Location: Head office (Fivefields, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, London) with occasional travel to our reserves typically two days per week, the remaining from home.

You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day membership operations, helping to ensure our supporters feel valued and well looked after. From maintaining accurate records and processing donations, to assisting with campaigns and communications, your work will help everything run smoothly.
This is also a great opportunity to gain broad experience across fundraising. You’ll work closely with colleagues across membership, individual giving, corporate partnerships and grants - giving you exposure to different areas and the chance to get involved in a variety of projects and campaigns.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide excellent supporter care by responding to enquiries and building positive relationships
- Maintain and update supporter records in our CRM system (Access CRM), ensuring accuracy at all times
- Support core financial administration for membership income, including donation processing, refunds, and related records management
- Help coordinate mailings, events and member communications
- Provide flexible support across the wider fundraising team, gaining experience in different fundraising areas
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or support role (ideally within a charity, fundraising or marketing environment)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine interest in fundraising and passion for our mission

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support your team: Provide guidance, regular reviews, and supervisions to ensure your teams feels supported and empowered.
- Drive quality and compliance: Monitor weekly KPIs, and make sure risk assessments and support plans are updated and submitted on time.
- Champion client engagement: Create opportunities for clients to get involved in the service and local projects, fostering inclusion and community.
- Deliver outstanding support: Offer a person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach that promotes empowerment and resilience.
