Skills and experience
You will bring experience leading research and/or evaluation work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and be comfortable working in areas where approaches are evolving or not fully defined. You will have strong qualitative or mixed-method research skills, excellent analytical thinking and experience turning evidence into practical recommendations, frameworks or approaches. We are particularly interested in candidates who can build strong relationships, influence thinking across teams, facilitate learning conversations and communicate complex ideas clearly. Charity People is proud to be partnering with Fundraising Everywhere on the search for a new Email Marketing Manager. Fundraising Everywhere believes every fundraiser deserves access to learning, support and community, no matter where they are in their career.
Salary: £37,000 / €44,200 per annum, depending on location
Location: Fully remote, UK or Ireland, with occasional travel for team meetings and sector events. This will be around twice per year and travel will be paid by the organisation.
Contract: Permanent, 30 hours per week, worked flexibly between 7am-7pm UK/Ireland time
