As our Office and Facilities Manager, you won't just keep the lights on and the supplies stocked you'll be the person who makes our office a place people actually want to be. You'll bring warmth, energy and sharp organisational instincts to everything from health & safety and vendor contracts to onboarding new colleagues and pulling off brilliant team events. You'll also lend a hand to our People team with day-to-day HR admin, so a genuine interest in people operations is a real plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Running the office day-to-day supplies, suppliers, maintenance, tech liaison, and everything in between
- Leading on health & safety, fire risk assessments, evacuation drills and workplace compliance
- Being the friendly first point of contact for office and facilities queries, and for general enquiries via our website
- Supporting the People team with HR admin onboarding, records, recruitment coordination and starter/leaver processes
- Organising all-staff meetings, away days and key events that bring our culture to life
- Negotiating contracts and driving value for money with external suppliers
What we're looking for:
- A proven track record running a fast-paced, high-functioning office

The role
As Digital & Data Transformation Manager you will have an ability to influence in digitisation, data and IT and work cross-organisationally with Care/Housing operations, Finance, HR, suppliers, Trustees and Executive leadership. The focus of the role includes:
- Digital and data transformation, including identifying emerging digital technologies that can support or enhance our operations and the development of a digital organisational dashboard
- Digital and data management, including data protection governance, data security and data management
- Operational delivery, including oversight of our outsourced IT contractor and technical management of our intranet development
This is a management role with real impact – both within Keychange and ultimately in the lives of people we support.
About you
We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:
- Experience in leading the development of digital systems, information governance, cyber-security improvement or digital transformation in a charity, care, housing, education or public sector environment
- Strong supplier-management skills
- Working understanding of cyber-security governance
- Ability to explain technical and governance issues clearly to non-technical and non-IT colleagues
- Ability to work at both management and practical implementation levels
You will be someone who combines strategic digital and data management with high standards of support, and who leads with integrity, humility and purpose.

About the role
As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.
This is a highly collaborative role with significant stakeholder engagement across the organisation. You'll spend much of your time working with internal teams, external suppliers and delivery partners to prioritise demand, manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities effectively and is passionate about using technology to deliver social impact.
In this role, you will:
- Own and develop the Salesforce CRM vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and supporter needs.
- Lead, coach and support a team of three CRM professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage and prioritise the CRM backlog, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies to ensure effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across fundraising, marketing, finance, digital and technology teams, translating business requirements into well-defined user stories and solutions.
- Partner with developers, CRM specialists and external suppliers to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements, integrations and releases.
- Oversee CRM performance, data quality and governance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, reporting and supporter experiences.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience leading Salesforce CRM delivery, optimisation and support, either as a CRM Lead, Product Owner or similar role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and/or Nonprofit Success Pack) essential.
- Experience managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery.
- Understanding of CRM data models, data governance, and reporting.
- Strong experience with integrations (e.g., finance systems like Agresso, marketing tools, payment processors).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and product management practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading teams and creating high-performing environments, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing a high-volume workload and balancing multiple competing demands.
- Experience within the non-profit, charity or fundraising sector would be highly desirable.
Ideally, you'll also bring some or all of the following:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst or Product Owner).
- Experience with FinDock or similar payment platforms.
- Knowledge of supporter engagement, fundraising or marketing technology ecosystems within the non-profit sector.

Role Overview
You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial tasks for a range of clients, taking accounts to trial balance, supporting the production of management accounts, and handling VAT and payroll duties. You will work across platforms including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Payroll, and be a key part of our collaborative shared services team
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple clients
- Process purchase and sales invoices, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare books to trial balance and assist with monthly management accounts
- Submit accurate VAT returns in line with HMRC deadlines
- Run payroll using Sage Payroll, including pension submissions
- Prepare and post journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)

About the Role
The Fundraising Events Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of the Harlequins Foundation's events programme. About Brum Unitarians

Job Purpose
To support and grow Brum Unitarians through operational management, project delivery, administration, compliance and revenue generation. Once these foundations are laid there will be a growing emphasis on managing community projects and initiatives.

Role Summary
FEBS Treasury Is a small department at Federation of European Biochemical Societies. The Treasury deals with all aspects of FEBS’ finances and comprises the Treasury Manager and the Deputy Treasury Manager. Key Responsibilities
Coordination of finance email

Main Purpose of the Role

The Inland Waterways Association (IWA) is the only independent, national charity supporting and regenerating Britain’s rivers and canals for leisure, living and business.
