About the role

As Senior Fundraiser, you will lead on a portfolio of mass participation fundraising initiatives, using your project management strengths to drive income, enhance supporter experience, and deliver high-quality campaigns at scale.

A significant part of your role will be owning and developing the DIY fundraising programme-supporting hundreds of individuals each year who choose to fundraise in their own way, whether through workplace bake sales, personal challenges or large-scale activities. You'll review and streamline user journeys, improve efficiency across supporter touchpoints, and use data-driven insight to strengthen engagement and fundraising performance.

You will also project manage a new virtual fundraising product for schools. Working closely with the Schools Fundraising Manager, you will coordinate the campaign's full lifecycle-from planning, budgeting and marketing, to delivery, evaluation and future innovation.

Your key responsibilities:

Project manage DIY fundraising and schools fundraising activities to meet agreed income and participation targets

• Lead on acquisition and stewardship for DIY fundraisers, ensuring excellent supporter experience across mass, workplace and school audiences
• Project manage the schools challenge from planning to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement
• Use data-led insight to analyse campaign performance and implement improvements to supporter journeys and campaign efficiency
• Develop new activity ideas and improve existing offers to increase participation, remittance rates and overall income
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and stakeholder relationships effectively

About the Role

We're recruiting a Positive Engagement Worker to join the team in Croydon in a 27 bed residential property which specialises in forensic mental health, complex needs and dual diagnosis. The team offers psychologically informed housing and resettlement support that comes with additional help for individuals’ specific needs. Our forensic mental health step down services consist of four individual sites which cater for high and medium support for both, men and women. 

In this role, you will be at the centre of researching, sourcing, and providing various opportunities for our residents. This can include partnering with external employers for employment opportunities, liaising with colleges for courses and upskilling opportunities, or community based projects which residents can get involved in. The role is dynamic and you can put your own ideas forward to bring new ideas to the team to help support our residents have access to wider resources. You will work closely with the rest of the care and support teams to enhance the opportunities available to our residents. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan and deliver various activities which includes within the service and outside in the local community to help gain a sense of community and belonging. This can include days out to museums, community events and other areas of interest by our residents
• Plan in service events to bring residents together which could include group cooking sessions, games days, sporting events, and religious festivals.

• Carrying out housing management support including welfare benefits support

You will be one of the key points of contact for World Physiotherapy education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) recognition. Duties and key responsibilities

Education quality assurance service administration

• Act as a primary point of contact for all inquiries related to education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and CPD recognition services.
• Manage the full application process, including intake, tracking, communication with applicants, assigning reviewers, and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Manage the annual reporting process
• Coordinate the distribution of applications and supporting materials to reviewers, ensuring timelines and procedures are followed.

• Support reviewers throughout the evaluation process, including preparing materials, responding to questions, and ensuring adherence to governance requirements.

Operational support

Manage the accreditation application and review process in the CRM (Salesforce) and CPD recognition in CEU Locker (platform currently used for the service).

Provide technical and logistical support across all education quality assurance operations for any physical or digital meetings.

Work with relevant staff to ensure that activities are set up on Teamwork® or other project management software and support their ongoing management.

Support communications activities:

• ensuring that lists of accredited programmes and approved CPD are up to date
• providing information to promote uptake of quality assurance services
• editing and formatting education quality assurance documents for house style

Liaise with different stakeholders including member organisations, regions, specialty groups and networks if necessary and as required by the Head of membership, education and development and other staff.

Maintain office systems and procedures, including data management and reporting.

Promote the image of World Physiotherapy in all activities and contribute to the overall development of the organisation undertaking any reasonable duties, as required and agreed, to support the work of World Physiotherapy.

Person specification

The education quality assurance service officer must have experience in supporting quality assurance management and administration. They must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.

It is expected that the individual will have a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance, education administration, project coordination, or related field. Experience of working with senior staff, academics and boards/committees is essential. Experience working with reviewers, review boards or academic/quality assurance processes is an asset.

The individual must have a legal right to work in the UK.

Women in Prison (WiP)is a national, women-led, feminist organisation.  We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as women resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.   

We are looking for a professional to join WiP’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. This role will contribute to the foundations for Women in Prison’s ambitious fundraising plans leading on securing gifts from trusts and grants and ensuring that all secured grants are well managed and effectively reported on.  You will be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities and ensuring these are assessed and responded to in collaboration with staff across the organisation. Main Purpose

The Head of Research: Evaluation and Qualitative Methods is a new post for L&W – as we seek to deepen our capability and expand our capacity.

The post-holder will direct research projects across all of our areas of work, providing specific leadership and expertise in programme and system-level evaluations, and projects mobilising innovative or advanced qualitative methods (such as system mapping, co-design methods, ethnographic methods, creative methods and/or theory-based/realist evaluation).

They will work with the Head of Research: Employment and Better Work to develop the wider qualitative and evaluative skills of the wider research team.

They will also play a key role in leading and writing responding to tenders and working with colleagues to develop pro-active research proposals that fill key evidence gaps and respond to the interests of our funders. They will be a good relationship manager – who can understand what commissioners are interested in, and shape projects to deliver meaningful insights that solve the problems practitioners and policymakers face across employment and skills.

• Line manage members of the R&D team
• Co-lead the qualitative methods group at L&W: supporting the wider research team to develop their skills.

Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 4 days on, 3 days off. This is a night shift role on a rolling rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays, meaning weekly hours may vary slightly. About the Role

Lead a team as a Night Supervisor. leading the night team in a service which runs to deliver high quality, trauma informed services to residents, participants, and staff. You will lead in ensuring the service runs smoothly, safely, and that night support staff are well supported. You will line manage frontline care and support staff, including night concierge services, within a service that specialises in supporting people who have experienced homelessness, substance use, mental health, and/or offending backgrounds. We work collaboratively with commissioners, partners, and communities to provide psychologically informed environments (PIE) that support recovery, reablement and sustainable independence. We are looking for a Night Supervisor who is driven to provide high quality, effective and person centred support to staff, colleagues, residents and participants. This role will support Service Managers to ensure high standards of service quality, performance, and improvement are delivered on the night rota by encouraging productivity and engagement of night staff.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support the delivery of high quality, trauma informed night services, ensuring services run smoothly, safely, and in line with organisational standards
