The Huntington's Disease Association is a UK registered charity that supports people affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We provide information, advice and support to families, friends, and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for three new team members to join our team of Specialist Huntington's Disease Advisers to support people affected by Huntington’s disease.

The roles available are:
• Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire, North & East Devon, Weston Supermare & Wiltshire Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 28 hours)
• East and South Yorkshire Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 21 hours)
• Surrey and South London Specialist Huntington’s Disease Adviser (part-time, 21 hours)

All roles available are home-based, but must be living in the area specified in the job title, as the job involves extensive travel within the region and occasional travel across England and Wales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who is dedicated and committed to the welfare of families affected by Huntington’s disease, developing and improving the quality of care that they receive. You will need to have skills gained within a Health and Social Care profession. Your main responsibilities will be to offer help, information, advice, support and education to everyone affected by Huntington’s disease and professionals involved in supporting them.

All three vacancies are on a part-time permanent contract. Due to team-wide commitments, you must be available to work on Tuesdays. All other working days (in line with contracted hours) may be flexible around your individual needs and the needs of the role. Regular working pattern will be agreed with your line manager upon successful appointment.

Position Overview:

Epic is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Programs team to manage relationships and grants of nonprofits in our portfolio, and monitor and support their work over time. In particular, this role will lead the development and management  of a learning community to support our grantees and alumni beyond our financial support. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit strategy and/or social entrepreneurship, experience in designing and facilitating peer learning and capacity-building initiatives, and a deep passion for social impact and strategic philanthropy.

The Senior Programs Manager will work under the supervision of the Programs Director and they will be part of a growing team with colleagues in London and Paris.

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage the relationship and continuous monitoring of portfolio organizations. This involves acting as the point of contact for a portion of the portfolio's organizations, including reviewing and analyzing monitoring data and supporting grant-making processes. .

• Develop, promote and manage a program made up of initiatives and practices that contribute to the organizational development and growth of nonprofits. This would include developing capacity building initiatives and facilitating peer learning spaces responding to grantees’ needs.

• Contribute to the selection of strong organizations for the Epic portfolio. This will notably involve conducting due diligence following Epic's framework, reviewing processes and documents, conducting interviews with candidate organizations, and carrying out selection visits.

• Contribute to the development and management of effective partnerships for Epic's programs (e.g., sourcing partners for selection, pro bono partners for capacity building, etc.) and identify collaboration opportunities.

• Work with the Programs team to implement systems and processes to evaluate the impact of Epic's programs worldwide and contribute to demonstrating the value of unrestricted funding.

• Contribute to Epic's research program and knowledge management (reports, case studies, analysis of trends and developments in the philanthropy field) and help develop Epic's thought leadership and reputation as a key player in the philanthropic sector on smart-giving.

• Facilitate and liaise with other teams within the foundation, to keep portfolio organizations' data, analysis and information up to date to support its relationships with donors and target audiences.

• Participate in the development and execution of the Programs team's strategy, in alignment with Epic's mission, values, and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with other Epic teams to develop internal and external knowledge management and promote the work of portfolio organizations and the Programs team.

Required  skills and qualifications:

• Right to work in France or the United Kingdom (Epic is not able to sponsor visas)

• 7+  years experience in non-profit organisational development and programs and / or philanthropy strategy and grant-making.

• Technical expertise in one or more of Epic’s key priorities (i.e.: social entrepreneurship, social impact evaluation, youth empowerment and trust-based philanthropy).

• Previous experience and knowledge of appropriate tools and methodologies to build capacity and learning processes for organisational development and scaling social impact.

• Expertise of working with relevant IT, such as CRM systems and project management tools. In particular familiarity of working with AI, to help enhance efficiency, learning and analysis. 

• Strong understanding and expertise in nonprofit management, design, and impact analysis and the ability to assess a nonprofit across impact, operations and governance. 

• Strong analytical and evaluative skills, especially analyzing data and research - both qualitative and quantitative - and specifically those related to programmatic monitoring, impact assessment and learning.

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to navigate complex  power dynamics and multi-stakeholder spaces.

• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and orally) to diverse audiences in English (and French desired).

• Experience of working in a lean and entrepreneurial organization with a high degree of self management; strong project management skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload at a fast pace.

Desired Skills

• Experience and understanding of key challenges and opportunities faced today by social entrepreneurs, especially around scaling and growth ambitions

Contract Details (UK only)

This is frontline leadership at its most real. As Team Managers in Camden’s Rough Sleeping Outreach Service, you’ll lead from the front of a service that meets people where they are — on the streets, in hotspots and through the hub — building trust, responding quickly and helping people move towards safety and stability.

About the role:

This is a leadership role with real scale, real accountability and real impact. As Services Manager, you’ll lead a multi-site service supporting young people across Greenwich - shaping environments that are safe, consistent and genuinely geared towards helping young people move forward with confidence.

Your presence will be felt across every part of the service. You’ll move between sites, staying close to delivery while holding a clear line of sight on performance, quality and risk. You’ll back your teams to deliver strong, personalised support while keeping a firm grip on housing management, safeguarding and service standards - making sure good practice isn’t occasional, but embedded everywhere.

This is about more than oversight. You’ll build confident, reflective teams who understand young people’s experiences and respond with clarity, consistency and belief in what’s possible. Psychologically informed, trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches won’t sit in policy - you’ll make sure they show up in how teams think, act and support every day.

You’ll also be the connector across the system. Working closely with commissioners, local authorities and partners, you’ll ensure referrals are right, pathways are clear and move-on is intentional from day one. You’ll use data, insight and feedback to challenge drift, drive improvement and keep the service evolving - because standing still isn’t an option when young people are relying on you to get this right.

About you:

The role

As Housing Operations Manager you will oversee both the ongoing supported housing operations and be tasked to bring improvement and consistency of delivery. We have a vision to grow our women’s housing provision over the next five years and this role will be key in developing an impacting and financially sustainable supported housing model.

About you

We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:

• Experience in managing supported housing provisions, with good knowledge of Supported Housing and Ofsted regulations and sector best practice
• Experience of managing people, providing leadership and empowering development to a team delivering housing support
• Proven ability to build positive relationships effectively with internal stakeholders, external partner agencies and local authorities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and find solutions to operational challenges
• Ability to travel up to 40 days per year

About the role

As our Strategy, Performance and Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our global planning and performance cycle, translating strategy into actionable insights that maximise impact, and work closely with senior leaders, country programmes, global member teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Play a leading role in the planning and reporting cycle in WAUK and WAi, ensuring aligned business plans that maximise the potential contribution of each member to WaterAid’s Global Strategy and impact
• Use strong analysis and presentation skills, to feed into a coherent narrative that drives data informed decisions and actions
• Lead multi-annual and thematic reviews of progress against the Global Strategy to assess contribution to global change, identify achievements and challenges, lessons learned and recommendations.
• Support development and evolution of WaterAid’s Global Strategy, project managing key enablers of the strategy and drawing on expertise, experience and perspectives from across the organisation to drive progress.
• Lead on strategy development at Global, Member and Country Programme level, working within the wider strategy remit and supporting the wider federation’s objectives at all times.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

To be successful, you will need:

• Strategic and critical thinking across complex and fast-moving environments: with the ability to consider how trends and shifts in the wider world and internally may affect strategic delivery
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of performance measurement in data-poor environments and qualitative evaluation methodologies that enable deep reflection on performance
• Knowledge of corporate planning, with an understanding of different approaches in different contexts

This role leads our work across Birmingham at an exciting moment. We are developing a participatory, community-centred approach to analysing the city's economy, identifying opportunities for change and coordinating alliances to act on them. About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery / Programme Operations Manager who thrives on delivering efficient and pragmatic processes, procedures and systems to support the impactful delivery of our growing suite of Financial Education and Wellbeing Workshops and Programmes. You will help us get stuff done! And deliver important functions and projects yourself.

As we grow the charity, it is ever more crucial that we break down silos and duplication between our two main delivery teams (Children & Young People and Adults). You will lead on reviewing and consolidating the two processes into one for the support functions of the programme delivery teams, initially progressing priority tasks identified for 2026 as part of our recent strategy refresh, and building a pipeline of future continuous improvement projects for 2027 and beyond.

This will be a vital new role bringing order and cohesion to the vital delivery support functions. You will own and champion key programme delivery-related functions in the charity, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and are understood and used throughout the charity. Reporting to one of the Directors, you will play a key role in bridging and where appropriate joining the two teams, whilst respecting and promoting their technical specialisms and differences.
