The Counselling Administrator role is key to SEL Mind's exciting new counselling service for Black residents of Southwark, delivered as part of the wider Southwark Wellbeing Hub. This part-time role (2.5 days / 18.5 hours per week) will play an important role in the Wellbeing Hub's provision to the Black community, expanding equitable access to culturally-appropriate support.
As Administrator, you will provide front-line support to clients wishing to access the service, screening them, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling, providing information and signposting to other support services as necessary. You'll work closely with the Counselling and Outreach Coordinator to keep up-to-date on other community organisations providing access to relevant, de-colonial approaches to mental health support.
The main working site is a community centre in SE5, and the role is at least one day per week in person. You will play a vital role in delivering an efficient, well-run service. Communication and partnership working is vital, so you should be highly organised and able to work independently but collaboratively.
The role will involve:
- Managing the Southwark Wellbeing Hub Counselling inbox and phoneline (along with the Counselling and Outreach Manager)
- Maintaining the schedule of counselling sessions and Counsellor group supervision, including client appointment reminders and re-scheduling as needed
- Providing clients with light-touch support by telephone and email
- Collecting and recording data, including customer feedback, and supporting management with reports
This role involves providing culturally specific support to Black clients. Applicants must be able to demonstrate lived experience of, and deep cultural understanding within, Black communities, and the ability to build trust with Black service users.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

This role is an expansion of a current Finance Administrator's role, to allow additional support for our ecumenical charity's growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of finance administrative and CRM database support and the successful candidate will want to be part of a faith-based organisation, committed to the mission of the charity both in the UK and the Holy Land.
The primary responsibility and focus of the role will be to support the Finance Manager with finance handling and working with our CRM database to improve data quality; additionally you will support the administrative function, particularly in engaging with the CRM database as needed and available for the operational success of the charity. You will need to be comfortable working in a faith-based organisation, talking to supporters and clergy across the UK and with our partners in the Holy Land.

Typical tasks will include:
- Record financial donations from all income streams into the charity (cash, cheque, CAF, BACS, online, by phone, in-person)
- Monitor bank account payments, online donations, and standing orders/direct debits
- Produce reports from payment processing companies
- Produce Gift Aid claims in conjunction with Finance Manager
- Logging and recording of accounts payable
- Become an expert user of our CRM (Access ThankQ) to ensure high-quality, accurate and compliant supporter data
- Use the CRM to produce segmentation, reporting and data analysis - creating queries, dashboards and reports to track performance
- To support the delivery and distribution of shop products purchased either through the website shop, over the phone or by mail order
- Assist with product stock and ordering
- Assist with the website shop and maintaining/adding product listings
- Basic office duties, including answering phone calls, logging and responding to letters and emails, franking letters, taking donations by phone
- Assist with other project deliverables identified by management

Purpose of the Job
Essential to this role is for the System Administrator to be the technical owner for Microsoft cloud and endpoint management: enabling the merger programme, delivering a secure, standardised M365/Entra/Intune environment, and supporting ISMS and Data Protection implementation through the implementation of Technical Controls, in collaboration with Managed Service Provider.
In addition - be the technical owner of other non-Microsoft platforms, as the organisation merges and rationalises the non-Microsoft platforms in operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
M365 / Entra ID
- Manage Entra ID configuration: users/groups, roles, access governance, Conditional Access, PIM (where used), guest access, SSO integrations.
- Maintain authentication and security posture: MFA enforcement, risky sign-in/user remediation, break-glass account readiness, identity audit readiness.
Endpoint management (Intune)
- Own Intune configuration: device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, app deployment, update rings, BitLocker policy/reporting.
- Confirm and improve Windows Autopilot processes: enrolment profiles, device naming, standard build, app packaging, and onboarding experience.
Azure Data
- Support the Data Teams via the implementation and management of integrations between the IT infrastructure and the Data infrastructures. This would include areas such as SSO implementations for key apps.
- Support the limited number of Azure Servers currently operating, with Sharp.
Email security & collaboration controls
- Defender skills
- Support implementation of DLP & Data Classification policies.
- Support rollout and tuning of E5 security capabilities and/or Email Security Gateway integration

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to play a central role in supporting the delivery of our HR and Operations functions. What you'll do:

- Provide high-quality support to Directors, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running.

You will have excellent organisational and planning skills, be comfortable juggling different tasks and have a problem-solving mindset.

We’re currently recruiting one part-time Charity Administrator. The post is office based and offers a great opportunity for a varied role in a forward-facing young people’s mental health charity. The job description in this pack provides a generic overview of the Administrator role. Administrators are based centrally with other support staff. However, the post holder will NOT be acting as a mental health practitioner and will be expected to maintain clear boundaries between their role and that of the mental health practitioners.
