About the role
As CRM Lead (Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy and delivery roadmap for Save the Children's Salesforce CRM ecosystem, ensuring it continually evolves to meet the needs of our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams. Leading a team of three CRM professionals, you will act as the voice of the business within agile delivery teams, balancing operational, technical and strategic priorities to maximise value from our CRM investment.
This is a highly collaborative role with significant stakeholder engagement across the organisation. About NEYDL
North East Young Dads and Lads (NEYDL) was founded in 2017 and has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s most recognised organisations supporting young dads, men aged 25 and under in a fathering role. Our vision is for young dads to be valued and supported as parents. In 2024/25 we supported 217 young dads directly and achieved 100% satisfaction among the young dads we work with.

About this role
We use the term ‘young dads’ to refer to young dads, expectant dads and non-birthing partners aged 25 and under. This includes people within this age bracket who self-identify as father figures, including kinship carers and non-birthing partners.
We use the term ‘neurodiverse’ as an inclusive term covering young dads who are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other forms of neurodivergence, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified or awaiting assessment. We recognise that neurodivergent young dads can face additional barriers in accessing parenting support, including in how services are structured, communicated and delivered, and that these barriers are often compounded by stigma, exclusion or a lack of appropriate adjustment.
This is a dedicated role to ensure neurodivergent young dads can access the high quality support NEYDL offers, and that our wider service offer is genuinely accessible to them. You will provide direct, adapted support to neurodivergent young dads, while also building NEYDL’s organisational understanding of how to work effectively and inclusively with this group.

Role Summary:
The Associate Facilitator plays a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging programmes across The Girls’ Network regions. This role focuses on facilitating impactful workshops and mentoring programmes for girls aged 14-19, supporting them to develop confidence, personal and social skills, and aspirations for their futures.
We are looking for an experienced and confident facilitator who can create inclusive, engaging learning environments and adapt delivery to meet the needs of diverse groups. Typical delivery pattern
Programme delivery is scheduled around the needs of partner schools and colleges. As a guide, most programmes consist of a series of three workshops, delivered either:

Delivery schedules may vary depending on the needs of each education setting.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Research and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we launched Testimony 360 in June 2024, a digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can interact with a recorded testimony of a Holocaust survivor, before seeing some of the sites they experienced using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Programmes Team, responsible for the research, post-production, testing and maintenance of interactive recorded testimony to ensure fluency and usability in the classroom. They will also be responsible for the ethical representation and engagement with the testimonies. We are looking for an individual with experience in research, with an understanding of the sensitive use of testimony, as well as experience of data management systems and platforms used for interactive testimony. They will have the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our Partnerships & Philanthropy team and help grow income from CHAS’s mid-level giving audience. This role will focus on building strong relationships with donors and prospects who typically give £1,500–£9,999 per year, while identifying new opportunities to grow supporter loyalty, increase giving, and develop major gift prospects.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys thoughtful relationship management by combining compelling communication and proactive donor development. You will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors, create tailored stewardship plans, spot opportunities within our supporter base, and work across CHAS to help build a strong pipeline of future philanthropic support.
The role sits within CHAS’s Partnerships & Philanthropy team and will play an important part in supporting long-term income growth and sustainability for the charity. The post can be based at any central CHAS site, but this is a flexible role that will allow for ample home and remote work. Regular (weekly) travel to meetings and events will be required in this role with some locations not easily accessed via public transport. It would be beneficial if you have a full driving license and access to a car. There may be opportunities for occasional overnight travel, but this will be planned well in advance and with your consultation.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of fundraising experience, excellent relationship skills and the confidence to engage supporters in a warm, thoughtful and compelling way.

You do not need to have worked in children’s hospice care before, but you should be motivated by the opportunity to represent a global leader in children’s palliative care. Knowledge of hospice or paediatric palliative care would be helpful, but it is not essential.

About the Role
As the External Affairs and Strategy Specialist, you will help shape Waythrough’s external influence, ensuring the organisation understands and responds to an increasingly complex political, policy and social environment. This is a home-based role with some travel required, including attendance at our joint All Party Parliamentary Group (five or six times per year), and service visits, team away days and wider meetings as required. . Cranstoun are proud to work with the West Midlands Police Crime and Commissioner to deliver the Cranstoun Arrest Referral Service within the custody suites of West Midlands Police, and West Midlands Courts, offering drug and alcohol using offenders the opportunity to break the cycle of substance related crime.
Are you currently working as a substance use worker, probation officer, or could you bring transferable skills and experience to our team? Are you a good listener? Can you motivate people to change? You will work between police custody and criminal courts. You will assess, advise and refer offenders, providing them the opportunity to access treatment to address their substance use. Working with courts you will promote the use of Community Sentence Treatment Requirements (Drug Rehabilitations Requirements and Alcohol Treatment Requirements) amongst all court professionals and the judiciary, contributing to Pre Sentence Reports and advocate for our service users.
You will be responsible for delivering all elements of substance use work including assertive engagement, harm reduction support (including naloxone provision), as well as other associated duties. You need to have an understanding of the issues faced by people who use drugs and alcohol, and who commit crime, and be dedicated to delivering a service that supports these individuals to make positive changes to their behaviour, health and well-being.
