About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Kent, you'll provide leadership and oversight across a portfolio of community services, ensuring they are safe, high quality, financially sustainable and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Service Managers, you'll drive continuous improvement, champion Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), lead on safeguarding and quality assurance, and help shape the future development of services across the region.

You’ll build and maintain relationships between Parkinson’s UK and existing, as well as potential new supporters, through high quality communications. You’ll also process voluntary income and associated data received at the UK office.

What you'll bring
Proven experience of delivering effective customer service/supporter care with the ability to deal with enquiries in a diplomatic and sensitive manner
Demonstrable experience of working with a relational database and accurate data entry, including financial and fundraising coding
Ability to understand numerous complex data manipulation and financial processes, procedures and platforms; necessitating a high level of skill, accuracy and understanding of data and financial dependencies
Ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team
Ability to develop positive working relationships with a range of people internally and externally.

Home to 200 rescued animals, including pigs, cows, sheep, goats, equines and birds, Dean Farm Trust provides a home for life to animals in need. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with animal welfare at its heart.
The Sanctuary Operations Manager will lead our on-site team, working through our Team Leaders to ensure the Sanctuary operates safely, effectively and to the highest standards of animal welfare. The role will oversee staffing and rotas, volunteer development, recruitment and training, budgets and resources, facilities and maintenance, land and pasture management, health and safety, compliance, contractors, projects and the operational delivery of Sanctuary events and activities.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and people-management experience who is confident managing a busy operational environment and developing both staff and volunteers. You will need to be organised, practical and able to balance the immediate demands of running a sanctuary with longer-term planning and improvement.
