About the role
As a Domestic Abuse Safe at Home Practitioner, you will help women experiencing domestic abuse to feel safer in their own homes. You’ll deliver trauma-informed, survivor-led practical and emotional support alongside home security assessments and target hardening measures, working in partnership with local agencies to reduce risk and increase safety.

About the Role
The post-holder will oversee day-to-day membership processing, maintain CRM integrity, administer subscription cycles, coordinate diaries and meetings relating to membership governance and committees, and ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support across the organisation. They will act as a key point of contact for member enquiries, demonstrating a proactive, helpful and solutions-focused approach to deliver a positive membership experience.
This role is based at Icon’s office in Clerkenwell, London. Icon operates a hybrid working policy, which requires staff to be in the office at least two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

As part of MYA's friendly and energetic Youth Hub team, you'll build relationships in local communities, provide one-to-one mentoring, and connect young people with opportunities that can change their lives.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll:
· Deliver outreach and engagement in communities.
· Support young people to build confidence, skills and aspirations.
· Work closely with employers and partners to create opportunities.
· Provide tailored mentoring and support young people into employment.
· Help young people sustain and succeed in work.
