We are actively recruiting for an interim HR Advisor for an initial fixed term contract of 5 months for a large education organisation. You will be working with our HR Business Partners on Employee Relations cases, providing day to day generalist advice, reviewing some of our policies as well providing support on restructures.
This is a full time role that offer hybrid working of 3 days on site - location South London.

The Integrations & Imports Team manage a wide range of data sources which feed into our CRM (currently The Raiser’s Edge). We also help to ensure data quality pre- and post-import as well as resolving causes of errors.
About the Role
The Integrations & Imports Team handles large volumes of incoming supporter data which is vital for our fundraising, campaigning, and volunteering activities. Due to internal opportunities, we are seeking a fixed term Senior Imports Officer to work in a very varied role to:
- Help the Team ensure seamless and timely delivery of high-quality data
- Spot and fix data problems
- Help check and clean data
- Maintain existing and develop new imports as required
- Work with and support colleagues within the Team and in other stakeholder teams across Crisis
About You
To be successful in this role you will love data and enjoy managing data. You will also be:
- Multi-talented, ideally a finely balanced combination of detective, troubleshooter, problem solver, code developer, service deliverer
- Multiskilled with a strong mix of data skills, technical skills and people skills
- willing to jump in and learn or adapt as necessary
- eagle-eyed at spotting data inconsistencies and picking up on data issues
- conscientious and quality driven whilst still able to achieve results
- dedicated to providing a high level of support & service to everyone you work with
- able to manage multiple tasks, seemingly needing resolution at the same time
You will have experience in some of: data management, data quality, data coordinator, data administrator, imports administrator and some of SQL, Excel, Raiser’s Edge, data pipelines, ETL/ELT methodologies

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Behaviourist (Clinical Behaviour Services) to work on providing an internal referral service for behavioural medicine, recommending treatment protocols, monitoring patient progress, and assisting with more complex cases as required.
What does this role involve?
As Veterinary Behaviourist you’ll:
- Work with the Community Clinical Animal Behaviour and post-adoption support teams in devising the optimal behaviour rehabilitation strategy for dogs in their care while liaising with external veterinary practices as required to support the work of clinical teams.
- Support and advise staff across Dogs Trust on matters relating to psychoactive medication and links between disease, physiology and behavioural signs, under the direction of the Head of Clinical Behaviour Services.
- Provide behaviour consultations to owned dogs with behaviour problems especially those with a medical component that requires specialist input.
- Assist with staff training through workshops, clinical case reviews, mentorship and conferences.
About you:
With a good knowledge of dog behaviour, training and welfare you will have a veterinary qualification with postgraduate experience as a veterinary surgeon. With basic knowledge of statistical methods and ability to evaluate published research you will have enthusiasm for professional development, research and developing specialist skills in veterinary behavioural medicine.

About the Team:
Canine behaviour knowledge and practice is central to rehabilitating dogs within our rehoming centres, and for the provision of Dog School training and education classes. Science led behaviour knowledge also informs a range of other areas of Dogs Trust activity, including campaigns, international projects and the work of the education teams. The role of the Clinical Behaviour Services team is to provide clinical behaviour services for members of the public including adopters of Dogs Trust dogs and in association with Dog School.

MLC Partners are supporting a Central London based organisation within the Higher Education sector, to recruit a Finance Transformation Programme Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are seeking an experienced Project Officer with a strong financial background to coordinate and deliver on various projects, contributing to the improvement and transformation of the Finance department.
This full-time position commences immediately, with hybrid working in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with senior management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects
- To perform various coordinating tasks (scheduling and risk management), along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
- Help prepare budgets, analyse risks and opportunities
- Support the creation and delivery of processes, policies, and procedures
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Finance as requested
Key skillset criteria:
- An understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, dashboard, plans, and reports
- An ability to prioritise workload and deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively
- Prince2 certification is highly desirable
- QBE/PQ/Q is highly desirable
