The post-holder will play a key role within the Initiatives and Partnerships team, working with regional teams to develop and implement proposals to expand use of historic churches in our existing estate and, on occasion, working with other heritage and community groups to deliver their own projects via consultancy or partnership work.   

 They will manage a programme of work that will include a number of site-specific projects and national initiatives across multiple sites, as well as from time to time working with third parties on partnership or consultancy projects.   

The Commercial Initiatives Officer is responsible for the development and delivery of CCT’s commercial initiatives, including Champing and Filming, that involve multiple sites, as well as any future such schemes. The role will line manage the Customer Service and Admin Assistant, Champing who is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Champing. The post-holder will also work closely with colleagues in conservation and regional teams to make sure that impacts on both areas are fully considered, whilst in tandem seeking to maximise opportunities to expand and increase commercial activity, income and ultimately profitability.

The Initiatives and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the Trust’s Initiatives and Partnerships Team. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust’s projects, manage team members and on occasion support external and partnership projects. Our work is varied, ranging from early-stage feasibility planning, partnership development, fundraising, business planning and design development, as well as supporting our conservation team who lead construction phase oversight. 

This role builds on the successes of the Trust’s longstanding Regeneration programme, which has undertaken pioneering Regeneration projects addressing some of our most pressing conservation needs, as well as developing new operating models for some of the churches in our care. The job will support our regional teams in developing and implementing projects to deliver a range of conservation, social and regeneration benefits; with the balance of each responding to local need, demand and opportunity.

In addition, it encompasses the work undertaken to develop new commercial income opportunities. Examples are our groundbreaking Champing™ initiative, as well as others such as filming, and other commercial partnerships.

The Head of Fundraising will lead all fundraising activities, overseeing the full spectrum of income generation to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead on fundraising for an organisation which has barely scratched the surface of the fundraising landscape. There is autonomy over the direction of travel with a lot of support from the CEO on ideas and future programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategic Fundraising Leadership

Brief role description

As part of the Marketing, Communication, Fundraising and Events Directorate, the Events Manager will work operationally across the charity, primarily delivering the OP ASCEND Employment Pathways series alongside other agreed key FEC events. You will also be aware of all FEC current and future event requirements, develop the annual events schedule with the Senior Events Manager and oversee the event planner management software with the wider Event Team members. We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver and develop services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. In this rewarding role, you’ll be the single point of contact for adult patients preparing for discharge from the hospital. You’ll work closely with the Adult Social Care team, health professionals, hospital practitioners, and community services to:

• Identify needs and barriers to safe discharge

Trust and Foundations Manager  £38,250 Full time remote

Are you passionate about securing funding that transforms girls' lives? We're looking for a strategic and organised Trusts and Foundations Manager to maintain and expand our trusts and foundations portfolio at GFS. You'll lead the full fundraising lifecycle from prospect research and compelling application writing to grant management, reporting and stewardship, while embedding our fundraising strategy and building values-aligned partnerships.

ABS is a charity that has been providing support to the architectural community for over 170 years. We help people in times of need, and alongside our welfare partners, we provide a range of support including financial aid, mental health and wellbeing support, legal and housing advice and employment support.

As Welfare Caseworker, you will use your strong communication skills and casework experience to provide high quality, holistic, needs-led advice, support and direct advocacy to ABS beneficiaries. You will be self-motivated; managing your own caseload and making decisions about the type of support offered in line with the ABS Welfare Policy. You will be supported by a small and committed team, all working towards a common goal.

Whilst there will be training provided, we are keen to hear from people with a background in benefits advice, welfare rights or social care/advocacy.

About the role

You’ll join us at a vital and exciting time, as we help to shape what the future of health and care looks like with our new strategy and a reshaped communications and engagement directorate.

We’re looking for a strategic and creative digital communications leader to join our team, overseeing our digital channels, including email, paid and social media. In this role, you will plan, produce and evaluate all kinds of digital content, ensuring it is engaging and accurate, and aligns with our strategic and income-generating goals. You'll work closely with colleagues across The King's Fund to find interesting stories to tell and use insight and data to craft the right assets for our audience and make improvements to our channels. 

You’ll oversee the delivery of marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels and enjoy both the creative and technical aspects of channel and community management. You'll be a compassionate and inspiring people manager and a confident communicator.
