A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This role will be based at for Pound Lane, which is a high complex needs 24-hour service with same shift pattern.

The working pattern for this role is: - 5 days a week, working over a seven day pattern, weekends included. Shift pattern 8am-4am and late shift 1.30pm-9.30pm

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.

About the role

The Institut français du Royaume-Uni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Patrons’ Circle & Sponsorship Activation to lead the development of its patron engagement programmes and sponsorship (in-kind) activation strategy across the Institut’s major cultural events and flagship seasons.

This senior role has three core objectives:

• to grow and structure the Institut’s existing Patrons’ Circle;
• to create and launch a new Young Patrons Circle aimed at engaging a new generation of supporters;
• to design and deliver an in-kind sponsorship activation strategy across the Institut’s flagship cultural events and programmes.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorship activation, audience engagement, cultural programming or related fields

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement audience and engagement initiatives

About the Role

The Casework Coordinator will provide high quality, person-centred case coordination, advice and practical support to refugees, refugee families and people with no recourse to public funds living in temporary accommodation or transitioning into longer-term housing. The postholder will manage a caseload of individuals and families, undertaking assessments, developing personalised support plans and coordinating access to housing, health, education, financial and other support services to promote stability, independence and positive integration outcomes.

Working as part of the London Borough Outcomes Partnership, the postholder will collaborate with local authorities, delivery partners and community organisations to support successful move-on from temporary accommodation, improve access to services and contribute to the achievement of contractual outcomes. 

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This role will be based at for Pound Lane, which is a high complex needs 24-hour service with same shift pattern.

The working pattern for this role is: - 5 days a week, working over a seven day pattern, weekends included. Shift pattern 8am-4am and late shift 1.30pm-9.30pm

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.

We’re looking for an IT Projects Manager to join a small, busy IT team at the UK’s leading specialist centre for complex neuro-disability. The work matters. The projects you deliver help our clinical, operational and corporate teams give better care to the people who depend on us.

You’ll own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. We want a project manager who can work both in the detail of a project plan one day, and shaping the bigger picture with senior leadership the next. This is a central role in a small technology team, so your judgement and the relationships you build will really count.

What you’ll bring

• A track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a complex organisation
• Strong people skills, so you can talk to clinicians, senior leaders and suppliers and be understood by all of them
• A practical, problem-solving approach to risk, change and competing priorities
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, software delivery and system implementations
• Useful extras: a PM qualification (APM PMQ, PMP or similar) and experience in healthcare, charity or not-for-profit settings
