- Devote significant time to outward-facing activities dedicated to supporting frontline Black and racialised grassroots community groups.
- Development of online learning tools and platforms to cascade the learning and providing 1-to-1 coaching sessions for Senior managers and Trustees.
The Deputy Finance Director will report to and work closely with the Chief Financial officer and will also contribute to Ubele’s overall financial strategy and supporting financial operations within our central hub.

Working alongside Adoption Support colleagues, the Database Officer will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the database, ensuring data is kept up to date as well as inputting, monitoring and evaluating data and service user details. They will also contribute to the collection of feedback and case studies from service users.
The Database Officer will produce comprehensive and tailored reports using both qualitative and quantitative data, derived from the new monitoring and evaluation system. These evidence-based reports are produced for a variety of audiences and will contribute to evidencing the effectiveness of PACT’s adoption support services.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative support role, with database and/or data capture administration experience. To succeed in this role, you will be proficient in producing reports from a database with a keen eye for accuracy and detail and have strong data analysis skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights.

You will co-ordinate all aspects of the ‘Together Versus Arthritis’ project within the area, which involves recruiting volunteers, service promotion and building relationships in the community. The service offers peer-led self-management and physical activity courses both within communities and online. Courses are designed to support people to develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills to live well with their condition.
You will help us to develop and pilot services for young people transitioning from our Young People and families service to adult services.
You will help us to ensure our services reach diverse communities in the Northwest, by co-producing resources, building partnerships and testing ways of working.

The Role
We are seeking a Schools Premises Officer to provide an effective and efficient administrative service to approximately 100 schools and ODBE in respect of the delivery of capital projects and property management. This is a key role which will involve working with many different stakeholders across the Diocese, including external consultants, Head teachers, bursars, school business managers, Governing Bodies and their representatives.
About You
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels to gain trust and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders; excellent project management skills with the ability to ensure that contracts are carried out within costs, on time and to the correct quality level and good financial budgeting skills to manage the delivery of capital projects.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with up to 3 years of experience in administration which includes administering and monitoring databases. The Programme Officer ensures ACE and PCF remain in step with changing member needs and interests.
1. Manage delivery of a wide range of community activities

Shapes proposals for events and sessions, based on member insight and desk research.

Promotes activities through fortnightly member updates and a variety of communications and media tools to reach different target groups.

Supports improvements to membership offering, based on feedback and data intelligence.
2. Secure a sustainable future for PCF and ACE

Provides support to the development and delivery of membership engagement campaigns.

Maintains membership programme engagement records.

Manages resources effectively.
3. Secure the reputation of PCF and ACE as a credible voice for public bodies.

Contributes to relationships with key stakeholders, including Cabinet Office, government departments, public bodies and Institute for Government.

Plays an active role in contributing to research projects which stimulate debate and inform improving practice.

Contributes ideas and content for circulation across communication channels - web, socials, trade press - to increase the profile of PCF and ACE.
4. Ensure smooth and effective operations of PCF and ACE.

Contributes to regular reporting to the Chairs and Boards of both PCF and ACE.

Contributes general administration and operational support as required.
