Your role
Leading the delivery and development of the Contact Ealing project within budget, the role oversees and line‑manages the Family Worker team while coordinating all project activity and shaping the annual work programme. It involves working directly with families of disabled children across Ealing—particularly those from BAME and East European communities—by providing information, facilitating support groups, and creating opportunities for connection. The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised and proactive Global Programme Coordinator to join RCPCH Global on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support international health programmes that aim to strengthen maternal, newborn and child health systems in low- and lower-middle-income countries.
RCPCH Global is a small, specialist team responsible for designing and managing humanitarian and health systems development programmes internationally. The team works with partners to strengthen clinical education, guidelines, training, digital health tools and organisational capacity, helping to improve healthcare for children and families in some of the world's most challenging settings.
Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will coordinate the delivery of RCPCH Global's partnership programme in Myanmar, working closely with local partners, donors, stakeholders and colleagues across the College. You will support programme implementation, financial monitoring, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to field visits where appropriate.

About the role
This exciting role will be responsible for the creation of the physical and digital Archive of the Care-Experienced Campaigning Movement and work closely with the team to support the extensive use of archive materials and stories to support the creative audio elements of the programme. What is Jamie’s Farm? Jamie’s Farm is a charity that supports young people by combining therapeutic work, farming, and purposeful activities to help them thrive. Through residential visits to our working farms, we provide a nurturing environment where young people can reflect, build confidence, and develop the resilience they need to overcome personal challenges.
Known within the organisation as ‘Programme Coordinator’
More about the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our programme delivery. You will spend much of your time working directly with young people, helping them engage fully in farm life through the shared routines and activities of the day, from feeding rounds and walks to mealtimes and evening activities. You will also plan and lead practical gardening and horticultural sessions, helping young people experience the purpose and satisfaction that come from meaningful work.
Alongside this, you will play a crucial role in coordinating up to 20 visits per year, acting as the key point of liaison with partner schools and organisations, from the point of booking through to meaningful follow-up support after the visit has ended.
About you: We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience working with diverse groups of young people, with excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with young people and adults alike across a range of settings, influence and motivate others, and contribute positively to the wider vision and goals of the charity.
You will have knowledge of gardening or horticulture and the confidence to plan and deliver engaging practical sessions with young people. Experience in a school, social work or similar setting would be helpful. Warm, patient and collaborative, you will be excited by the opportunity to contribute to farm life and help shape our developing residential programme at Skipton.

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid have for over 45 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have staff offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.

Key Responsibilities:
To deliver a high-quality support and advocacy service to women subjected to
domestic violence, who are involved in private family law proceedings
To work alongside court partners to help ensure women’s and children’s voices
are heard through the proceedings and safety prioritised.
Experience required:
- Providing emotional and practical support to Women & Children affected by domestic violence

The Senior Support Officer (Digital) plays a vital role in ensuring that every family of a baby born sick or premature can access impactful and personalised support, at their time of need.
By leading the improvement and development of Bliss digital support services, you will help support families with babies born premature or sick to be confident, well informed, connected to the help they need, and to be partners in the care of their babies.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
