You will provide BA support to subject matter experts working on projects and initiatives through all project phases, from IT requirements gathering, creating wireframes, workflow documentation and test scripts through to arranging and delivering user training and supporting any other project implementation tasks to help ensure the project delivers both business and user requirements.

You will curate, manage and deliver our IT systems training programme to new and existing staff in-person and online, ensure training materials are reviewed regularly so they remain relevant and up-to-date and take new technologies, solutions and changes to our existing workstack into consideration.

The main purpose of this role is to provide high-quality support and interventions to clients with mental health needs who require early intervention and prevention. You will support the Sporting + Event Manager to deliver the London Marathon, taking ownership of key projects and events within the London Marathon journey and overseeing supporter journeys, recruitment, communications, and event logistics. About the Role

The Queen’s Reading Room is funded entirely by grants, donations, sponsorship and income from events. We’re looking for a vibrant and well-connected individual to join the small but agile team, to lead this function within the charity and design and set up a fundraising committee. You will build on a strong base of income generation and work to sustain and expand it.

You will be responsible for building the fundraising strategy with the charity’s CEO and Board of Trustees; for identifying appropriate opportunities to generate funding in the UK and internationally; and for the targets agreed by the CEO and board. You will be comfortable with, and have experience in, the world of high profile and high net-worth individuals, legacy fundraising, fundraising and friendraising events. You will know how to build relationships with individual donor prospects along with charitable trusts, foundations and other institutional funders. You will attend networking events and meetings with potential donors.

Your role will include devising and creating fundraising events; securing sponsorship for events and festivals; contributing to the writing and submitting of funding applications to charitable trusts and foundations; and advising and providing suitable copy for fundraising marketing and digital materials. You will work with the team to create case studies and grant reports, sharing and telling great stories to supporters to ensure that they understand the difference that their donations make and with a view to securing repeat support.

You’ll create new relationships by preparing and delivering pitches, talks and presentations and prepare reports and give presentations on fundraising progress to the CEO and the Board of Trustees.

You will join as a key member of the organisation, alongside the CEO, Director of Operations, Director of MarComms, Head of Talent, Head of Production and Team Researcher.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of significant and sustained income generation. You’ll have a track record of managing and developing relationships with individual donors and be committed to building good internal and external relationships. You will have experience of performing due diligence and have a careful and considered approach to fundraising. Your knowledge of the fundraising market will be excellent. You will understand the complexity of the charity landscape and the sensitivities of the role. You will understand the need for confidentiality to be paramount.

Strong writing and presentation skills are essential.

There will be a lot going on at once, so we’ll be looking for someone who is flexible with changing priorities and who has excellent administrative, IT, organisational and planning skills. The Events Officer will be responsbile for delivering a wide range of events to our members such as training courses and the annual conference, and must be a highly organised and enthusiastic individual working in collaboration and partnership with one other part time Events Officer. Our courses and the AGM are delivered online, with our annual conferences delivered in-person or hybrid. The annual conference is an important event for BAAT and an exciting, key responsibility for this role.

The successful applicant will join a small, professional staff team based in London. We are hybrid-working, with a mix of home-based working and part (usually at least one day a week) in-office working practice. 

JUSTICE is looking to recruit an interim Trust and Foundation Fundraiser to join our friendly, values-led team. This is a fixed term post for 15 months (maternity cover) and provides an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of raising income from trusts and foundations. 

We are looking for an individual who has an interest in the purpose of the charity (to improve the UK justice system so that it is fair and within everyone’s reach), as well as a keen interest in taking responsibility for raising income from new and existing trusts and foundations and stewarding grants. This is an exciting time to join JUSTICE as we focus on a period of growth, looking to expand our reach out of London and internationally.  This role will really suit someone who enjoys identifying and then building relationships with funders, has great writing skills, has experience of securing five to six figure grants, is comfortable with a degree of autonomy and who thrives in this competitive fundraising environment. 

Around one-third of JUSTICE’s £1.5 million income currently comes from grants, with active partnerships including major funders. Sustaining and growing this income will require proactive research, strategic outreach, and a highly organised, detail-focused approach to both applications and stewardship.

The role works closely with the Director of Development and Policy Team, who are committed to leveraging their time and networks to support fundraising success, to put together engaging applications and grant reports. JUSTICE is a law reform and human rights organisation, working to improve processes and policies to support everyone, particularly marginalised groups, be able to seek justice or a remedy when their rights have been breached or the law has been broken. We also seek to improve the justice system as a whole, ensuring that laws are clear and consistent and that the government and other key decisionmakers are held to account.

We are a founding member of The Justice Hub, which is situated next to St Paul’s Cathedral. in London. We also have staff based in other locations including in Manchester, Sheffield and Edinburgh. Background and purpose

We are the only UK-wide charity for everyone affected by a genetic and acquired bleeding disorder. 

At the Haemophilia Society (THS) we want to empower everyone affected by a bleeding disorder to live life to the full, whatever your stage in life.

One in 2,000 men, women and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder, which are a group of conditions, including haemophilia and von Willebrand disorder, that result when the blood cannot clot properly. 

As many as a third of bleeding disorder diagnoses have no known family history and can be the result of a random gene mutation. This means a bleeding disorder diagnosis can come completely out of the blue.

THS brings together people with bleeding disorders and their families to share experiences and understand more about how to live well with a bleeding disorder. Together, we can all make a difference.

About the role

Worldwide Veterinary Service is searching for an experienced manager to support the growth of our global education programme.

 This is an ideal role for an experienced project manager who wants to make lasting improvements to the lives of children and animals around the world.

Reporting to the Head of Education at global animal welfare charity, Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS), you will help grow and develop education programmes that protect children from key zoonotic disease and improve the relationship between animals and people.

One child dies from rabies every 10 minutes. Most victims are under the age of 15. Rabies is 100% fatal, but entirely vaccine preventable. Children just need the right information to protect themselves. WVS established Mission Rabies, a campaign that aims to eliminate rabies for good, in 2013. We have worked hard to reach 9.6 million children worldwide, but around half of the world’s 2 billion children at this age still live in rabies endemic countries. You will manage national education managers based across Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America to spread our core messages to a wider audience. This is essential if we are to deliver our goal to halve the number of people dying from rabies in the next 5 years.

We are looking for somebody who is proactive, driven and has a history of making things happen. The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented mindset, be comfortable working with ambiguity and adaptable to change. As an organisation we are embracing hybrid working, and remote working within the UK could be considered for this role. There is an expectation that employees will attend monthly meetings at our Dorset office in Cranborne if practical, and for this role regular international travel to global project sites will be required.

About Us

At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.

We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi and the Galápagos Islands.  We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world.

Last year, WVS treated over 103,000 animals, trained over 2,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,042 parcels of veterinary supplies to 231 charities in 65 countries. Over 1.2 m dogs were vaccinated against rabies last year as part of our Mission Rabies campaign.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

•  Support with the development of our education and behaviour change campaigns in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
• Develop robust monitoring and data collection systems and build capacity in the team to adhere to these mechanisms.
• Work with country teams to research the effectiveness of pedagogical approaches in terms of impact and behaviour change across various contexts and for different age groups.  
• Work closely with colleagues to provide technical advice and implementation assistance to Mission Rabies and WVS projects around the world.
• Write strong project reports and proposals.
• Undertake international field visits in support of this work.
• Any other duties as required.

 Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in project management in an education, animal welfare, public health, humanitarian and/or international development capacity.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL).
• Ability to tailor communication to a range of audiences, particularly making research findings accessible to a non-academic audience.
• Experience in working with diverse teams in low resource environments.
• A strong team player.
• Strong report and proposal writing skills.
• A passion for animal welfare.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability and willingness to be flexible and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends occasionally when the charity requires.
• Qualified to degree level or with a relevant recognised qualification.

The role

As one of our Strategic Engagement Managers for the public sector you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with UK government departments and other key public sector bodies globally with the aim to grow income and impact.  The Strategic Engagement Manager is responsible for the delivery of engagement strategies and increasing the commercial funding from public sector sources for WRAP. In addition, this role will oversee the delivery of commercial public sector projects and programmes to ensure that funders are delighted with performance. This role will report to the Head of Public Sector Partnerships.

We are expanding our small team by recruiting an Advice Support Officer. The post holder will providing support to Project 17’s frontline advice and advocacy service for people with no recourse to public funds. This includes organising destitution support, assisting with grant applications, and assisting with monitoring and evaluation.
