About this role: 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role plays an important part in supporting our Finance Team in delivery of SIB’s new strategy and focus. 

Key responsibilities 

1. To ensure all bank mandate updates and KYC requests are dealt with efficiently and records accurately maintained. 
2. To be responsible for ensuring that, by month end, all bank reconciliations are completed for all entities, required for Management accountants to run loan and grant reports.
3. To reconcile and post interest for non-feed bank accounts when statements are received. 
4. To prepare the monthly Cash Analysis Report. 
5. To monitor credit control. 
6. To process monthly direct debit collections. 
7. To ensure the filing and archiving is up to date. 
8. To assist the Governance Team with minute taking at Committee meetings as and when required. 
9. To enter invoices into Receipt Bank/Xero, checking that coding and budget data is correct. 
10. To monitor and maintain shared finance mailboxes. 
11. To manage the electronic approval system – ApprovalMax. Matching Invoices to purchase orders and ensuring invoices are uploaded with correct authorisations. 
12. To handle any payment issues raised by internal/external team members for timely resolution. 
13. To prepare for and make weekly payments to SIB grantees, investees, employees and suppliers following laid down procedures. 
14. To set up payment templates for new payees within SIB’s agreed controls for suppliers, grantees, investees and team members. To support the Project Accountant and Head of Governance in maintaining and reviewing the supplier register to be complaint with ISO. 
15. To upload/import payments for approval when grants and loan disbursement requests are required. 
16. To be responsible for credit card and Pleo card book keeping and reconciliations. 
17. To generate sales invoices. 
18. To enter invoices into Receipt Bank/Xero, checking that coding and budget data is correct. 
19. To match Invoices to purchase orders and ensuring invoices are uploaded with correct authorisations. 
20. To be the bank administrator for all accounts in relation to systems admin. 
21. To work within the organisation's values, principles and processes to achieve operational excellence.

The Services Marketing and Communications Officer is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications plans to support specific service KPI’s and objectives.

The successful candidate will be a marketing and communications all-rounder, with a working understanding of brand, marketing, communications, media relations, PR and social media relating to services, and able to work with marcomms colleagues to support services through these channels.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver bespoke marketing and communications plans and activities specific to particular Family Action services and targeted at their audiences (public and professional).

· Develop marketing collateral, press releases, guides/toolkits, adverts, articles for professional magazines, e-bulletins/newsletters, web pages, events, etc.

· Ensure all services marketing activity is brand compliant and aligned to Family Action’s corporate priorities, as well as meeting the needs of the specific service.

· Manage the production of marketing collateral using design tools/software and/or Family Action templates. This will include copywriting, proof reading, image selection.

· Liaison with and management of external suppliers, such as designers and printers, when appropriate. Management of the production process on behalf of the service/s you work for and budget management.

· Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a range of successful marketing and communications activity across multiple channels and for a variety of stakeholders.

· Experience of working within a corporate visual identity and translating that for multiple uses.

· Experience of materials development, e.g. writing, editing, proofreading, design (including the use of design software).

· Some understanding of website design and delivery, e.g. developing content, navigation, accessibility, SEO.

· Experience of managing external consultants and suppliers, e.g designers, printers.

· Experience of managing projects to be delivered on time and in budget.

· A marketing or design qualification or similar experience, and evidence of a commitment to continuing learning and professional development.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Interest in the charity sector and social impact.

Role Purpose

Main duties and responsibilities

To uphold and promote best practice in the delivery of high-quality person-centred counselling / psychotherapy services to ensure all Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind services are safe, ethical and client centred in line with the Mind Quality Mark.

To accurately capture data taking direction from the Counselling supervisor, and colleagues in Primary Care to ensure robust quality monitoring is undertaken and all patient notes accounted for in the delivery of counselling /psychotherapeutic services.

In collaboration with internal and external colleagues to explore how we can improve the counselling / psychotherapeutic experience for people who use our services, implementing recommendations and learning from clinical supervision, team meetings, line management meetings, and your own reflections to improve and refine your professional counselling practice. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Finance office and Financial accountant with the below: 

• Processing of all financial transactions ensuring purchase orders and invoices are authorised and coded correctly into the system and payments are set up correctly to be paid in accordance with agreed terms – for World Bureau and AISBL.

• Setting up the suppliers on the finance system.

• Control of the purchase ledger.

• Executing timely and accurate payment runs.

• Raising the EVC invoices and managing receipts 

• Operation and control of the sales ledger, ensuring that invoices are produced and raised in accordance with contract terms; checking that those payments are received in accordance with agreed terms; and taking appropriate action including liaising with finance managers where amounts are not received.

• Accurate and appropriate income recording and liaising with Fund Development regarding donations received.

• Processing and recording of petty cash payments in accordance with the WAGGGS petty cash policy.

• Processing and payments of staff and volunteer expenses in accordance with the WAGGGS expenses policy.

•  Distribution of cash advances, processing the receipts from the expenses and reconciling the cash advance given.

• Banking cheques and excess cash held on the premises

• Bank and petty cash reconciliations for review by the finance manager or Finance Director.

• Provide first-line advice on queries around financial transactions and operations ensuring responses consider WAGGGS financial policies and procedures and the appropriate business context.

• Administration of the WAGGGS Company Credit Cards in conjunction with finance managers and to process the credit card receipts.

• Take responsibility for and able to evidence own personal development by undertaking relevant training, attending meetings, conferences and events ensuring that you are updated in all matters relevant to the role within your Personal Development Plan agreed with your manager.

This role will deliver Kidney Care UK’s Patient Support and Advocacy service in the region. This varied role deals with every aspect of a patient’s life that supports better outcomes: welfare benefits, practical, emotional and social support. As well as directly supporting patients, you will raise awareness of the wide range of local and national resources available to kidney patients, and build strong relationships with kidney patients, professionals, and other stakeholder groups in the region.

Based at home (laptop and mobile phone provided), you will be expected to travel independently across Dorset and manage your own caseload with the support of your line manager and other members of our national friendly, committed team.

We’ll provide the training, you’ll bring enthusiasm and your experience of working with chronically ill patients in a social, care or health role.

The Role (30hrs per week)

· To provide day to day management and supervision of our remote Support Team, providing guidance and support to deliver appropriate information and advice for our mums and families.

· Provide casework support to Mummy’s Star families.

· Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement consistent processes and ensure appropriate training and development for the Support Team.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will manage the Support Team at Mummy’s Star. More specifically you will be responsible for:

Support Team Management (50%)

• Provide quality support, leadership, development and line management
• Oversee the delivery of individual, tailored support for families

· Regular review and assessment of caseload including co-ordinating weekly caseload meetings and management of new grant application flow to Trustees.

· Work with the support team to regularly monitor, evaluate and report on the support provided by Mummy’s Star.

· Act as Lead Professional in complex cases if required.

· Working with the CEO and Operations Manager to ensure the wider team has appropriate resources and support around wellbeing

· Complying with the charity’s administration, monitoring and financial systems

· Working in close partnership with health care professionals, charities, and other key stakeholders

· Work with the Operations Manager to develop new engagement tools for families to improve accessibility.

· Assist the team to co-ordinate the Ask the Expert events and other resources

· Contribute to, and support the development of, the charity locally, regionally, and nationally

Information and Support Casework Delivery (50%)

· Receiving referrals and assessing needs of families from contact via self referral (post, email, online and social media) and third party referrals (health care professionals, families and charities)

· Providing families with the appropriate support based on their needs, this will include 121 emotional support, signposting to financial/practical support and peer support via our online forum.

· Ensuring support to mums and families is reviewed at regular intervals. 

· Maintain and monitor the online peer support forum.

Other Duties and information about the role

· The post holder may be required to undertake any other duties that fall within the nature of the role and responsibilities of the post as required to support the charity and beneficiaries.

· Some evening and weekend work may be required but time off in lieu (TOIL) will be given for this.

· A DBS check will be required for this role.

About the role:

As a support worker, your primary purpose is to provide comprehensive support to residents within a supported accommodation setting. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of residents.

You will be responsible for implementing holistic support strategies that address the emotional, practical, and housing management needs of residents. This includes assisting with practical daily task, facilitating access to educational and employment opportunities, and maintaining a safe living environment in accordance with organisational practices.

Additionally, you will manage individual caseloads, create tailored support and safety plans, and regularly assess their effectiveness. Collaboration with residents and other professionals is essential in this process to empower people and ensure their needs are met.

The role also involves daily shift delivery, operational functions, and liaising with stakeholders to address dynamic needs efficiently. Furthermore, you will act as an advocate for residents, collaborate with professionals from various disciplines, and facilitate a cohesive team environment through active participation and support.

The Regional Fundraisers role is to mobilise and maximise local fundraising activities in order to raise income to support the work of the charity.  Working to the Director of Fundraising and with other senior fundraising staff, develop and implement a comprehensive regional fundraising strategy to maximize income generation and donor engagement within the region.  You will be required to be proactive within your area to identify opportunities for fundraising and raise awareness of the Charity as well as identify, cultivate, and grow relationships with community groups, schools, individuals, and corporate donors within the region, focusing on donor retention and growth.  You will also organise and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives within your region, including virtual and in-person events when applicable.

This is a home-based role covering a designated geographical area which you are required to live within, or be willing and able to relocate to.  There will be extensive travel across the region with the potential to be based in a local visitor centre at least 2 days per week.

The Ogden Trust is a charitable Trust, supporting the teaching and learning of physics.  The Trust supports a range of initiatives, programmes and projects to promote the teaching and learning of physics.

The Programme Officer will report to the Programme Manager for the Opportunities for All strand of the Ogden strategy, which includes our work with universities to support physics outreach and public engagement and physics-related internships for 16-18-year-olds. You will need to have a good understanding of the informal science learning landscape and higher education in England and an interest in physics in particular.
