In this role, you will take ownership of a structured data cleansing exercise to improve the accuracy, consistency and usability of data across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams and data owners to identify data quality issues, implement improvements, and establish clear documentation that supports ongoing data management.

Alongside cleansing the data, you will develop documentation describing the structure of our CRM data, including key entities, fields and relationships within Microsoft Dataverse. This documentation will support improved understanding of how
data is used across the organisation and help ensure good data management practices are maintained in future.

This is a fixed term role designed to deliver measurable improvements to data quality and leave a sustainable framework for managing data effectively going forward.

What you’re responsible for
As a Data Quality Analyst you will:
• Lead and deliver a structured data cleanse of CRM data within Dynamics 365.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with internal teams and data owners to understand how data is used and prioritise areas requiring cleansing or improvement.
• Establish clear criteria and processes for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Document the structure of CRM data, including entities, fields, relationships and key data flows within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Develop clear data documentation and mapping to support future system development and reporting.

Main Purpose Of The Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity, supporting two vital services run in partnership with Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support. The role covers both our Step Down provision—designed for individuals discharged from hospital under the Discharge to Assess model—and our service at Mawle Court, which provides temporary accommodation and support for people with complex needs, including those preparing for more independent living or in need of emergency provision. The Senior Financial Accountant is a key member of Blue Ventures’ global finance team, responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and Charity SORP-compliant financial accounting across our international operations. Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting, this fixed-term role will play a hands-on part in month-end and year-end close, consolidation, balance sheet integrity, and statutory accounts preparation, ensuring high-quality financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

As maternity cover for an 18-month period starting in May 2026 (early June at the latest), the postholder will provide continuity and operational stability within the accounting function. The Soldiers' and Aviators' Scripture Readers Association (known as SASRA) is one of the longest-established Christian charities supporting the British Armed Forces. Under Royal patronage and working with over 70,000 soldiers, 30,000 RAF personnel and some 10,000 supporters of various types, we look to introduce members of the British Armed Forces to a practical experience of the Christian faith. 

We are now looking for home-based Regional Managers to help us engage with the Christian public across the UK.

The main function of Regional Managers is to bring before the Christian public the work we do taking the gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing a practical experience of the Christian faith to the young people of the British Army and Royal Air Force.

The Regional Manager will present in churches, manage a team of volunteers, establish and maintain strategic partnerships across their region, lead regional projects and events, and produce and curate a wide variety of content.

The aim is to stimulate and encourage prayer, financial support and volunteering in support and furtherance of the work of SASRA, always respecting the interdenominational nature of our ministry. You will shape and grow the fundraising activities in the region and meet with supporters.

You will have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills. You’ll also have experience of managing and motivating individuals or groups. Critically, you will possess the spiritual endowment to promote prayer and missionary interest for the Lord's work through the Association in HM Forces.

You will be home-based, but expected to travel inside your region on a regular basis, meeting with supporters and supporting organisations that are raising funds for SASRA

You will be responsible for raising our profile among the Christian community and generating significant levels of engagement with potential supporters of SASRA (both individuals and churches)

Some aptitude for, and experience of, pastoral work is desirable.

The role comprises:

· Engaging with the Christian public and speaking in churches to raise SASRA’s profile

· Liaising and co-operating with HQ staff, Scripture Readers, Advocates, Representatives, Members, Chaplains and Commanding Officers.

Overview of Post

The Operations & Administration Support role is a vital part-time position responsible for the seamless operational flow of Kairos. Key duties encompass a broad range of administrative functions, from managing the main email inbox and creating visual content to accurate data entry and essential record-keeping. The role provides front-of-house support, welcoming women and visitors attending our Women’s Hub and ensuring its smooth running through monitoring and ordering essential supplies and liaising with CV Life regarding building maintenance and cleaning services. The role requires an organised, empathetic, and proficient administrator capable of supporting front line staff and the Senior Leadership Team. 

Main Responsibilities

Digital & Communications

• Manage the admin email inbox, responding to all queries promptly and forwarding communications to relevant staff members as appropriate 

• Open, scan, and distribute post to appropriate recipients 

• Use online graphic design tools to create visual content such as posters, signs and information sheets for use in the Women’s Hub and on social media.

• Assist the Senior Leadership Team in website updates and social media content. 

Reception

• Welcome women arriving at the Women’s Hub with empathy and professionalism, responding with particular sensitivity to any who may be distressed 

• Use knowledge of local services, advocacy, and rights to direct women to appropriate support, so ensuring no one leaves without assistance or alternative referral options 

• Welcome visitors and external partners attending meetings, assisting in preparation of refreshments as required 

• Assist the Support & Services Lead in ordering bus passes

Compliance & Governance

• Assist the Support & Services Lead in maintaining safeguarding records and procedures, entering and updating concerns on the log.

• Arrange annual PAT testing of all electrical equipment

Relationship Management

About the roleThis critical role leads our Service Desk in delivering responsive, high-impact second and third-line support across our core systems, applications and hardware.

You'll champion clear, consistent processes that empower Helpdesk Analysts to resolve more issues at first contact, building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and shared problem-solving.
