We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to proactively support the growth, development and geographical expansion of our services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic charity in a highly rewarding role that will drive key developments in our services. You will focus on targeted initiatives including:
· The planning, launch and growth of new Outside the Box day activities for adults with learning disabilities in our neighbouring town of Otley;
· The development and target achievement of our Outside the Box day service portfolio; and
· The expansion of our Carers and Companions services (Independent Living Services and elderly homecare services).
You will be someone who: can quickly build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; has strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to grow services; and is skilled in the delivery of projects ensuring they are effectively planned and executed in line with agreed timescales and scope.
You will be highly organised with strong problem-solving skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with marketing and events experience and a passion for making a positive difference to the lives of others.
The role is initially offered on an interim basis (6 months) but offers the potential for transition into a senior management role with the charity.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manager our Hampshire services.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata
Location: This role will be based in Basingstoke but will cover the full Hampshire region. We offer hybrid working with up to 2 days per week from home, with an expectation of a minimum of three days spent in face-to-face, in-person contact (e.g. in Women’s Centres, Estates or external visits), and one of these days being a monthly visit to head office in Hammersmith
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term - until 31st March 2027 with potential to extend

About the role:
As an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of leadership you will lead and manage the Advance commissioned services across your region, working collaboratively with fellow Advance managers, external agencies and key subcontracted partners to provide a consistent and holistic service.
You will manage the front line workers who deliver a 1:1 advocacy service, as well as a Women’s Interventions programme, through women’s centres and hubs that fulfils the needs of the women accessing the service.

About The Role
We’re launching a brand-new Day Rehab Programme in North Northamptonshire and are looking for a Service Manager to help shape and lead it from the ground up. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week, with flexible working patterns available), offering the chance to build a service that will make a real difference in people’s recovery journeys.
You’ll also support the development of a new LERO, helping it grow towards independence and sustainability, while working closely with the Regional Manager and wider partners.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with strategic input.
What We're Looking For
You'll be confident leading services in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to support both people and performance.
As this is a part-time role, it may particularly suit a practising counsellor, therapist, or other health and social care professional who wishes to combine service leadership with an existing private practice or portfolio career. However, we welcome applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills, experience, and availability required for the role.
No two days will be the same, you might be shaping service delivery in the morning, supporting your team through supervision in the afternoon, and reviewing performance data or meeting commissioners later in the day.
Some flexibility is required, including occasional evening or weekend work, and travel within the region may be necessary.

Every day, elderly and vulnerable residents across the Arun District rely on Arun Community Transport to get to their doctors, hospitals and social activities. For many of them, our volunteer drivers are more than transport, they are a lifeline.
We are looking for a Service Manager to take overall operational responsibility for our busy office and the service that makes this possible every morning. This is a hands-on, varied role with genuine community impact. You will oversee our booking and transport management system, ensure vehicles and drivers are safe and compliant, look after our members and their experience of the service, and lead a small, dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers.
No two days are alike. You will need to be organised, calm under pressure and someone who genuinely cares about the work we do. In return you will join a passionate, community-rooted organisation and play a central role in keeping it running.
What you will be doing
Taking overall operational responsibility for the service, including scheduling, compliance, systems and member experience
Leading our Administrator and a team of office and driver volunteers
Overseeing our booking and transport management system, ensuring it runs effectively and that all records are accurate
Keeping our Wheelchair Accessibility Vehicle and all driver vehicles safe, insured and compliant
Working closely with the CEO to develop and improve the service
What we are looking for
Experience in an operational, scheduling or coordination role
Experience leading or supervising a team, paid or voluntary
Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident with digital systems
A genuine commitment to making a difference in the local community
Experience in the charity or community transport sector is desirable but not essential
