You will oversee the delivery of a 14.5ha wetland, along with other terrestrial habitats. You will be experienced in land management for conservation and have a proven track record of overseeing contractors delivering large-scale habitat creation.
Working alongside the new Ebdon Farm Engagement Manager, you will deliver site tours, a variety of events and a volunteer programme. Using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of nature, land management and climate change, you will inspire and inform your audiences. Using Ebdon Farm to increase understanding of local climate threats and the role climate-adapted sites like Ebdon Farm can play in helping us adapt.
The Ebdon Farm project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to secure the site for wildlife and people together.

About the role
As Fundraising Manager - Trusts & Foundations, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our fundraising strategy. You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Chief Executive Officer to grow and diversify Action for Conservation’s income, taking responsibility for our trusts and foundations revenue stream. About the Role
Our small Fundraising team has benefitted from significant investment in recent years and this maternity cover role will provide vital continuity as EIA develops and expands its network of philanthropic supporters and strategic partners. The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager (Maternity cover) will lead the day-to-day delivery of EIA’s philanthropy programme during the maternity cover period. We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Volunteering Officer to join our Volunteering Team within the Conservation Education and Engagement Directorate.
As a Youth Volunteering Officer, you will work closely with the Volunteer Manager and the Networks for Nature project staff to deliver an inclusive volunteering programme for young people aged 14-25. The role focuses on creating meaningful opportunities that connect young people with conservation and social action, whilst supporting their personal development and wellbeing.
The Youth Volunteering Officer will recruit, train and mentor young volunteers, ensuring high-quality experiences that are inclusive, safe and impactful. The Youth Volunteering Officer will also recruit, train and support adult Youth Champion Volunteers who will be empower and support the youth volunteers to participate and engage in the volunteer programme.

Daily Volunteer Engagement
Manage day-to-day communication with youth volunteers and Youth Champion Volunteers, including responding to enquiries, processing applications, maintaining records, organising rotas and training bookings, and providing ongoing support.
Safeguarding, Safety and Risk Assessments
Work with the Volunteer Manager to ensure all youth volunteering activities operate within safeguarding policies and procedures. Assist with risk assessments and ensure that appropriate welfare, wellbeing and safety measures are embedded throughout all activities.
Partnership Working
Work with the Volunteer Manager to develop effective working relationships with schools, colleges, youth organisations, community groups and relevant internal departments to increase participation, reduce barriers to engagement and strengthen programme delivery.

The Role

The Healthcare Professional Membership Officer is an exciting new role within our Healthcare Professional Engagement team, which runs Breast Cancer Now's healthcare professionals hub and our membership offer, including educational resources, specialist interest groups and a monthly newsletter.
You'll help run the hub day to day, lead our communications to members, and support us to grow the network while keeping existing members engaged.
About you
You're a well organised person with excellent communication skills, and you'll manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals. You’re able to produce regular communications to our healthcare professional audience.
You'll enjoy working as part of a busy, high performing team, and you'll be able to organise your work effectively and prioritise competing deadlines, balancing regular commitments like our monthly newsletter with longer term projects.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our Cardiff, Glasgow, London or Sheffield office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
The salary range is:
£31,000 if London based
£29,000 if Cardiff/Glasgow or Sheffield based

As Accreditation Manager, you will lead the strategy, growth and delivery of our accreditation programmes, ensuring they support accessible, high-quality places, promote wellbeing and sustainability, generate income and demonstrate measurable impact. You will oversee budgets, partnerships, quality assurance, impact reporting and programme teams, while acting as a senior contact for government, sector bodies, partners, customers and stakeholders in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership, project management and relationship-building skills, together with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and represent the organisation externally. You will bring experience of managing budgets, developing commercial or partner-funded relationships, solving complex problems and leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Knowledge of the green spaces sector is essential, while knowledge of the coastal and hospitality sectors would be an advantage.
