Contract: Full time, permanent role

As Digital Marketing Manager you will hold a key role within the Managed Services team, where you will have responsibility for all elements of the ad campaign lifecycle on behalf of Social Sync's charity clients, from strategic planning and creative direction to hands-on build, execution, optimisation and evaluation.

As Digital Supporter Journey Manager you will have strategic ownership of supporter journeys delivered by Social Sync's managed service clients; designing journeys that convert, retain and inspire supporters across channels including WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, SMS and Instagram DMs. You will also champion Social Sync's sector leadership in WhatsApp journeys - developing best practice, showcasing impact, and shaping how charities use conversational messaging to drive fundraising success.

Your core remit will include:

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager (North) to join its Portfolio team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering to charities and donors alike. The CSJF has big ambitions for its work with small charities over the next 3 years, central to this work is our Portfolio team. Based in the north of England (ideally north of Sheffield), the post-holder will be responsible for delivering first-rate charity due diligence on some of the best small charities in the UK. In this role you will use tech solutions to drive insights and understanding about CSJF’s work with charities, in addition, the post-holder will gather intel from frontline charities to create insights to inform the CSJ’s policy work. The post-holder will also seek to generate interesting media stories. The post holder will help to generate new income for the CSJF through multiple streams. Role Summary 

The Bliss Scotland Baby Charter Programme Officer supports the 14 neonatal units across Scotland to deliver our Bliss Baby Charter programme. The Baby Charter is a national accreditation programme being undertaken by many neonatal units in the UK. It aims to improve outcomes for babies born premature or sick by encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to involve parents in the care of their baby.

Bliss Scotland was established in 2009 to provide support to the 6,000+ babies born premature or sick in Scotland every year, and their families. Bliss Scotland is part of Bliss, the UK’s leading charity for babies born premature or sick and is registered with the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

The Bliss Scotland Baby Charter Programme Officer plays a key role in encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to improve their practice to ensure parents/families are as involved as possible in the care of their baby. The role supports neonatal units to bring about change and work towards Baby Charter accreditation. This involves assessing neonatal units against national standards using the digital Baby Charter audit tool, delivering assessments and working as part of the Baby Charter team to continually develop and improve processes
 

• Location: Home Based (Scotland) with occasional travel to Neonatal Units across Scotland

About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s financial and operational functions. This includes managing day-to-day accounting, producing management reports, maintaining and improving processes, line-managing the administrator, and leading key projects across Finance, IT and HR. Harris Hill is looking for a Fundraising Consultant, who has a good background in Corporate Fundraising, for roughly 8 days per month, for 6 months, possibly up to a year. 

Following a review of corporate fundraising, the client is looking to develop new partners, so would like someone with a suitable background to research and approach new organisations.

70% of your work with be business development and 30% account management, so this will suit someone who enjoys developing new relationships, rather than managing existing ones. 

The 8 days per month are totally flexible on when they are worked, so this could be a good job for someone who has other clients, with this organisation working this role outside IR35, billing the client direct.

Because of Better Together for Healthy Bone Marrow, people affected by these rare bone marrow failures will be better informed, less isolated, more connected, and more resilient.

About the e-Assessment Association

The e-Assessment Association (eAA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation based in the UK that brings together everyone with an interest in digital assessment. Since 2008, the eAA has championed the adoption of technology-enhanced assessment across education, training, and professional learning.

• Provide professional support and facilitate discussion for people working in this field.

Key Responsibilities

Special Interest Group (SIG) Support:

• Manage the administration and coordination of the eAA’s Special Interest Groups.
• Support and prompt volunteer leads to ensure each SIG remains active and productive.
• Coordinate and schedule SIG meetings and online events, including setting up Cvent/ Zoom/Teams sessions and distributing materials.
• Assist with follow-up actions such as publishing content, circulating recordings, and gathering member feedback.
• Monitor engagement levels and prepare summary reports for the Operations Manager and Board.

Event Support (Online and In-person):

• Assist in the setup, promotion, and delivery of online events, including webinars, panel discussions, and SIG sessions.
• Manage speaker liaison, registration processes, and event logistics.
• Support the delivery of major eAA events including the International Conference (2026) and the International Awards Gala Dinner, including administrative coordination and event materials.
• Ensure a positive participant experience by handling communications and post-event follow-up.

Membership and Communications:

• Respond to member and volunteer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and updates about SIG and event activity.
• Contribute to website updates and online event listings (including management of our online ‘Events Calendar’).

General Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in shared systems 
• Support the wider team on projects or tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners.
• Attend in-person team meetings and support in-person at Association events (Time-Off-In-Lieu policy in operations for additional hours worked). 

General:

• Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organised manner.
• Assist with special projects as required
• Other appropriate tasks and roles as delegated by the Operations Manager
• To undertake other duties which may, from time to time, be necessary to further the work of eAA.

Please note, there will be the occasional requirement (c. 6 times per year) to travel nationally (UK) for events and team meetings. These instances will include overnight stays. There may be future requirement for some international travel. 

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
• Experience managing events (especially online events such as webinars or small conferences).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ‘Tech-savvy’ with a willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and programmes, including AI. Confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience working in a membership organisation, charity, or non-profit setting.
• Familiar with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva.
• Experience using event platforms such as Cvent. 
• Passion for education and technology, with a commitment to promoting the use of e-assessment.

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will work within the regional partnerships team.  You will manage a caseload of community work to support programme delivery, partnership network development and bespoke learning and development with the BookTrust partner network. You will create excellent links into communities and develop relationships with stakeholders in order to support BookTrust delivery and development, and place-based, community-led initiatives.
