With support from our trustees, the fundraising board and committees, your focus will be on identifying and securing long-term, strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations as well as building on and maintaining those already in place.

Young Enterprise is a national charity working directly with young people, teachers, volunteers, helping young people prepare for their future. This role supports the continued development of YE’s impact by providing young people with opportunities to engage in YE’s enterprise and financial education programmes building vital skills, developing an enterprising mindset, supporting them to build their future and enabling them to make a positive contribution to their community and society.
As Educational Partnerships Manager you will be a key contributor to the regional educational partnerships team, supporting the team to achieve shared KPI’s for the region and the wider organisation. The role of Educational Partnerships Manager involves working directly with young people and teachers in schools that delivering / supporting delivery of our Young Enterprise programmes.
The Educational Partnerships Manager role will suit someone that is able to work with young people, build rapport and engage young people from a range of backgrounds. You will need to be confident in working within education settings, liaising with school staff, volunteers, and corporate volunteers. This can be a varied role, but a very exciting role as well as very rewarding. Your experience of relationships development and management will help with developing new schools as well as supporting existing school relationships. There is not an exhaustive list but is to provide you with a flavour of the role.
We are looking for:

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnership Manager to join our team as the main point of contact for our corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our relationships end-to-end with corporate organisations. Ensuring alignment with our mission and maximising the impact of their support, with a view to line managing an Assistant in the future. Stemettes encourages and inspires girls, young women and non-binary people into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) subjects. We run a variety of programmes, workshops, and events that are designed to make STEAM accessible and relatable to young people who are typically underrepresented in these fields.
You’d be working within a fully hybrid organisation located across the UK including freelancers and admins who ensure the smooth running of Stemettes’ interventions and outreach work.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing corporate partners by successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional levels of relationship management taking responsibility for leading regular calls with corporate partners, setting agendas and following up in a timely manner with key actions.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the partnership, including the delivery of events, any day to day issues, and tracking budgets.
- Ensure accurate administration and record keeping on the CRM.
Internal & External Communication
- Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on their partnership and coordinate event logistics and planning with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
Problem Solving
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address any challenges or concerns promptly.
- Implement effective solutions to maintain positive relationships.
Event Support
- All Stemette Futures employees support the delivery of all events and programmes to ensure we are directly supporting beneficiaries no matter your role. The roles include; hosting, facilitation, and event support.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or a similar role.

About the role
An ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in corporate fundraising or charity retail, you’ll play a key role in developing Shelter’s retail presence and raising vital funds. About the role

· Keep accurate, relevant, timely records on our CRM and maintain regular communication with relevant teams including operations, finance, marketing and fundraising teams.
· Create inspiring reports and updates for funders that bring to life the impact of their support and demonstrate first class stewardship.
· Where appropriate, attend events to meet funders and/or promote EDT.
· Work closely with relevant teams to embed monitoring and evaluation throughout the funding process. Report on progress, results and income in a timely manner.
· Work with the Fundraising Manager with analysing trends to support the fundraising strategy.
Competencies and Attributes:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisation skills - can manage workload and deadlines and proactively work to achieve timely delivery.
· Experience of securing funding from grant makers and/or companies.
· Experience of planning, preparing and writing high quality bids, funding applications and reports.
· Knowledge of managing funders' relationships. Knowledge of databases/data management, including producing reports.
· A strong team player, who can communicate effectively and engage colleagues at all levels and develop strong and productive relationships.
· Attention to detail and IT proficiency.
· Understanding of applicable legislation.
· A knowledge of the not for profit/charity sector.
· The ability to travel to locations across the UK on occasions to meet colleagues, funders and partners.
The successful candidate will be required to fulfil an enhanced DBS/PVG check.
