As Administrator for our Local School Nature Grants programme, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team. This role can be based from either our Eastleigh or Stirling office, with home working available. About the Role 

As Service Manager – Community Services, you will lead the operational delivery of community-based domestic abuse services, including IDVA, triage and outreach support for adults, children and young people. Working closely with the Area Operational Lead and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strong, values-led leadership to frontline teams, drive service performance, and ensure delivery is safe, responsive, trauma-informed and survivor-led. You will also play a key role in strengthening partnerships, supporting service development and ensuring services remain compliant, effective and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of community domestic abuse services, ensuring support is safe, timely, trauma-informed and survivor-led.

• Provide effective leadership, supervision, reflective practice and case management oversight to staff, supporting wellbeing, accountability and professional development.

• Oversee referrals, allocations and case progression to ensure survivors receive an appropriate, equitable and responsive service, with risk managed effectively.

• Monitor service quality, performance and outcomes through audits, data, survivor feedback and reporting, and use this insight to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, legal, contractual and organisational requirements, maintaining accurate oversight of governance and risk.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations to strengthen referral pathways and improve outcomes for survivors.

• Support service planning, workforce coordination and cover arrangements to ensure safe staffing and consistent service delivery across periods of leave and absence.

• Contribute to strategic development, identifying emerging needs, supporting service growth and helping to shape high-quality, inclusive responses for diverse communities.

What we are looking for

Desirable 

• ILM, CMI or another relevant management qualification, or evidence of continued professional development in leadership.

About the Role

As a IDVA you will provide high quality support to victims of domestic violence and abuse. You will deliver and provide support in five key areas to support victims to:

• Feel safer
• Feel informed about their rights and the criminal justice system
• Feel listened to and heard
• Be able to implement healthy coping mechanisms
• Be connected with services who are available to help them

Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:

• provide appropriate non-therapeutic support to victims of domestic abuse via their preferred contact method.
• undertake needs and risk assessments to develop tailored individual safety and support plans to address the specific needs of the victim.
• use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential record keeping and contribute to the collection of outcomes.
• liaise with the police, social services, CPS, and other agencies on the client's behalf, with the client's consent maintaining confidentiality
• provide information to victims to enable them to make informed choices about their future options. Ensuring that the voices, needs, rights and legal entitlements of older people are heard and understood by all individuals and organisations.

About You:

Ideally, you will hold an approved and accredited IDVA qualification (or you must be willing to work towards one)

You will need:

• A strong understanding of domestic abuse and violence and the impact this has on victims.
• Experience of working with victims of crime (preferably domestic abuse) including completing risk assessments and safety planning
• Experience of managing a caseload and keeping clear case management records.
• Experience of adapting communication styles to be able to effectively communicate.
• An understanding of trauma informed practice and how to implement this within your work
• A through understanding of the criminal justice system and the Victim's Code
• An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and other legal requirements
• Good IT skills including experience with working within bespoke case management systems and using Microsoft Office Packages.
• Organised and methodical approach to work with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Fundraising, the Senior Programme Funding Manager will play a central role in strengthening programme fundraising capacity across country teams and the global fundraising function. With a particular focus on institutional fundraising, you'll provide technical leadership to support country directors and in-country fundraising colleagues to build high-quality donor engagement, develop and progress funding opportunities, and manage donor compliance across the full funding cycle. You'll line manage country-based fundraising roles (currently across Moldova, Kenya and Ukraine), helping to build strong pipelines, shape fundable propositions, coordinate high-quality proposal development, and ensure excellent stewardship, reporting and internal alignment across systems and sign-off processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in institutional and/or programme funding, with a demonstrable track record of developing compelling proposals and managing funder requirements and compliance. You'll be confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders, providing donor intelligence and engagement support (including with UNICEF offices, bilateral donors, UN agencies and EU actors), and translating complex programme work into clear, credible and fundable narratives. Overall purpose

The middle school English teacher is responsible for delivering an English curriculum in an engaging, stimulating and effective manner, using varied instructional strategies.

Summary of duties

• Teach four sections of Grade 8 English

• Serve as a Grade 8 advisor: build positive relationships with advisees and their families, deliver advisory curriculum, coach advisees with social, emotional, and academic topics, liaise with team teachers

The RDA Coach is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of safe, effective, and engaging sessions at Lowlands Equestrian Centre. The Coach role ensures that all sessions meet the needs of disabled riders while maintaining high standards of equine welfare, volunteer support, and compliance with RDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Session Delivery

 · Lead and deliver all ridden sessions, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and tailored to individual rider needs.
