About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated part-time Data & CRM Officer to lead the implementation and ongoing development of our new Salesforce CRM and to integrate it with our full digital stack using tools like Zapier.
You will play a crucial role in enabling our small Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to access accurate, actionable data for our emergency appeals, recurring giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to build systems from the ground up that will directly support real-world rescues, investigations, and sustainable income generation for animals in need.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

Our Policy Officers play a key role in deciding and driving forward Alzheimer’s Society’s positions on the major policy issues affecting people living with dementia today. They are at the heart of what Alzheimer’s Society thinks and are instrumental to our organisational messaging.
In this role, you’ll be horizon scanning the external environment, considering evidence, and engaging with stakeholders across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to inform our policy development and influencing work nationally and locally. Night Support Workers enable people with particular needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.
The shift pattern for this role includes 4 days on, 4 days off with 12 hour shifts.

The Community Energy Adviser will deliver energy support sessions in local communities, empowering individuals and families through workshops and one-to-one support. The focus will be on assisting those facing challenges with their energy needs by providing practical advice, support, and advocacy on energy conservation, switching providers, and accessing grants or benefits.
Full time- 35 hours a week
The hours for this role will be varied over shift patterns from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and may also include some Saturdays.
The role
In this role you will be:
· Planning and delivering engaging and informative energy support workshops within local communities, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of attendees.
· Providing one-to-one support to individuals requiring more in-depth assistance, including conducting home energy assessments and offering tailored advice.
· Collaborating with local organisations and stakeholders to identify and reach out to communities and individuals who would benefit most from energy advice and support.
· Developing and distributing educational materials on energy saving, bill management, and the benefits of renewable energy sources.
· Tracking and evaluating the impact of community sessions and one-to-one interventions, adjusting strategies to improve outreach and support effectiveness.
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy sector developments, including changes in legislation, available grants, and best practices in energy conservation.

About the role
The Homeownership Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Homeownership team, helping to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to leaseholders, shared owners, and freeholders.
The postholder will be responsible for managing key processes and correspondence related to leasehold, shared ownership and freehold management, as well as income collection, and customer engagement. - Manage the recovery of rent, service charges, and arrears from leaseholders and shared owners, including setting up payment plans, handling legal action when necessary, and providing regular debt reporting.

About you
You will need to have proven experience in housing management administration, particularly in working with leaseholders and shared ownership leases. You will also need:
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
