Job Purpose:

• Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
• Have day to day responsibility for the Individual Giving income stream
• Manage a portfolio of existing Individual Giving supporters, providing exceptional supporter care and building relationships, stewarding and nurturing existing donors.
• Improve supporter retention and maximise donors’ lifetime value to hyh
• Manage, develop and lead on the use of hyh’s CRM effectively to segment data and make insight-led decisions. This includes developing new reports, liaising with the external CRM consultant to make improvements, writing up procedures and training members of the team in best practice.
• Acquire and develop new donors through solicitation and stewardship plans using a supporter journey programme to build engagement and loyalty.
• Develop marketing and comms materials through digital and other channels to deliver the programme.
• Maximise all opportunities to develop regular giving, appeals, one-off occasion donations, in-mem and legacy

Job purpose

This is a pivotal senior administration role in a charity that is passionate about making a difference to the veterinary care that animals receive. You’ll be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, with the trustee board and with all members of the staff team of about 20 people. The role is responsible for co-ordinating essential governance activities, including preparing, collating and distributing meeting information packs, writing minutes and managing actions following trustee and committee meetings. You’ll also provide diary management support to the Chief Executive and carry out a varied range of administrative tasks – from arranging team meetings to organising the charity’s award and grant-giving programmes.

Responsibilities

Governance and executive support

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including proof reading and formatting documents, diary management, coordinating meetings and production of agendas and minutes
• Take minutes for trustee board and committee meetings, and any other meetings as requested by the Chief Executive Officer
• Organise in-person and virtual trustees meeting as well as other governance meetings as required
• Work with the trustees, Chief Executive Officer, RCVS finance team and legal advisors, ensuring legal returns and RCVS Knowledge governing documents are in order and submitted in good time to Companies House and the Charity Commission
• Maintain declaration of interest documentation and ensure that governance and compliance-related records are up-to-date
• Own the charity’s policy register, ensuring all policies are reviewed regularly and are up to date
• Carry out finance administration for the Senior Team as required, including purchasing items, collating receipts, assigning budget codes, and processing expense claims for trustees
• Provide administrative support around donations and gifts-in-will
• Manage the diary of the Chief Executive Officer, including arranging travel and accommodation when necessary

Project support

• Organise RCVS Knowledge awards (Plowright Prize, Quality Improvement Awards, Antimicrobial Stewardship Awards, etc.), including liaising with award panels, processing applications, and administration around the review and identification of award winners
• Arrange associated meetings and events for the awards

General administration

• Act as the first point of contact for RCVS Knowledge, monitoring generic inboxes and taking phone calls as required
• Manage the administrative functions of the office, for example arranging guest access for visitors when required and administering and dealing with room bookings
• Maintain and develop administrative systems, such as record management and document control
• Update records on our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Organise and schedule meetings and awaydays, including setting the agenda and taking minutes

We are an agile social enterprise looking for a qualified Finance Manager to manage and operate our existing finance function. Working flexibly from home, you will perform a core role in our small, friendly virtual team helping to maintain financial stability and control as we focus on our mission to deliver successful projects across a range of settings globally. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and lead the implementation of 'Your Voice Matters.' Collaborating closely with our Director of Support Services and fellow Betknowmore colleagues, you will oversee the delivery of workshops, facilitate focus groups, and participate in community engagement events. Supported by our partnership with The Faiths Forum for London, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships within the Black community to maximize the project's impact over the next two years.

This position is primarily home-based, with regular travel across Greater London as required. The role is full-time, offering a competitive salary between £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. The Liberal Jewish Synagogue’s Drop-In for Asylum Seeker Families was established in June 2014.

Opening one Sunday afternoon each month, we welcome families with children under the age of sixteen who are applying for asylum in the UK. We provide a warm and welcoming space for our guests and give money or vouchers, advice, clothing, food and toiletries. We invite hundreds of people into the synagogue, and the Project Co-ordinator is expected to manage the logistics of this.

Our volunteers are experienced and loyal, all having a particular interest in assisting asylum seekers and refugees. The project is interfaith, and we encourage applications from within the LJS community and beyond.

We are seeking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator. This is currently a part-time post 20-25 hours per week, with a degree of flexibility as to when these hours are worked. The hours include working one weekend per month: setting up the Drop-in on the Saturday (after the Shabbat morning service), and running the Drop-in on the Sunday. Attending Steering Group Meetings (currently on ‘Zoom’) is also a requirement on a weekday evening 4-6 times per annum.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

· Maintaining a safe and secure register of our guests and checking eligibility criteria

· Reviewing guests’ documentation

· Referring guests to other services where appropriate

· Answering emails from prospective guests and maintaining a ‘Waiting List’

· Inviting guests to the Drop-In by text/email as appropriate

· Preparing lists of guests attending; clearly showing their financial entitlements on the day

· Liaising with the three Volunteer Co-ordinators on a regular basis

· Interviewing new volunteers, and advertising the project beyond the scope of the synagogue

· Responding to enquiries (via telephone /email) relating to the Drop-In from various parties

· Checking that Security Guard/s are hired appropriately

· Ensuring cash is obtained in a timely fashion from the LJS office to distribute on the Sunday

· Monitoring volunteer expenses

· Reviewing accounts in conjunction with the Steering Group

I'm excited to be working with Drinkaware to find them a temporary Digital Marketing Manager. This is purely a technical role, with a focus on SEO, PPC marketing, Grants Pro and Google Analytics 4. You must be a GA4 expert, it is essential for this temporary cover. You will have solid digital marketing delivery skills and work collaboratively with the digital and marketing teams to increase website traffic and drive Drinking Check completions. Working in a close-knit team, you will be Drinkaware's GA4 expert, able to provide data and insights as required, and be an excellent team player who is able to articulate the technical jargon in basic terms.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement an impactful SEO strategy that meets the organisational objectives
• Together with the Content Lead and Web Product Owner, ensure SEO best practice and strong keyword research is at the heart of Drinkaware's digital marketing activities.
• Implement SEO housekeeping changes using Site Improve
• Lead on GA4 and other measurement tools; maintain marketing reporting dashboards.
• Work with the Evidence & Impact and UX teams to evaluate end-to-end CX across multiple channels and user touch points, optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Support the Marketing and Brand Officer to maintain and develop the Grants Pro account
• Take ownership of core Drinkaware digital marketing activities, specifically PPC, Google Ads, Grants Pro, SEO/SEM, paid for activity on owned media channels
• Ensure that all digital marketing activities are fully compliant and follow best practice, particularly around UK GDPR, data protection, and marketing consent.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in an SEO or PPC focussed digital marketing role
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of campaign planning, execution and reporting; preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven experience with PPC, Google Ads, Grants Pro, social media, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, keyword research.
• Direct experience of managing Google Ad accounts (paid and Grants Pro) and setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience of using audience, consumer and data insight and research to drive planning activity.
• Experience of A/B or split testing.
