The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in East London or Essex for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

The West Midlands Synod of the United Reformed Church is looking for an individual to provide technical expertise on buildings and property in support of Synod Officers, members of Synod Committees and local churches.

The successful candidate will be working to a wide brief and is expected to undertake a range of duties including, but not limited to, advising and initiating action on property issues in local churches, overseeing quinquennial inspections and manse inspections, and providing advice on property-related matters to Synod Committees.

- has experience of property matters either through extensive operational management or through the practice of a relevant profession, while holding appropriate qualifications at higher or professional level

About the role
Our dedicated team moderates our full-service accounts (all organic content and paid ads) as well as one-off campaigns and appeals for some of the most recognisable charities in the sector.
This role is perfect for skilled comms experts who can provide excellent supporter care and is best suited as an additional source of income (the majority of our team are freelancers and consultants). You must be able to begin moderation at 9 am (or earlier), wrap up by 9 pm and adhere to our sub-three-hour response time.
Our moderators must have a minimum of three years’ in-house, third-sector comms experience.
As a Social Media Moderator, you would be responsible for:

Our moderation takes place between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday-Sunday.
Different accounts will require varying levels of ‘active’ hours (defined as time spent taking action). You will split your active hours between 9am and 9pm. For example, for an account which requires three active hours, you might carry out your work in six, thirty minute instalments throughout the shift.
As you gain experience, you will be allocated multiple accounts which will enable you to increase your hours worked.
Whilst you need to be on hand to monitor your accounts during 9am-9pm, the role does allow for a great deal of personal flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' professional comms experience, working with a large charity with an active social media following. The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Our Senior Individual Giving Acquisition Officer will develop, test, learn and grow our fundraising acquisition programme. The role is crucial in implementing our strategy to attract new audiences and donors across a wide range of fundraising products and campaigns from regular giving to virtual challenges.

The Senior Individual Giving and Legacy Officer is responsible for building deeper relationships with some of our most committed supporters. About the role
Kids Cancer Charity have been supporting children affected by cancer from all over the UK since 1989. We are looking for a passionate, talented Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our ambitious, successful Fundraising team that has been growing year-on-year since 1989 as we approach our new fundraising strategy.
Role summary and purpose
This role is responsible for managing and developing the charity’s portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, securing significant gifts and growing the long-term potential of this portfolio. There are no direct reports, however the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the General Manager, to build and develop cases for support to help fund our much-needed work.
The successful candidate will utilise their expert writing skills to shape those cases for support into compelling, high-quality proposals and reports.
Building relationships with a wide range of audiences including funders is key. Inspiring them to support families affected by cancer across the UK.
A dynamic, self-motivated, ambitious and pro-active fundraiser is required for this role, demonstrating enthusiasm for the projects and services we are seeking funds to support.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience and a proven track record of successful income generation and delivering against targets.
You will have demonstratable experience in researching potential Trust funders, submitting compelling proposals, securing funding and project managing successful bids through to completion of the grant award.
You will also have a background in report writing and demonstrating grant impact whilst being able to build relationships with funders, individual/major donors and senior stakeholders.
Experience of providing excellent supporter care, building mutually beneficial long-term relationships with funders is a must for this role.
Key responsibilities
Research and process management
· Work closely with our General Manager and fundraising team to fully understand our work, and the costs of delivering our work.
· Build strong cases for support, ensuring that you have all the information needed to create compelling proposals and reports for high and mid-value funders.
· Research and identify prospective trusts and foundations and other grant giving bodies.
· Grow and maintain a strong trust funding pipeline, creating new trust prospects for our priority funding areas.
· Develop our long-term trusts and foundations strategy and agree ongoing budgets and targets for this income stream.
· Maintain accurate records including tracking and analysing opportunities, results, and outcomes.
Fundraising
· Identify and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects and opportunities which have the potential to deliver five- and six-figure grants.
. Oversee the Trusts Team in delivering to develop and deliver persuasive and timely funding applications.
· Develop relationships with staff members and other key stakeholders across the charity maximising every opportunity for cultivation and development.
· Plan and organise opportunities for funders to view Kids Cancers Charity’s work first-hand, ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed and met.
Reporting
· Compile comprehensive and compelling progress reports to feed back to grant makers in a timely fashion and incentivise continued support.
· Alongside the General Manager prepare accurate budgets detailing spending of specific grants.
· Draw down on any multi-year grants as outlined in our annual budget.
· Provide briefing notes and income pipeline on donor activities and potential funding opportunities.

Centre 33 offers a free and confidential counselling service to young people aged 13-25, living in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough. We have a team of volunteer counsellors / therapists, from a range of modalities and backgrounds, some of whom are on clinical placement and others fully qualified. We also have a substantial team of Mental Health & Counselling Project Workers who are qualified to a minimum of Level 4 and support young people experiencing a range of difficulties, including more complex presentations that sit outside of the statutory offer. Case work includes ongoing counselling (in person, telephone and Zoom)- applying a short term model of 6 sessions (with option to extend to 12 in specific cases) alongside assessment and a ‘single session thinking’ approach.
Young people can access our counselling provision via our ‘Someone to Talk to Service’ which offers a ‘drop in’ triage to gain a holistic understanding of needs prior to joining a waiting list for intervention. Centre 33 also sits within the ‘YOUnited’ partnership- a single point of access for professional referrals where we work closely with CPFT, CCS and Ormiston Families to ensure needs are meet by the appropriate service.
In addition to the counselling service, we have other front line teams holding complex case work of young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
Clinical Supervisor Role Description
Centre 33’s Clinical Supervisors are self-employed consultants, remunerated on an hourly basis for their work with us.
Principle Duties
The supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide supervisees with professional consultancy for their work. Supervisors are expected to:
Offer regular fortnightly supervision to counsellors - a total of approx. 20 hours per year per counsellor.
Oversee the professional integrity of the work the counsellor is doing. ·
Be a resource for the professional development of the counsellor and to identify training needs for individual counsellors or the group as a whole. ·
Take part in six month probationary review of new counsellors and annual appraisal of counsellors. ·
Engage in annual 121 meetings with Clinical Lead to review supervisory practice.
Keep professional boundaries about confidentiality appropriately within Centre 33 and outside it, and assist the counsellor to do so too.
Be familiar with and act within the policies, guidelines and ethos of Centre 33 and the BACP code of ethics & practice, and to support the counsellor to do the same.
Be available to counsellors in crisis work, if required.
Liaise regularly with the MH&C Senior/Team Leads/Clinical leads and inform them of any concerns (s)he may have about the supervisee's competence, engagement or professionalism.
