Are you an experienced Project Manager with proven experience in property or estates project management? Have you successfully delivered large-scale installations or fit-out projects?

We’re excited to be recruiting a Property Project Manager to help lead one of the most impactful installation programmes in our Retail division. This fixed‑term role will take a central position in delivering the rollout of vital medical equipment (defibs) across our 670+ BHF retail locations, a project that will directly strengthen the safety and resilience of our shops, customers, volunteers and colleagues.

You’ll combine hands‑on project delivery with strategic oversight, working closely with teams across Retail, Estates and Property, as well as our external partners. Your leadership will ensure installations are delivered smoothly on time and within budget, while keeping disruption to retail operations to a minimum.

You’ll deliver a full range of Project Manager services including:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of installations projects, from planning to completion.
• Developing and controlling project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Retail, Estates, Facilities, Finance) and external contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensuring all works comply with health and safety legislation, building regulations, and BHF policies.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Providing regular progress reports to senior leadership, including KPIs and strategic alignment.
• Overseeing project documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

About you

We are looking for someone with proven experience in property or estates project management, ideally in a multi-site environment, such as retail. You'll have a demonstrable track record of delivering large-scale installation, fit-out or similar programmes, from planning to completion.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Construction, Surveying or related field, with membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) being desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, lease management, and health & safety compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale installations or fit-out projects. 
• Experience managing budgets and working with multiple stakeholders.

Working arrangements

Please note this is a 10 month fixed-term contract. This role will be home based and there will be some travel to our sites and office locations for meetings as needed.

The Occupational Therapist (Sensory & Attachment) will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed occupational therapy assessment and intervention to families with a history of adoption, kinship care and long-term fostering. The postholder will bring advanced expertise in sensory processing/sensory integration and the impact of early adversity, attachment disruption and developmental trauma on regulation, participation and family life. ·Co-produce practical, strengths-based support plans with parents/carers and, where appropriate, the child/young person; provide clear strategies that are realistic for family life.

·Deliver evidence-informed interventions (1:1 and group-based as appropriate) including sensory-based regulation strategies, activity adaptation, routine design, environmental modification and caregiver coaching.

·Integrate attachment- and trauma-informed principles (e.g., PACE/connection-based approaches) into OT recommendations, ensuring strategies support safety, relational connection and felt security.

About the Role

As the new Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll lead on strategy, delivery and continuous improvement across all marketing activity. You'll engage several influential audiences, including schools, dioceses, parishes and suppliers and help position CMP and its parent organisation, Inter-Diocesan Fuel Management (IFM), as trusted, values-led partners to the Catholic community.

With a new CRM system being rolled out and a new website launching next academic year, you'll play a central role in CMP's digital evolution, helping modernise communications, strengthen engagement and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website and events
• Strengthening engagement and retention across CMP's member schools, parishes, dioceses and suppliers
• Managing CMP's digital presence - including CRM optimisation, website development and platform alignment
• Creating and scheduling high-quality content across multiple channels (via Buffer), including CMP and IFM platforms.
• Overseeing newsletters, website updates, social media, and campaign materials with a consistent tone of voice
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, diocesan communications teams and the Catholic Education Service
• Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, engagement and ROI to inform senior-level decisions.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate marketing data and high-quality output

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Understanding that although Manager by title, this is a stand-alone position, so an appetite to be hands on regarding day-day to delivery of the mar/coms function is essential.
• Experienced in marketing or communications, with experience in similar role and involvement in campaign planning and delivery.
• A strong writer and communicator, able to tailor tone for different audiences
• Skilled in using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva and CRM systems, with the ability to produce both digital and print collateral
• Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and apply insights
• Exceptionally organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a remote environment
• Collaborative and personable, with strong relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
• Sympathetic to the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, however you don't need to be a practicing Catholic.
• Experience working within procurement environments, digital transformation projects, or the education/charity sectors would be an advantage.

You will deliver activities to support the MHCLG’s National Workforce Programme, by supporting housing and homelessness teams in both the public and voluntary sector to develop knowledge and skills Learning Pathways. Some Pathways will be specific to a role and others will be focussed on developing organisational knowledge, but all will support the development of professional skills and knowledge for those working with people experiencing housing and homelessness problems in England, to improve outcomes. You will also design, coordinate, and deliver a range of conferences and good practice events to promote learning and innovation across the sector.

About you 

You have proven experience in developing and managing tailored learning pathways and training programmes, including for housing and homelessness law and wider skills development, along with strong experience of working with people with multiple disadvantage and/or those who support them. You are able to develop and maintain partnerships across agencies to ensure the best client support and contribute to multiple agency projects, collaborating and sharing knowledge. Ideally, you are experienced in the homelessness sector or a related field, as well as having excellent skills in communication, IT and digital systems.

As Interim Mobilisation and Supporter Engagement Director, you'll live the values to be brave, ambitious, supportive and trusted, to overcome systemic drivers of low youth well-being through shaping public attitudes, influencing politics & policy, mobilising the general public and communities, growing the lifetime value of public and supporter audiences. This role will be responsible for a team of 20 across public fundraising areas; individual giving, mass participation events and community fundraising.

Wolfram Syndrome UK (WSUK)

WSUK is a small national charity based in West Sussex that supports children, young people and adults affected by Wolfram Syndrome (WS) and their parents/wider families. WS is an ultra-rare genetic disorder which causes a complex range of symptoms, including diabetes mellitus, vision problems, renal problems, deafness, and neurological problems. WSUK Adult Support Co-ordinator Role

WSUK is seeking a part-time adult support co-ordinator (2.5 days per week, working over 4-5 days, 0.5 FTE, £14.1k-£15.6k per annum), based in the Midlands area. This home-based role will provide support to WS affected adults and their families to help improve the quality of their lives. Through liaising with professionals (including the WS expert clinical team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Birmingham), external or advocacy organisations, this role will help facilitate access to the services to which WS affected adults and their families are entitled. The adult support co-ordinator will help adults and their families to increase their confidence and independence in living with their condition. This role will also act as an important point of contact for WS affected adults, providing advice and support in confidence.

Skills and experience

Applicants should have several years’ experience in a similar position, working with people affected by sensory loss, long-term medical / genetic condition, or disability. Applicants should also have a strong desire to help improve the lives of adults living with a long-term condition or disability and be confident in talking with people with a range of abilities and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Applicants should have experience in working effectively as part of a remote team, be confident in working independently and in managing conflicting priorities.

Some limited UK travel will be required (particularly to meet WS affected adults during their WS clinic visit at QEH, Birmingham (6 clinics per year) and the annual WS conference. An enhanced DBS check will be required.

Parkinson’s UK works with health and social care professionals to transform Parkinson’s services across the UK. 

We do this through our Parkinson’s UK Excellence Network (PEN), a network of over 6,000 health and care professionals with a shared vision: to build an expert Parkinson’s workforce and improve health and care services for people with Parkinson’s.

We bring together and support health and care professionals to share best practice, network and collaborate, share resources and education, and drive improvements to services for people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.

Since its establishment in 2015, the Excellence Network has provided networking and collaboration opportunities for professionals across the different regions of the UK.

To help us deliver our regional model, we are looking for one healthcare professional to take on the role of Regional Clinical Lead on a consultancy basis in the North East of England and Yorkshire.

About the role 

In this role, you’ll:

• Co-opt a multidisciplinary leadership team to support you in your role. This team should reflect the multi-professional composition of regional services, as well as the geography and should include at least one person with Parkinson's.

• Drive engagement and participation with the Excellence Network at a regional level. 

• Inspire, challenge and collaborate with the health and social care professional community to drive significant improvements to Parkinson’s services across your region.

• Act as a professional ambassador for the Excellence Network and help represent the professionals in your region.

• Engage with Integrated Care Board (ICB) leaders to help influence the development of your Integrated Care System (ICS).

• Work closely with the Professional Engagement team at Parkinson’s UK to organise and hold engagement opportunities in your region. This will include working with the team to hold and lead at least one in-person meeting in your region per year.

• Attend the annual in-person PEN national and regional clinical Leads meeting.

• Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.

• Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year. 

What you’ll bring:

• You’ll be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.

• You will have a good understanding of the landscape of health and social care delivery, education and workforce development to support the strategic aims and objectives of Parkinson’s UK.
