What will you be doing?
You will be a key member of the Supporter Care Team, working closely with the Supporter Relationship Manager, Supporter Development Manager and the Supporter Care Administrators.
You will be responsible for providing a high quality, efficient service to Plantlife members and supporters, ensuring that communications and engagement contribute to supporters’ sense of Plantlife as being an efficient, reliable, and helpful organisation that appreciates and values their support. You will help to contribute to current and new engagement activities and initiatives.
You will be using our CRM database alongside Microsoft Excel for a large proportion of yourtime to process and deliver administrative tasks and will share ideas on how to improve processes and implement where necessary. You will provide day to day guidance to the team of administrators, as required. There will be a shared responsibility for administrative and financial admin tasks as well as some individual responsibilities.
The role is based in our Salisbury office (Monday to Thursday) and you will be working from home on Friday. The role occasionally requires some weekend or evening working.

About this role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role plays an important part in supporting our Finance Team in delivery of SIB’s new strategy and focus.
Key responsibilities
- To ensure all bank mandate updates and KYC requests are dealt with efficiently and records accurately maintained.
- To be responsible for ensuring that, by month end, all bank reconciliations are completed for all entities, required for Management accountants to run loan and grant reports.
- To reconcile and post interest for non-feed bank accounts when statements are received.
- To prepare the monthly Cash Analysis Report.
- To monitor credit control.
- To process monthly direct debit collections.
- To ensure the filing and archiving is up to date.
- To assist the Governance Team with minute taking at Committee meetings as and when required.
- To enter invoices into Receipt Bank/Xero, checking that coding and budget data is correct.
- To monitor and maintain shared finance mailboxes.
- To manage the electronic approval system – ApprovalMax. Matching Invoices to purchase orders and ensuring invoices are uploaded with correct authorisations.
- To handle any payment issues raised by internal/external team members for timely resolution.
- To prepare for and make weekly payments to SIB grantees, investees, employees and suppliers following laid down procedures.
- To set up payment templates for new payees within SIB’s agreed controls for suppliers, grantees, investees and team members. To support the Project Accountant and Head of Governance in maintaining and reviewing the supplier register to be complaint with ISO.
- To upload/import payments for approval when grants and loan disbursement requests are required.
- To be responsible for credit card and Pleo card book keeping and reconciliations.
- To generate sales invoices.
- To enter invoices into Receipt Bank/Xero, checking that coding and budget data is correct.
- To match Invoices to purchase orders and ensuring invoices are uploaded with correct authorisations.
- To be the bank administrator for all accounts in relation to systems admin.

Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver bespoke marketing and communications plans and activities specific to particular Family Action services and targeted at their audiences (public and professional).
· Develop marketing collateral, press releases, guides/toolkits, adverts, articles for professional magazines, e-bulletins/newsletters, web pages, events, etc.
· Ensure all services marketing activity is brand compliant and aligned to Family Action’s corporate priorities, as well as meeting the needs of the specific service.
· Manage the production of marketing collateral using design tools/software and/or Family Action templates. This will include copywriting, proof reading, image selection.
· Liaison with and management of external suppliers, such as designers and printers, when appropriate. Management of the production process on behalf of the service/s you work for and budget management.

· Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a range of successful marketing and communications activity across multiple channels and for a variety of stakeholders.
· Experience of working within a corporate visual identity and translating that for multiple uses.

· Some understanding of website design and delivery, e.g. developing content, navigation, accessibility, SEO.
· Experience of managing external consultants and suppliers, e.g designers, printers.

We are now recruiting a qualified counsellor to offer life-changing, talking treatments to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs in GP practices across the Rhondda to temporarily provide maternity cover. This role will deliver Kidney Care UK’s Patient Support and Advocacy service in the region. The Role (30hrs per week)
· To provide day to day management and supervision of our remote Support Team, providing guidance and support to deliver appropriate information and advice for our mums and families.

Support Team Management (50%)

· Working with the CEO and Operations Manager to ensure the wider team has appropriate resources and support around wellbeing
· Complying with the charity’s administration, monitoring and financial systems

· Assist the team to co-ordinate the Ask the Expert events and other resources

Information and Support Casework Delivery (50%)
· Receiving referrals and assessing needs of families from contact via self referral (post, email, online and social media) and third party referrals (health care professionals, families and charities)
· Providing families with the appropriate support based on their needs, this will include 121 emotional support, signposting to financial/practical support and peer support via our online forum.
· Ensuring support to mums and families is reviewed at regular intervals.
· Maintain and monitor the online peer support forum.

· Attend service user and care programme approach review meetings.

The Regional Fundraisers role is to mobilise and maximise local fundraising activities in order to raise income to support the work of the charity.
