About the role

We are excited to be recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology directorate on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract.

As part of the Business Systems Improvement team, this role will lead the technical delivery of key transformation initiatives across WWF-UK. You will play a central role in delivering our Digital Experience programme, including consolidating websites and replacing our content management system, ensuring we have a modern, effective and user-centred digital ecosystem.

Alongside this, you will project manage the implementation of other system improvement projects, delivering solutions that support our Conservation, Finance and Fundraising teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong technical project management capability across the full lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and planning through to go-live, embedding and post-implementation support. You will work closely with delivery partners, internal stakeholders and governance forums to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget and timeline.

You will be confident operating within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experienced in using tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project or Asana to manage plans, risks and deliverables. You will also understand that successful delivery is not only about systems, but about people, adoption and sustainable change.

Skills and experience

You’ll bring the skills and experience needed to succeed in this role, including:

Essential

· Recognised project management certification or equivalent experience

· Proven experience successfully delivering digital system implementations such as CMS, DXP, website consolidation, content migration or related platforms

· Experience managing full project lifecycles, from supplier onboarding and planning through to go-live and embedding

· Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and issues within programme and project environments

· Experience working with a range of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

· Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex organisations with differing priorities

· Strong written skills and attention to detail, able to produce clear documentation and reporting for sponsors and governance groups

· Ability to lead workshops and drive alignment around project scope and priorities

· Confident in escalating risks and issues appropriately and constructively

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to hold both strategic context and operational detail

4. Assist in the preparation of annual budgeting submission and revisions, including preparing estimating staff costs, and forecasting expenses such as utilities, office operations, and services.

5. Extract, input, and maintain financial data across various accounting and finance systems.

6. Assist in providing guidance to colleagues on accounting, budgeting, and financial matters when needed.

7. Assist in payroll preparation by conducting accuracy and validity checks on monthly payroll results.

8. Perform claim validations against documentation to confirm that that all purchases and services are properly authorized and received.

9. Support reporting activities, including the preparation of financial, budgetary, statistical, and other operational reports.

10. Provide administrative support for staff services such as travel arrangements, expense claims, and document retrieval.

11. Maintain proper record‑keeping, keeping complete and compliant documentation for all posted payments and accounting files in accordance with established standards.

12. Support payment process from initiation to completion in accordance with established procedures and internal controls.

13. Support invoice validation and other finance operations as required.

14. Perform other related duties as required.

About you

You will bring significant experience in UK financial reporting (FRS 102), alongside proven experience developing high-performing teams and implementing effective policies, systems, and change initiatives. With strong analytical and conceptual capability, you will translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight. You will also have experience managing auditors, financial institutions, and external service providers, and be able to prioritise effectively, work autonomously, and deliver to deadlines.

Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and cultural sensitivity are essential in building effective relationships across diverse international contexts. Experience within a UK charity or multinational charitable context, including understanding of UK charity reporting (Charities SORP) would be highly desirable.

The role is crucial for the development and delivery of evidence-driven British Academy policy programmes on communities and social policy, using SHAPE research to impact policy outcomes that support the Academy’s and the Policy Directorate’s strategy.

The role

The British Academy’s public policy programmes explore domestic policy challenges that SHAPE research (Social sciences, Humanities and the Arts for People and the Economy/Environment), which can help policymakers to understand, reframe and find solutions. We work closely with our Fellows, alongside a diverse community of academics, experts, practitioners and importantly, policymakers. Our approach is focused on drawing together insights from SHAPE research and convening key figures to understand how these can be applied to policymaking. This gives us opportunities to bring fresh thinking to the most challenging issues, reframe debates, and develop new evidence-based solutions.

The Senior Policy Adviser will lead the delivery of evidence-driven policy programmes focused on communities and social infrastructure, with an opportunity at the outset to define the scope and strategy of these programmes. You will need understanding and knowledge of social policy, particularly areas of social policy relating to communities and civil society. You also need to be comfortable with bringing insights and analysis together and making new connections across policy themes to approach problems from a fresh perspective.

This is a varied role that requires ambition and confidence to engage with a wide variety of contributors to bring together the insights from our evidence base. You will have the ability to plan and deliver different types of activities: convening stakeholders, managing researchers, and collaborating with counterparts in academia and government.

Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. They are instantly at a disadvantage and overwhelmed by the enormity of the challenges they are up against. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.

We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.

Overview of Role:

Church Army is looking for an experienced ‘Apprenticeship Programme Lead’ to implement, support and develop our Youth Ministry Apprenticeship Programme, focusing on developing practitioners to inhabit the qualities outlined in the Ministerial Formation Framework.

Church Army has been awarded funding by the Church of England’s Resourcing Ministerial Formation Innovation Fund and the 30K Project to develop a three-year pilot project to develop Level 3 Apprenticeship Training for Church Based Youth Workers. This is part of the Church of England’s 30K Project, to raise up 30,000 new children and youth ministers (both voluntary and employed) by 2030.

The postholder will manage programme delivery, resources, quality assurance, assessment, and reporting, and will act as the main liaison with dioceses, training providers, and National Church Institutions, including using the Church of England grant management system. You will contribute to the design and review of training pathways, teach and assess apprentices, and oversee Ministerial Formation Tutors. You will ensure that training is aligned with emerging practice and national strategy.

Salary: £46,085 per annum

Hours:37.5  per week

Pension: Church Army is an auto enrolment pension employer. You will be assessed under pension auto enrolment criteria.

Annual Leave: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays (total 33 days)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in South Tees.

Position: S11347 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based North East and Yorkshire Region, South Tees area. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include, home visits, team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week

Salary: Circa £18,800 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to offer support to stroke survivors and their families; plan and deliver stroke support group sessions and ensure the smooth running of the service.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator’s key responsibilities will include:

• Working with stroke survivors and carers to identify their needs, providing person centred support which enables them to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Delivering an effective service in line with our case management principles ensuring that confidential and accurate records are kept on the CRM database.
• Supporting clients to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations involved in the care of stroke survivors and carers to ensure the best possible support is provided throughout the stroke pathway.
• Planning and facilitating Stroke support group sessions to increase participants’ understanding of stroke and how to manage/ support their recovery.

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

• Experience of providing person centred support.
• Experience of working with people with a disability or long-term health condition, and their carers.
• Experience of using technology and IT systems to support your work and keep timely, accurate records.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
• Experience of working with health and social care professionals in a variety of settings.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality including the delivery of face-to-face support in the form of stroke awareness sessions, home and hospital visits. Some time may also be spent working within a hospital team.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

About this role:

This role is a new position beginning in April 2026, as part of the new Croydon Mental Health Partnership pilot programme (MHP) led by Croydon Voluntary Action. The MHP is part of the Building Brighter Futures (BBF) initiative funded by the Maudsley Charity. Reaching Higher is one of the BBF consortium members.

Main purpose of this role:

The Co-ordinator will provide early, relational, trauma-informed interventions for young people (15–19) presenting with mild–moderate emotional wellbeing, mental health, and social needs.

This role will deliver timely engagement (contact within 72 hours), needs-based assessments, short-term support, and warm handovers into the most appropriate pathway across the BBF consortium, avoiding duplication and repeated storytelling. The role is central to the front-door and allocations model, ensuring young people receive the right support, at the right time, from the right organisation.
