We are looking for a Head Coach to lead a small team providing Puppy, Adolescent and Adult dog training and education classes in the local community. Helping owners understand the best way to train their dogs and form a life-long bond with their four-legged friends.
We love dogs. That’s why we do whatever we can to make sure every four-legged friend gets the love they deserve. Leading a small team of coaches, you will have a responsibility for development of in-class training skills and behaviour knowledge, as well as undertaking all performance management activities. With experience of delivering dog training Classes you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Passionate about helping dog owners better understand their pets you will have a good knowledge of the scientific principles underlying the development of behaviour in dogs.
An experience of managing a small team would be an advantage. However, we are keen to hear from talented trainers who are looking to develop their management skills. We also have plenty of other development opportunities; all Dog School team members are developed towards their APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) assessment and ongoing membership is paid for.
