Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.
As an Adult Carers Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support. As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of adult carers, raise the profile of adult carers and ensure adult carers needs are met. You’ll also be expected to work with our volunteers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we’ve achieved.

About the role
You’ll be accountable for managing all areas of corporate governance relating to our Board of Trustees and related committees. For someone trying to move forward after contact with the criminal justice system, safe housing can be the turning point that changes everything. As a Housing Advice Worker, you’ll be part of Single Homeless Project (SHP’s) Pan London Housing Advice and Interventions Service, delivered in partnership with St Mungo’s and the Ministry of Justice, helping people on probation find clearer, safer routes away from homelessness and housing crisis.
Based in Brent, with work connecting into designated London boroughs, you’ll work closely with Probation Services to support clients to sustain their current accommodation or secure new housing where needed. Day to day, you’ll hold a caseload, complete strengths-based assessments, explore housing, financial, employment and wider support needs, and build practical plans that turn pressure and uncertainty into clear next steps. It’s an incredibly exciting time within partnerships at Prostate Cancer UK. In line with the charity’s ambitious 10-year fundraising strategy, partnerships are a core component in raising vital funds and awareness to help men navigate the UK’s most common cancer. With nationally recognised, award-winning partnerships as our platform, matched with a record-high brand sentiment rating, a highly prominent cause and a marketplace looking for long-term strategic partnerships, we are building the team infrastructure to maximise our strong position through the launch of two developed functions – Account Development and Business Development.
What the job involves
As Business Development Manager (Health), you’ll direct identifying and securing high-value partnerships within the health and pharmaceutical sectors, helping to generate meaningful income and impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your sector knowledge and commercial insight to build and manage a targeted pipeline, developing tailored, high-value propositions and leading opportunities from initial engagement through to agreement.
Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Research, Health Services, Equity and Improvement (HSEI) and the Leadership Team, you’ll turn existing relationships and networks into strong, value-aligned partnerships. What we want from you
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who brings both commercial insight and a genuine passion for making a difference in the health space. You’ll have built your career in business development, sales or high-value fundraising, ideally within health or pharmaceutical settings, and will be able to point to examples where you’ve successfully secured significant partnerships or commercial agreements.
You’ll be comfortable shaping compelling, high-value funding propositions that resonate with partners, and you’ll have a strong understanding of how the health sector works in practice, including decision-making processes and the wider regulatory landscape. Just as important is your ability to build and maintain trusted relationships. You’ll feel comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, bringing credibility, professionalism and a collaborative approach to every interaction.
We’d especially love to hear from you if you’ve worked within healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceutical organisations, or if you have experience building partnerships in a charity or purpose-led environment. How and where we work

This is a part-time role in a well-established charity based in Twickenham. This role would suit someone who wants to have the opportunity to work flexibly and build their career in the Charity sector with experience of working in social care.

Richmond Carers Centre, a network partner of the Carers Trust, is a registered charity providing information, support, advice and a voice for carers living and caring in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Helping Carers to Live Well is our organisational aim. We provide a targeted service to young carers, aged 5 – 18 years. Young carers, provide vital emotional and practical support to a family member with a care need including sibling young carers. Their care role can have an impact on their wellbeing, education and social opportunities. We are looking for someone with the skills and ability to offer a coordinated approach in supporting young carers in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
As a Young Carers Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to young carers and a commitment to enhancing their wellbeing. The role supports in the direct delivery of a range of services to young carers including information and advice, emotional support, a mentoring programme, signposting and referrals to other specialist organisations. As part of the Young Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in the planning and delivery of an extensive programme of leisure break activities for young carers, both term-time and in the school holidays. Part of the role will also aim to improve the identification, recognition and understanding of the needs of young carers, raise the profile of young carers and ensure young carers needs are met. Using all your skills, you will work with the team to deliver, review, and continually develop services for young carers and to use appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports to show our funders what we’ve achieved.

This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. They are instantly at a disadvantage and overwhelmed by the enormity of the challenges they are up against. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.
We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.
At a time when legal support is increasingly limited, we have a vision that no one should have to face court alone.
The role
Support Through Court is establishing a legal advice clinic for money claim matters under £10,000, for a one-year pilot. Advice will be given to clients across the national service network who have been internally triaged to the clinic.
The role involves day-to day management of the clinic and supervising law students as they facilitate client appointments, conduct research and draft letters of advice. Clients will predominantly be supported remotely with occasional in-person appointments and advice “drop-ins” in the local area. You will train and supervise students to help them gain practical legal skills in a clinic setting, having final sign-off of completed letters of advice/oral advice to ensure clients receive an excellent service.
You will embed the legal advice offering of the clinic into the organisation, increasing and developing referrals from our national service network and supporting staff understanding of referral ability.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operation of the Mind BLMK Luton Mental Health Prevention and Recovery Service.
Based at our Luton Wellbeing Centre the service provides a range of activities, groups and support opportunities throughout the week, helping people to manage their mental health, build confidence and progress through their own recovery journeys.
The Service Manager role is varied and rewarding, ensuing the smooth running of the service and playing a key role in shaping and enhancing the service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the local community. You will also provide day to day leadership and supervision to the staff, volunteers, and student team, while maintaining responsibility for the health, safety, and management of the Luton Wellbeing Centre and its facilities.
Service Delivery Includes
Operate a service and ensure outcomes which supports individuals to deescalate crisis and develop strategies for recovery and increased wellbeing, in line with Mind BLMKs Recovery Model and contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Work with the Operational Services Manager to review, design and implement changes to service delivery and working models, ensuring the service meets the needs of the local community, identifying solutions to gaps in provision and seek opportunities to grow the service and maximise the use of the centre premises.
Contribute to the development of the Luton service plan in line with both Mind BLMK priorities and the wider Luton Mental Health Plan and 2040 vision.
