This is a pivotal opportunity to shape and grow Kingston's individual giving strategy. You'll lead multi-channel campaigns-from telephone fundraising and direct mail to email and crowdfunding-designed to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors. Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose

This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is a core and out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. Our aim of the service is to keep individuals well in the community and prevent readmission into hospital. The service operates 365 days a year from 14:00-22:00pm across all of our boroughs.

Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone or virtual on a one-to-one basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis or preventing crisis.

The objectives of the service include:

• To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health and social crisis in HFEH.
• To proactively work with keeping people well in the community to reduce re-admitters into hospitals by working with WL NHS teams (e.g. discharge, LPS, CATT, MINT and SPA)

Sutton Night Watch is a registered charity which was set up to support and raise awareness for the homeless people within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas.

Over the past 10 years, with the support of local business, the local community and fundraising efforts, we have been able to grow and expand into our own, permanent base in December 2019.  From here we are able to not only provide the essentials such as food, showers and clothing supplies, but we are able to also offer our service users a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where people are seen, heard and understood. We also support people to find secure accommodation. In the past 3 months we have found homes for 13 people.

Job Purpose:

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.

Our annual fundraising target is set at c250k (cash income) plus additional targets for in-kind donations, preloved donations and donated services. These support the growth and sustainability of our operations, ensuring we can continue to provide essential items and services to local people experiencing homelessness.

About the role

We are looking for an IT and Data Officer to join our central team, working in collaboration with our services which are our Independent Approved Premises (IAP). You will maintain and support our data systems and IT infrastructure across our services, responsible for managing CRM systems and supporting with first line IT queries which could include ticketing requests, troubleshooting, technical issues, and liaising with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and timely data reporting.

You will work across multiple projects to ensure performance metrics are accurately tracked and communicated, proactively identifying and addressing any data or system related issues. You will support with continuous improvement for the service and wider organisation.

Hamelin is seeking a confident coordinator to support our expanding Links Project. In this diverse role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our individuals meet their goals and create a lasting impact in our communities as well as being the first point of call for new individuals accessing the service.

Links Project: This initiative focuses on enabling adults with learning disabilities to engage in community activities through befriending, mentoring, and peer-led programs, all supported by our dedicated volunteers. As the Project Coordinator, you will support the key administrative tasks that keep this project running smoothly.

The Project Coordinator will support referrals with specific aims and objectives within the project scope – for example traveling to meet a friend, accessing sports, increasing confidence and ensuring isolation is reduced.

In your day-to-day role, you will be striving to build, expand and strengthen the project whilst working closely with the Project Lead ensuring all key performance indicators and any project targets are met. We are seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in telling Theatres Trust’s story, and the stories of the theatres we support, to a wider audience.

Working with the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will support the development and delivery of Theatres Trust’s communications strategy and contribute to embedding our brand and tone of voice across all our communications. A central part of the role will be working with our sector specialists to turn complex, detailed and technical information into compelling case studies to promote our services and highlight our impact to key stakeholders across the theatre sector and beyond.

You will be responsible for producing two of Theatres Trust’s key communications products: Theatres Magazine, our digital publication for supporters, and NewsDigest, our monthly e-newsletter, as well as helping to develop our social and digital channels. There will also be the opportunity for you to take the lead on the full communications lifecycle of specific projects such as grant programmes and events.

For someone with a passion for the power of words and a strong eye for design, this is an interesting and varied role, offering the scope to develop and enhance your skills across the full range of communications and marketing disciplines. What are you looking for?

Essential:

• Ability to write clean, readable, and properly tested code based on tried and tested design patterns.
• Experience building applications on our existing CRM platform (Siebel) and/or future CRM (Salesforce), including data model design, custom UIs, custom logic, inbound and outbound integration logic
• Experience running critical services in production and designing highly available, scalable, and secure solutions
• Acted as a Senior or Lead within an Engineering team, starting the development of new features from scratch, defining the overall solutions, and reviewing more junior engineers' work.'

Desirable:

We're looking for an LGBTQ+ drug and alcohol recovery worker to jin our Antidote drug and alcohol service.

London Friend’s Antidote service provides high quality drug & alcohol psycho-social treatment and support to LGBTQ+ people utilising harm reduction & abstinence-based methods.  Antidote is a part of London Friend which aims to support and promote health & wellbeing for LGBTQ+ people living in the London area.

We are working in partnership delivering substance misuse treatment and support in the London Boroughs of the City of London and Hackney. This is led by Turning Point, and in partnership with Mind in the City, Hackney, and Waltham Forest. London Friend is the LGBTQ+ lead for the partnership.

Recovery support workers provide support to LGBTQ+ people experiencing difficulties with drug or alcohol use, including supporting those engaged in chemsex, and incorporating HIV prevention initiatives and sexual health support. They will hold a caseload of clients and be responsible for their assessment, case planning, review, and ongoing care. They will deliver group programmes and provide outreach to LGBTQ+ people in community settings including local sexual health clinics.

The postholder will be employed by London Friend and work within a multi-agency team based in the two Boroughs and local satellite locations including sexual health services. They will also assist with the delivery of Antidote’s services, including our walk-in clinics and group programmes, with a priority on identifying and supporting residents of the City of London and Hackney.

The post-holder will take an active anti-discriminatory, anti-racism and trans-inclusive approach around all areas of work and will be an active member of both London Friend and the City and Hackney Recovery Partnership and will support with the aims & objectives of both services.

Due to the nature of the work and in order to provide appropriate access for the clients group the role requires regular evening work and occasional weekend working.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.

With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.

The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.

This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser or manager level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income. Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in management accounting, business partnering, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build relationships and explain financials to non-finance colleagues.
• Ideally, part-qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Charity or not-for-profit experience, and familiarity with Power BI, would be an advantage.
