling rent collection and arrears, and addressing any security concerns. They also oversee the accurate and timely turnaround of vacant units and uphold positive community relations to ensure the refuge remains a secure and respected environment.

The role also involves leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring all staff are well-supported through supervision, reflective practice, and training opportunities. The manager upholds staffing levels, supports volunteers and students, and manages performance and conduct issues where necessary. Quality assurance and compliance duties include monitoring performance against KPIs, using systems like INFORM and Power BI, handling feedback and complaints, and ensuring financial accountability. They also represent Hestia in strategic planning, external networks, and multi-agency partnerships to strengthen service delivery and community integration.

A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and health and safety legislation is crucial, with the ability to implement relevant policies effectively.

The role demands emotional resilience and the ability to work under pressure, especially in crisis situations involving traumatised or vulnerable women and children. The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent quality support and interventions to clients with mental health needs who require early intervention and prevention support . You will support clients throughout their time in service and empower them with the skills to cope independently. You will carry out support and interventions in line with organisational values and the ethos of recovery and co-production, as well as in line with policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues, with a strong understanding of a range of mental health conditions, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. They will be knowledgeable about recovery-focused approaches and local mental health services, and experienced in risk assessment, case management, and working dynamically under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage respectfully with service users, represent the organisation externally, and deliver presentations to commissioners and stakeholders. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, support the induction of peer staff and volunteers, and build effective partnerships with statutory and community organisations. They will also possess strong organisational, time management, and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and produce clear written communication. A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment in all aspects of their work is essential.

We are seeking an experienced, Glasgow-based fundraiser to join us as a Regional Development Officer. In this role, you’ll be a confident, visible champion for Mary’s Meals, someone who knows the city, understands its communities, and can build relationships that spark action. You’ll bring boldness and creativity to your work, whether delivering inspiring talks in churches and schools, making fundraising asks or forging genuine partnerships with local businesses and networks.

Using your deep knowledge of Glasgow’s people and places, you will identify high‑potential opportunities, grow income and participation, and cultivate a committed local movement of supporters and volunteers. Through strategic, outward‑facing work, you’ll turn first conversations into committed, long‑term support that strengthens our movement and fuels our mission.

Working closely with the Head of Scotland, you will co‑design and deliver a local growth plan shaped by the pulse of your region. You will represent Mary’s Meals across faith communities, schools, community groups, business networks, and key connectors, bringing energy, authenticity, and a passion for our mission.

Highly autonomous, you’ll combine insight, data, and local intuition to focus on areas of greatest opportunity. You’ll collaborate across the organisation to create seamless supporter journeys and tell compelling, meaningful stories. Key responsibilities include

• Work with the Head of Scotland to create and deliver an insight‑driven regional growth plan, with clear priorities around income, visibility, and volunteer mobilisation.
• Use local knowledge, data, and community insight to focus your time on the strongest opportunities for growth.
• Balance relationship‑building with a proactive, opportunity-led approach, identifying new supporters, networks, and partnerships and developing them from prospective supporters into committed donors.
• Actively network across Glasgow to initiate new meetings, build connections, and follow up purposefully.
• Represent Mary’s Meals with authenticity and enthusiasm across schools, churches, parishes, universities, community groups, and local businesses.

The role
